Im Video kann man das neueste russische EloKa-System RB-341W &#8222;Leer-3&#8220; sehen. Es wurde im besetzten Donezk gesichtet.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"978\" height=\"550\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/1h10bOJgdCo?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Nach einer sorgf\u00e4ltigen Sichtung\u00a0des am 29. M\u00e4rz 2016 ver\u00f6ffentlichten Videos wurde darin ein bereits 2015 in Donezk gesichteter milit\u00e4rischer KamAZ-Lastwagen mit demselben Tarnmuster\u00a0entdeckt.<\/p>\n<p>An der Stelle\u00a0m\u00f6chten wir anmerken, dass ein identisches Tarnmuster nicht zu 100% belegt, dass es sich um das gleiche\u00a0Fahrzeug\u00a0handelt. Es ist aber Tatsache, dass es sich um Fahrzeuge des gleichen Typs handelt.<\/p>\n<p>Um das Tarnmuster der Fahrzeuge besser vergleichen zu k\u00f6nnen, haben wir die Einzelbilder aus dem Video zusammengelegt.<\/p>\n<p>Unserer Sch\u00e4tzung nach\u00a0wurde das Video am 27. Von DOK \u00fcber Kujbyschew (Stra\u00dfenname) fuhr ein KamAZ des Typs KSchM mit einer &#8222;3 im Trapez&#8220;\u00a0und bog in die Sokolinaja ab (Stra\u00dfenname)&#8220;<\/em>. Das passt zu unserem Video.<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/04\/2016-04-02_184038.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-16504\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16504\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/04\/2016-04-02_184038.jpg\" alt=\"2016-04-02_184038\" width=\"550\" height=\"100\" srcset=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/04\/2016-04-02_184038.jpg 550w, https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2016\/04\/2016-04-02_184038-300x55.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Zu beachten: <a href=\"http:\/\/wikimapia.org\/26291728\/ru\/\u0414\u041e\u041a\">DOK<\/a> (eine Siedlung des Holzverarbeitungskombinats) liegt an der Kuibyschew-Stra\u00dfe, die Ortschaft Peski liegt ca. 7 km davon entfernt.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Und nun das Brisanteste:<\/p>\n<p>Zum ersten Mal wurde dieses EloKa-System Anfang Oktober 2015 auf der Ausstellung &#8222;Innovationstag des s\u00fcdlichen Milit\u00e4rbezirks&#8220; pr\u00e4sentiert, dar\u00fcber <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/MDecB\">berichtete<\/a> die russische Zeitschrift &#8222;Wojennoje Obozrenije&#8220; (<em>&#8222;Milit\u00e4rrundschau&#8220;<\/em>). Nach offizieller Information begannen\u00a0die Spezialisten der Abteilung f\u00fcr elektronische Kampff\u00fchrung des westlichen Milit\u00e4rbezirks im Kursk-Gebiet erst am <strong>14. Oktober 2015\u00a0<\/strong>mit den Einsatz\u00fcbungen des Systems &#8222;Leer-3&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dabei\u00a0lie\u00df der Kreml sein neuestes Milit\u00e4rger\u00e4t,\u00a0das gesichtete EloKa-System &#8222;Leer-3&#8220;, bereits im Fr\u00fchjahr-Sommer 2015 im okkupierten Donbass testen. Es kommt darauf hinaus, dass der Kreml auf dem Territorium eines fremden Landes &#8222;Milit\u00e4rman\u00f6ver&#8220; f\u00fcr seine Armee abhalten l\u00e4sst und sich\u00a0im Donbas einen Truppen\u00fcbungsplatz eingerichtet hat, dessen Fl\u00e4che gr\u00f6\u00dfer als die von manchen europ\u00e4ischen Staaten\u00a0ist.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ein weiterer interessanter Punkt: Die Russen sind immer ganz vorne, wenn es um die Umschreibung ihrer Geschichte geht, haben aber erst jetzt (15.03.2016) mit dem Erstellen eines Artikels \u00fcber dieses System bei <a href=\"https:\/\/ru.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/\u0420\u0411-341\u0412_\u00ab\u041b\u0435\u0435\u0440-3\u00bb\">Wikipedia<\/a> begonnen.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Eine besondere Aufmerksamkeit verdienen die technischen Eigenschaften des Systems.<\/p>\n<p>Offizielle Bezeichnung des Systems &#8222;Leer-3&#8220; lautet &#8222;aerodynamisch bef\u00f6rderbarer Sender von St\u00f6rsignalen an die GSM-Mobilfunkterminale&#8220;. Mit anderen Worten ist der Zweck dieses Systems das Lahmlegen der GSM-Kommunikation durch das Aussenden von St\u00f6rsignalen mittels der\u00a0Drohne &#8222;Orlan-10&#8220; (2 Einheiten enthalten). Die Unterdr\u00fcckung von Funkkan\u00e4len erfolgt durch die Drohnen des Systems &#8222;Leer-3&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zweck<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>St\u00f6rung\/Lahmlegung des Mobilfunks<\/li>\n<li>Vort\u00e4uschung der Funktion einer Mobilfunk-Basisstation in Bandbreiten GSM 900 und GSM 1800 und Aussenden falscher Signale (Nachrichten).<\/li>\n<li>Aufkl\u00e4rungsfunktion durch Lokalisierung der Ausstrahlungsorte der Sender in GSM-Netzen. Es wurde im besetzten Donezk gesichtet.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nhttps:\/\/youtu.be\/1h10bOJgdCo\r\n\r\nNach einer sorgf\u00e4ltigen Sichtung\u00a0des am 29. M\u00e4rz 2016 ver\u00f6ffentlichten Videos wurde darin ein bereits 2015 in Donezk gesichteter milit\u00e4rischer KamAZ-Lastwagen mit demselben Tarnmuster\u00a0entdeckt.\r\n\r\nAn der Stelle\u00a0m\u00f6chten wir anmerken, dass ein identisches Tarnmuster nicht zu 100% belegt, dass es sich um das gleiche\u00a0Fahrzeug\u00a0handelt. Es ist aber Tatsache, dass es sich um Fahrzeuge des gleichen Typs handelt.\r\n\r\nUm das Tarnmuster der Fahrzeuge besser vergleichen zu k\u00f6nnen, haben wir die Einzelbilder aus dem Video zusammengelegt.\r\n\r\nUnserer Sch\u00e4tzung nach\u00a0wurde das Video am 27. Von DOK \u00fcber Kujbyschew (Stra\u00dfenname) fuhr ein KamAZ des Typs KSchM mit einer \"3 im Trapez\"\u00a0und bog in die Sokolinaja ab (Stra\u00dfenname)\"<\/em>. Nach offizieller Information begannen\u00a0die Spezialisten der Abteilung f\u00fcr elektronische Kampff\u00fchrung des westlichen Milit\u00e4rbezirks im Kursk-Gebiet erst am <strong>14. Oktober 2015\u00a0<\/strong>mit den Einsatz\u00fcbungen des Systems \"Leer-3\".\r\n\r\n<strong>Dabei\u00a0lie\u00df der Kreml sein neuestes Milit\u00e4rger\u00e4t,\u00a0das gesichtete EloKa-System \"Leer-3\", bereits im Fr\u00fchjahr-Sommer 2015 im okkupierten Donbass testen. Es kommt darauf hinaus, dass der Kreml auf dem Territorium eines fremden Landes \"Milit\u00e4rman\u00f6ver\" f\u00fcr seine Armee abhalten l\u00e4sst und sich\u00a0im Donbas einen Truppen\u00fcbungsplatz eingerichtet hat, dessen Fl\u00e4che gr\u00f6\u00dfer als die von manchen europ\u00e4ischen Staaten\u00a0ist.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nEin weiterer interessanter Punkt: Die Russen sind immer ganz vorne, wenn es um die Umschreibung ihrer Geschichte geht, haben aber erst jetzt (15.03.2016) mit dem Erstellen eines Artikels \u00fcber dieses System bei <a href=\"https:\/\/ru.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/\u0420\u0411-341\u0412_\u00ab\u041b\u0435\u0435\u0440-3\u00bb\">Wikipedia<\/a> begonnen.\r\n\r\n<hr \/>\r\n\r\nEine besondere Aufmerksamkeit verdienen die technischen Eigenschaften des Systems.\r\n\r\nOffizielle Bezeichnung des Systems \"Leer-3\" lautet \"aerodynamisch bef\u00f6rderbarer Sender von St\u00f6rsignalen an die GSM-Mobilfunkterminale\". Die Unterdr\u00fcckung von Funkkan\u00e4len erfolgt durch die Drohnen des Systems \"Leer-3\".\r\n\r\n<strong>Zweck<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>St\u00f6rung\/Lahmlegung des Mobilfunks<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Vort\u00e4uschung der Funktion einer Mobilfunk-Basisstation in Bandbreiten GSM 900 und GSM 1800 und Aussenden falscher Signale (Nachrichten).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Aufkl\u00e4rungsfunktion durch Lokalisierung der Ausstrahlungsorte der Sender in GSM-Netzen.
