Here is another evidence of the fact that, among the various units of Russia’s army that are operating in Ukraine, there is a battalion tactical group of the 17th motorized rifle brigade (Southern Military District, Shali, Republic of Chechnya, Russia).
Amin, whom you see on the photos below, is not the only contract soldier of the 17th motorized rifle brigade who showed up in Ukraine. While he is still alive many of his comrades-in-arms were not that lucky:
- Marseille Araptanov (aka “Headless Sniper”) – killed on August 12 ;
- Konstantin Kuzmin – killed on August 16;
- Vadim Larionov – killed on August, 21;
- Innokenty Ivanov – killed in August.
This list of `cargo 200’ [dead bodies] from the 17th motorized rifle brigade is almost certainly incomplete, but this is the information we have at the moment.
