According to the ATO press center, the ATO forces liberated Debaltseve and Savur-Moguila high point (from there the militants were firing on Ukrainian army positions all the time). Ukrainian armed forces entered Shakhtarsk, Torez and Luhutine. Combats for definite liberation of Pervomaisk and Snizhne are in progress. The Ukrainian army and National Guard units are in the suburbs of Horlivka, they are preparing the liberation operation.
