On March 18, the activists of “self-defense of Sevastopol” were detached from the blockade of the Ukrainian Navy Headquarters in Sevastopol. The same goes for the other military units. The activists will be replaced by the high number of Russian servicemen by 2:00 pm. Apparently, after Putin has addressed to both houses of the Federal Assembly in connection with the appeal of the “Republic of Crimea” and Sevastopol “officials” for admission into the Russian Federation, the Ukrainian Navy Headquarters will be totally blocked. The water supply and electricity will be cut off, and it is very likely that Ukrainian HQ will be assaulted by the Russian soldiers.
