The enemy fired at our positions with various grenade launcher systems, heavy machine guns, and sniper weapons.
In the area of responsibility of the operative-tactic force “EAST,” the adversary fired at the Joint Forces’ positions 4 times:
Near PYSHCHEVYK village from the direction of VERKHNYOSHYROKIVSKE village – with a stationary anti-tank grenade launcher, and a heavy machine gun;
Twice near SHYROKYNE village from the direction of SAKHANKA village – with portable grenade launchers;
Near NOVOTROYITSKE village from the direction of DOKUCHAYEVSK village – with heavy machine guns.
In the area of responsibility of the operative-tactic force “NORTH,” the adversary fired at the Joint Forces’ positions once:
Near ZAITSEVE village – with sniper weapons.
As a result of the enemy fire, one service person of the Joint Forces was wounded.
Over August 11, the armed units from the Russian Federation and their mercenaries have violated the ceasefire regime 8 times. The enemy fired at the Joint Forces’ positions with various grenade launcher systems, heavy machine guns, and small arms.
The facts of opened fire were documented near the villages of STAROHNATIVKA, VODIANE, NOVOTROYITSKE, PAVLOPOL, HNUTOVE, KRYMSKE, MAYORSK, and ZOLOTE-4.
As a result of enemy fire, one service person of the Joint Forces was wounded.
On August 10, the armed units from the Russian Federation and their mercenaries violated the ceasefire regime 13 times. The enemy fired at our positions with weapons prohibited by the Minsk Agreements, namely 82-mm mortars, and also with various grenade launcher systems, heavy machine guns, and small arms.
The facts of fire opened by the enemy were documented near PYSHCHEVYK, HNUTOVE, LEBEDYNSKE, AVDIYIVKA, OPYTNE, SVITLODARSK, LUHANSKE, KATERYNIVKA, and NOVOLUHANSKE villages.
While on their combat mission, one Ukrainian military service person was killed and one wounded.
Over August 11, the representatives of the National Police and the National Guard of Ukraine acting as parts of the Joint Forces have uncovered 2 robberies, 2 thefts, 1 case of hooliganism, and 7 cases of illegal narcotics possession.
More than 19,000 persons and about 2,500 vehicles have entered the Joint Forces’ jurisdiction through points of the controlled entry. Sixteen thousand and 779 persons and 2,129 vehicles have exited the jurisdiction through the same points. Thirty-two persons were denied the right to cross the demarcation line.
The military and civilian administrative and judicial organs in the area of the Joint Forces’ Operation worked according to their routine schedules. The social, political, and humanitarian situation remains under the Joint Forces’ control.
The Joint Forces’ units are adhering to the ceasefire regime and are ready to face any possible treacherous or provocative actions of the adversary.
