Armed units of the Russian Federation Armed Forces opened fire on the positions of our troops using weapons prohibited by the Minsk Agreements, namely, 120-mm and 82-mm caliber mortars. They also used grenade launchers of the miscellaneous systems, anti-tank rocket systems, weapons carried by armored vehicles of the infantry, large-caliber machine guns, and small arms.
In the area of responsibility of the operative-tactical group “EAST,” the adversary opened fire on the Joint Forces’ positions 4 times:
Near LEBEDYNSKE, from the direction of UZHIVKA – using a portable anti-tank grenade launcher;
Near NOVOTROYITSKE, from the direction of DOKUCHAYEVSK – using an 82-mm caliber mortar;
In the vicinity of VODIANE, from the direction of UZHIVKA – using an automated grenade launcher and small arms;
Near the village of PAVLOPIL, from the direction of UKRAYINSKE – using a 120-mm caliber mortar.
In the area of responsibility of the operative-tactical group “NORTH,” the adversary opened fire on the Joint Forces’ positions 5 times:
Near ZAITSEVE, from the direction of HORLIVKA – using an anti-tank rocket system;
Near TRAVNEVE, from the direction of HOLMIVSKE – using weapons carried by armored vehicles of the infantry, and a large-caliber machine gun;
Twice in the vicinity of NOVOLUHANSKE, from the direction of DOLOMITNE and BAIRAK – using 120-mm caliber mortars;
Near the village of NOVOOLEKSANDRIVKA, from the direction of KALYNOVE – using an 82-mm caliber mortar.
As a result of the enemy fire, two Ukrainian military service persons got combat-related traumas. Our units responded adequately to all instances of the fire opened by the Russian Federation Armed Forces. The adversary’s casualties are being investigated.

The disturbing facts when the adversary opened fire were documented near the towns and villages of TARAMCHUK, SHYROKYNE, NOVOSELIVKA DRUHA, PISKY, PYSHCHEVYK, MARYINKA, HNUTOVE, VODIANE, CHERMALYK, LEBEDYNSKE, NOVOMYKHAILIVKA, BEREZOVE, NOVOLUHANSKE, ZAITSEVE, LUHANSKE, and SVITLODARSK.
On July 11, the representatives of the National Police and the National Guard of Ukraine acting as parts of the Joint Forces in the area of the Joint Forces Operation have uncovered 2 instances of aggravated assault, 6 thefts, 2 cases of illegal firearms trade, and 12 cases of illegal narcotics possession. One person was arrested on suspicion in participating in the activities of the Russian Federation Armed Forces and transferred to the judicial authorities. Twenty-nine cases of misdemeanor were documented.
Yesterday, more than 22,000 persons and 2,500 vehicles entered the jurisdiction of the Joint Forces through the controlled points of entry. Twenty-two thousand and four hundred persons and 2,500 vehicles exited through the same points. Thirty-six persons were denied the right to cross the demarcation line.
The military and civil administrative organs and the judicial organs worked according to their routine schedules. The social, political, and humanitarian situation remains under the control of the Joint Forces.
