In the course of August 25, the armed units from the Russian Federation and the Russian mercenaries have violated the ceasefire regime 7 times. The enemy fired at our units’ positions with various grenade launcher systems, heavy machine guns, sniper rifles, and small arms.
In the area of responsibility of the operative-tactic force “EAST,” the adversary fired at the Joint Forces’ positions 5 times:
Near MYKOLAYIVKA village from the direction of DOKUCHAYEVSK village – with various grenade launcher systems and small arms;
Three times near VODIANE village from the directions of UZHIVKA and PIKUZA villages – with portable anti-tank grenade launchers and small arms;
Near MARYINKA from the direction of TRUDIVSKE – with an automatic grenade launcher.
In the area of responsibility of the operative-tactic force “NORTH,” the adversary fired at the Joint Forces’ positions 2 times:
Near SHUMY village from the direction of SHAKHTA 6-7 mine – with various grenade launcher systems, heavy machine guns, and sniper rifles;
Near ZOLOTE-4 village from the direction of ZOLOTE-5 village – with heavy machine guns and small arms.
Over the current date, as a result of the enemy fire, four service persons of the Joint Forces were wounded with different degrees of severity.
Unfortunately, during the evacuation, on his way to a medical facility, one of our brothers-in-arms died of his wounds. The others are delivered for treatment at military hospitals.
On August 24, the armed units from the Russian Federation and the Russian mercenaries violated the ceasefire regime 5 times. The adversary fired at the Joint Forces units’ positions with various grenade launcher systems, heavy machine guns, and small arms.
The facts of fire opened by the enemy were documented near MARYINKA, PAVLOPIL, VODIANE, and NOVOLUHANSKE villages.
There were no casualties on our side over August 24.
Yesterday, the representatives of the National Police and the National Guard of Ukraine working as parts of the Joint Forces have uncovered 1 theft and 7 cases of illegal narcotics possession.
Fifteen thousand and 482 persons and 2,096 vehicles entered the territory controlled by the Joint Forces through points of the controlled entry. Nineteen thousand and 732 persons and 2,224 vehicles exited through the same points. Forty-one persons were denied the right to cross the demarcation line.
The military and civilian administrative and judicial organs worked according to their routine schedules.
The Joint Forces units are adhering to the ceasefire regime and are ready to counteract any treacherous or provocative actions of the adversary.
