From the beginning of the current date, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been strictly adhering to the ceasefire regime. On the contrary, the enemy has violated the ban on all weapons 5 times.
The armed units from the Russian Federation and their mercenaries fired at our units’ positions using weapons forbidden by the Minsk Agreements, namely an 82-mm mortar. The adversary also fired at our defenders using various types of grenade launchers and small arms.
In the area of responsibility of the operative-tactic force “EAST,” the adversary fired at the Joint Forces’ positions 5 times:
Near PISKY village from the direction of VOLVO-CENTER – with an under-barrel grenade launcher;
Near VODIANE village from the direction of PIKUZA village – using small arms;
Twice near the LEBEDYNSKE village from the direction of SAKHANKA village – using 82-mm mortars and and small arms;
In the vicinity of SHROKYNE village from the direction of SAKHANKA village – using a stationary grenade launcher and small arms.
There were no casualties documented on the Ukrainian side.

The facts of disturbing fire were documented near LUHANSKE village.
On July 30, the representatives of the National Police and the National Guard of Ukraine acting in the area as parts of the Joint Forces Operation have uncovered 1 rape, 9 thefts, 2 cases of fraud, and 9 cases of illegal narcotics possession. Four persons were arrested on suspicion of participating in the activities of the armed units from the Russian Federation and their mercenaries and transferred to the judicial organs. Twenty-nine misdemeanors were documented.
Yesterday, more than 19,000 persons and 2,200 vehicles entered the Joint Forces jurisdiction through the points of the controlled entry. Twenty-one thousand and 300 persons and 2,400 vehicles entered through the same points. Thirty-six persons were denied the right to cross the demarcation line.
The military and civilian administrative and judicial organs in the area of the Joint Forces Operation worked according to their routine schedules. The social, political, and humanitarian situation remains under the control of the Joint Forces. The Joint Forces are ready to fulfill their task!
