A citizen of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Tlyustangelov, published in his page in “VKontakte” social network a video that shows that a multiple launch rocket system BM-21 Grad located in the territory of the Russian Federation fires shots towards Ukraine, namely, Sverdlovsk and Chervonopartyzansk. The video was recorded in Gukovo, Rostov region.
