Eleven artillery attacks and one active combat (near Vodyane village) were registered during the night of March 22 in the ATO zone. Strengthening of enemy’s units was registered near the towns of Stakhanov, Bryanka and Perevalsk. Clusters of the heavy armoured vehicles were registered in the area of Horlivka and Bezimenne. Shelling of positions of the Ukrainian armed forces happened in the following areas: Sokilnyky, Stanytsya Luhanska, Tryohizbenka, Pisky and Opytne. The situation is far from being quiet.

Illych Mining Equipment Repair Plant [Stakhanovskiy rudoremontnyj zavod imeni Ilyicha]: We would like to draw OSCE attention to Stakhanov Mining Equipment Repair Plant named after [Vladimir] Illych [Lenin]. BM-21 ‘Grad’ launchers are located there: 48°33’28″N 38°37’56″E (48.557778, 38.632222). Equipment and ammunition is stored in the hangars of the plant: 48°33’24.7″N 38°37’50.5″E (48.556861, 38.630698).

Donetskiy Settlement

Former ‘Luhanska’ Coal Mine: (48°41’55.8″N 38°39’54.7″E) 48.698827, 38.665201 — heavy armoured vehicles registered on the territory of the mine.

Frunze

Donetsk

Novoamvrosiyivka

We would like to see the OSCE report on Novoamvrosiyivka base and what measures are taken or planned with respect to this base? Fully loaded BM-21 ‘Grad’ does not look like a usual weaponry of the former miners and farmers, does it?

Amvrosiyivka

Terrorists from the ‘Kalmius’ formation held military training near Amvrosiyivka. At the training the real fighting conditions were reconstructed.

We urge OSCE staff to direct their attention at the objects mentioned above. Terrorism is the global thread,and we should not ignore any of its manifestations, be it separate terrorist unit or entire state such as Russian Federation acting as an international terrorist.
