Ukrainian military are accused of using air forces against civilians in Luhansk. In particular, there are videos in the Internet which show how an Ukrainian military aircraft allegedly fires rockets at Luhansk Regional Administration building which results in death of civilians.
Below are the materials of independent investigation showing that it was impossible for the aircraft to perform such a strike.
In this video a jet can be seen firing and next we see the aftermath of the destruction.
Let’s first determine where the cameraman is standing. This screenshot can be used to determine his position:
It means he is standing here:
And same in relation to the park, where the explosions were:
So for the cameraman, the park is on his leftside.
With these screenshots we can approximately see what the flight path might have been:
It seems as if it is flying right above the crane and radio tower, but with the altitude the airplane flies, this is very deceiving as can be seen in this scheme:
From this screenshot we can estimate into which direction the rockets are fired:
On the left side is a tree. It means his filming position is like this:
On a larger scale it looks like this, now including the directions the rockets are fired in:
It totally depends on the distance the airplane is flying at, what he is exactly firing at. But we know from other videos there is a battle going on alongside the hill where I put the crosses.
It is almost certain that that is what the jet is firing at.
If the jet would be firing at the park (on the left side of the cameraman), the rockets would have to have this direction:
Furthermore, when we look at this damage:
The rockets would have needed to come from any direction of the purple arrows:
We know from the surveillance video that one of the explosion was in the direction of the red arrow. If the jet would have fired into the park, the directions do not match. And the red building is face with it’s back towards the rockets, while it was hit in the front (purple arrows).
Conclusion:
We can with uttermost certainty decide that the jet was NOT firing rockets at the park. All evidence shown above shows that the jet was firing in a the opposite direction. it would have been impossible to hit the building like it did on the surveillance video.
This supports the conclusion that the explosions in the park were setup.
