Luhansk, “Transpele” Co. Basis of Russian military technics identified

 In the process of open-source intelligence work with social media pages of Russian servicemen and mercenaries we were able to identify the base of newest Russian military equipment, located on the property of the “Transpele” company in the city of Luhansk.

 

Please note the large number of fuel trucks. This is Russian humanitarian assistance, parked right

next to the “Grads”.

All photographs were published in social media on December 28^th 2014, but that fact doesn’t change the location of the base.
