During an online OSCE meeting in Vienna, a representative of the Russian Federation tried to interfere with the delivery of reports on the situation in the annexed Crimea, as well as on the militarization of the Azov and Black Sea basin.
Hysterics of Russian diplomats over Crimea
Apparently, the tantrum of the Russian diplomat is due to the fact that the day before, on May 22, Ukraine took another important step and filed a memorandum on referring the case of the capture of Ukrainian sailors by Russia to the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea. On May 14, InformNapalm volunteer intelligence community signaled the critical importance of the timely filing of this memorandum. The deadlines for Ukraine to submit the memorandum were set at the end of November 2019. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs had to file the document before May 24, 2020.
Alexander Lukashevich has been the permanent representative of the Russian Federation to the OSCE since August 5, 2015. According to the web site of the Russian MFA, he was awarded the diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary by decree No. 67 of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin of February 10, 2018. InformNapalm volunteer intelligence community should like to remind that Mr Lukashevich is known for numerous scandalous statements, including in the case of MH17. And on-site of the Forum for Security Co-operation, the head of the delegation was Andrey Vorobyov, who actually was noted for the rude behavior.
Capture, occupation and militarization of Crimea

- redeployment of BAL coastal missile systems to Crimea,
- detection in the port of Sevastopol of a large concentration of transport and launch containers for S-300 surface-to-air missile systems,
- a series of investigations into the illegal armed seizure of two Chernomorneftegaz drilling rigs by Russian units, also known as the “Boyko’s Rigs”.
