Five servicemen were going to Slovyansk for ammunition and ran into an ambush of the militants on the road.<\/p>\n<p>Later, a video appeared on the web of militants manhandling three Ukrainian servicemen. Relatives identified Oleksandr Berdes on this video. Together with him, other 30th GMIB servicemen, Vasyl Demchuk and Pavlo Platsynskyy, were captured.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Interview with Olexander Berdes\u2019s wife<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"978\" height=\"550\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/jkeb-LybALk?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>As it became known later, on February 9, 2015 Russian militants executed the wounded POW&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/memorybook.org.ua\/2\/berdes.htm\"><em>\u00a0Oleksandr Berdes<\/em><\/a><em>, <\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/memorybook.org.ua\/5\/demchuk.htm\"><em>Vasyl Demchuk<\/em><\/a><em> and <\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/memorybook.org.ua\/19\/placinsky.htm\"><em>Pavlo Platsynskyy<\/em><\/a>. Their bodies were buried in a shallow grave in the forest belt close to Lohvynove. Later, the bodies were found by volunteers of the Patriot volunteer group<\/p>\n<p><strong>On February 11, 2015<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/myrotvorets.center\/criminal\/nazarov-roman-aleksandrovich\/\"><strong><em>Roman Aleksandrovich<\/em><\/strong><\/a><strong><em><u> Nazarov <\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0posted on his social page a video that shows him and other Russian militants manhandling three Ukrainian servicemen.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/M9G1b\">Screenshot<\/a> of the social network page. The title of the video shows that it was filmed on February 9, 2015 at 9:39 a.m.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/video_s_datoj.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On February 26, 2015 Roman Nazarov added a <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/d8pvA\">picture<\/a> where he and four other Russian occupants were taking photos with four Ukrainian servicemen lying on the ground.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/4ntkf.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Also Nazarov added <a href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/MHEpg\">pictures<\/a> with his face easily identifiable. Comparing these two pictures we can see that one Ukrainian serviceman changed his position and other three remained motionless.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/4ntkf2.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On April 1,2015 <a href=\"https:\/\/myrotvorets.center\/criminal\/tagirov-igor\/\"><strong><em>Igor Tagirov<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, a comrade-in-arms of Nazarov from so-called Legion battalion of the Russian hybrid army, reposted Nazarov\u2019s video from February 9, 2015. Ukrainian servicemen captured near Shyrokyne on February 10, 2015\u201d. <em>\u00a0<\/em>In March 2015 people in the truck were identified by their relatives.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/vkuzove.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>They became POW once they were disarmed and stopped any resistance to enemy. Who took picture of Ukrainian servicemen in truck at this moment?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On May 7, 2016 on Russian Youtube channel NovorossiaTV, appeared a video titled \u201cHeroic deed of the Legion\u201d with different militants telling about their \u201cheroic deeds and achievements\u201d during the time of so called &#8220;Debaltseve pocket&#8221; operation, bragging about thousands of captured and disarmed Ukrainian servicemen. One of the key moments of this mission was the battle of Lohvynove.<\/p>\n<p>Militants marked or captioned in the video:\u00a0Sergei Zavdoveev, callsign Frantsuz, commander of the Legion battalion; callsign Kazakh; callsign Leva; callsign Tatarin; callsign Nazar &#8211; only his face was covered in the video. He is the one giving the details of the battle and the capture of the Ukrainian servicemen on the highway between Debaltseve and Bakhmut (formerly Artemivsk).<strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>The interview of Nazar was illustrated with the footage of the capture and search of Ukrainian servicemen. He tells that &#8220;documents were taken from the POW&#8217;s and <strong><em>they were sent<\/em><\/strong> to Vuhlehirsk with Olkhon\u2019s group&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"978\" height=\"550\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/2k2kmx2VMWc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Video also contained slides of events from February 9, 2015. All the pictures have been found and will be analyzed below.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Let us continue identification of the person who filmed the truck.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We picked the video titled &#8220;Heroic deed of the Legion&#8221; for our analysis, rather than the video from VK social network, for its better quality.<\/p>\n<p>White band on the lower part of the right leg is marked <em>red<\/em>. Dark green color of the \u201cgorka\u201d uniform is marked <em>yellow<\/em>. Left trouser-leg torn on the inner part is marked <em>blue<\/em>. They were to deliver specialists and communication equipment for the military units in Debaltseve.\u00a0But on the highway near Lohvinove, their van got ambushed by the militants.<\/p>\n<p>The shooting location is identifiable on several video frames. We would like to point one of them, where a bus stop painted yellow and blue is visible across the road (marked by red arrow). The frame is identical with the picture mentioned above where Nazarov is posing with four Ukrainian servicemen lying on the ground.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Podvig-Legiona.mp4_mesto_cr.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>By the way our colleagues from Myrotvorets Center already identified some of those involved in these tragic events of February 2015, and added them to their database. Five servicemen were going to Slovyansk for ammunition and ran into an ambush of the militants on the road.\r\n\r\nLater, a video appeared on the web of militants manhandling three Ukrainian servicemen. Relatives identified Oleksandr Berdes on this video. Together with him, other 30th GMIB servicemen, Vasyl Demchuk and Pavlo Platsynskyy, were captured.\r\n\r\n<strong>Interview with Olexander Berdes\u2019s wife<\/strong>\r\n\r\nhttps:\/\/youtu.be\/jkeb-LybALk\r\n\r\nAs it became known later, on February 9, 2015 Russian militants executed the wounded POW's <a href=\"http:\/\/memorybook.org.ua\/2\/berdes.htm\"><em>\u00a0Oleksandr Berdes<\/em><\/a><em>, <\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/memorybook.org.ua\/5\/demchuk.htm\"><em>Vasyl Demchuk<\/em><\/a><em> and <\/em><a href=\"http:\/\/memorybook.org.ua\/19\/placinsky.htm\"><em>Pavlo Platsynskyy<\/em><\/a>. Their bodies were buried in a shallow grave in the forest belt close to Lohvynove. Later, the bodies were found by volunteers of the Patriot volunteer group\r\n\r\n<strong>On February 11, 2015<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/myrotvorets.center\/criminal\/nazarov-roman-aleksandrovich\/\"><strong><em>Roman Aleksandrovich<\/em><\/strong><\/a><strong><em><u> Nazarov <\/u><\/em><\/strong>\u00a0posted on his social page a video that shows him and other Russian militants manhandling three Ukrainian servicemen.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/M9G1b\">Screenshot<\/a> of the social network page. The title of the video shows that it was filmed on February 9, 2015 at 9:39 a.m.\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/video_s_datoj.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\nOn February 26, 2015 Roman Nazarov added a <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/d8pvA\">picture<\/a> where he and four other Russian occupants were taking photos with four Ukrainian servicemen lying on the ground.\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/4ntkf.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\nAlso Nazarov added <a href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/MHEpg\">pictures<\/a> with his face easily identifiable. Comparing these two pictures we can see that one Ukrainian serviceman changed his position and other three remained motionless.\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/4ntkf2.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\nOn April 1,2015 <a href=\"https:\/\/myrotvorets.center\/criminal\/tagirov-igor\/\"><strong><em>Igor Tagirov<\/em><\/strong><\/a>, a comrade-in-arms of Nazarov from so-called Legion battalion of the Russian hybrid army, reposted Nazarov\u2019s video from February 9, 2015. Ukrainian servicemen captured near Shyrokyne on February 10, 2015\u201d. <em>\u00a0<\/em>In March 2015 people in the truck were identified by their relatives.\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/vkuzove.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\n<strong>They became POW once they were disarmed and stopped any resistance to enemy. Who took picture of Ukrainian servicemen in truck at this moment?<\/strong>\r\n\r\nOn May 7, 2016 on Russian Youtube channel NovorossiaTV, appeared a video titled \u201cHeroic deed of the Legion\u201d with different militants telling about their \u201cheroic deeds and achievements\u201d during the time of so called \"Debaltseve pocket\" operation, bragging about thousands of captured and disarmed Ukrainian servicemen. One of the key moments of this mission was the battle of Lohvynove.\r\n\r\nMilitants marked or captioned in the video:\u00a0Sergei Zavdoveev, callsign Frantsuz, commander of the Legion battalion; callsign Kazakh; callsign Leva; callsign Tatarin; callsign Nazar - only his face was covered in the video. He is the one giving the details of the battle and the capture of the Ukrainian servicemen on the highway between Debaltseve and Bakhmut (formerly Artemivsk).<strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>The interview of Nazar was illustrated with the footage of the capture and search of Ukrainian servicemen. He tells that \"documents were taken from the POW's and <strong><em>they were sent<\/em><\/strong> to Vuhlehirsk with Olkhon\u2019s group\".\r\n\r\nhttps:\/\/youtu.be\/2k2kmx2VMWc\r\n\r\nVideo also contained slides of events from February 9, 2015. They were to deliver specialists and communication equipment for the military units in Debaltseve.\u00a0But on the highway near Lohvinove, their van got ambushed by the militants.\r\n\r\nThe shooting location is identifiable on several video frames. We would like to point one of them, where a bus stop painted yellow and blue is visible across the road (marked by red arrow).
