The video was clearly shot for propaganda purposes on the positions of the Russian hybrid forces in the area of the industrial zone of Avdiivka.<\/p>\n<p>The protagonists of the story are foreign journalists who come to the frontline positions to ask the militants bizarre questions about the newly elected US President Donald Trump. The journalists take no interest in either the presence of the Russian troops in Donbas, or the living standards of local residents under Russian occupation, or the situation at the front, but take a lively interest in \u201cwhether Trump will be friends with Russia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"978\" height=\"550\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/EAcZzRcOs5s?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><br \/>\nIt is noteworthy that throughout this propaganda video, no names of foreign journalists are mentioned, they are only referred to as \u201cCNN reporters\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>InformNapalm volunteers identified the American reporters. They are correspondent <strong>Nick Paton Walsh<\/strong>, an Emmy Award nominee\u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/npwcnn\">Nick Paton Walsh<\/a>), and his cameraman <strong>Scott McWhinnie<\/strong>\u00a0(<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/scottycnn\">Scott McWhinnie<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/n-p-w.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/skot.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This same Nick Paton Walsh, who made reports from Slovyansk, Debaltseve, Donetsk airport, has already earned a reputation of a big fan of Putin&#8217;s policies. Contrary to the impartiality standards of journalism so revered in the West (which, <a href=\"https:\/\/petrimazepa.com\/propagandaagenda.html\">as practice shows<\/a>, are successfully manipulated by Russia in the context of the hybrid war), &#8211; some foreign journalists eagerly cover the events only from the occupied territories. They receive the accreditation of illegal armed groups and Russian occupation authorities, that act under the guise of Donetsk People&#8217;s Republic (DPR) and Luhansk People&#8217;s Republic (LPR). We have also shown conditions and circumstances of the recruitment and cooperation of foreign journalists in <a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/en\/foreign-journalists-in-dpr\/\">#EgorovaLeaks<\/a> publications prepared by Mark Krutov, the information service of Radio Liberty editor with the assistance of InformNapalm back in August, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>In October 2016, the European Parliament Committee on Foreign Affairs adopted the draft resolution, in which the content generated by the Russian media, particularly news agencies Russia Today, RIA Novosti, Sputnik, was likened to the propaganda materials of IS terrorist groups.<\/p>\n<p>Nick Paton Walsh has willingly become an instrument of Russian propaganda. It is evidenced by another example, a report on Russia Today: <a href=\"https:\/\/russian.rt.com\/article\/75587\">CNN reporters: Donbas militia act as a state and not as rebels<\/a>.\u00a0This same reporter with the same cameraman have managed to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adweek.com\/tvnewser\/exclusive-cnns-nick-paton-walsh-on-his-complicated-and-dangerous-entry-into-syria\/248715\">visit Syria<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Nick-Paton.png\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/NPW.Kobani.6-300x168.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>One of the Russian propaganda methods is worth a special mention. It relies on foreign opinion leaders and recruited journalists &#8211; citizens of the USA, <a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/10607-brytanskyj-zhurnalyst-grem-fyllyps-kak-ynstrument-fsb-rf-na-donbasse\/\">UK<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/en\/mar10-syria-staged-reports\/\">Bulgaria, Germany<\/a>\u00a0and other countries. It is evidenced by another example, a report on Russia Today: <a href=\"https:\/\/russian.rt.com\/article\/75587\">CNN reporters: Donbas militia act as a state and not as rebels<\/a>.\u00a0This same reporter with the same cameraman have managed to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.adweek.com\/tvnewser\/exclusive-cnns-nick-paton-walsh-on-his-complicated-and-dangerous-entry-into-syria\/248715\">visit Syria<\/a>.\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/Nick-Paton.png\" \/>\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/NPW.Kobani.6-300x168.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\nOne of the Russian propaganda methods is worth a special mention. It relies on foreign opinion leaders and recruited journalists - citizens of the USA, <a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/10607-brytanskyj-zhurnalyst-grem-fyllyps-kak-ynstrument-fsb-rf-na-donbasse\/\">UK<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/en\/mar10-syria-staged-reports\/\">Bulgaria, Germany<\/a>\u00a0and other countries.
