Since 2014, in OSINT investigations of InformNapalm volunteer intelligence community, more than 30 servicemen of the 17th Motorized Rifle Brigade (MRB) of the Russian Army, military unit 65384, were identified as war criminals. All of them carried out Kremlin’s criminal orders to invade the sovereign state territory and to perform terrorist activity against Ukraine.<\/p>\n

In 2014, the 17th MRB was under command of Major-General Dmitry Kasperovich. In 2017, the brigade was reorganized into the 70th Motorized Rifle Regiment (MRR) of the 42nd Motorized Rifle Division (MID), military unit 71718, and Lieutenant Colonel Sergei Kens became its commander.<\/p>\n

This investigation deals with one more Russian serviceman, who became the 34th investigation subject from abovementioned Russian unit, who got in the InformNapalm database.<\/p>\n

Background details<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Alexey<\/strong> Shilyaev<\/strong>, a serviceman of the 17th MRB, DOB: June 10, 1986, born in Chaykovsky city, Perm Krai. He took part in the Russian aggression against Ukraine in Donbas.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

On the social media he is hiding under the pseudonym Roman Uvalov<\/a> (http:\/\/archive.is\/kX415). The old VK profile – in the name of Alexey Shilyaev<\/a> (http:\/\/archive.is\/rLgeW) contains his actual data. Also on one of the photos (http:\/\/archive.is\/uhtkh) of 2016 his name and initials Shilyaev A.A. are distinguishable on the nametape.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The analysis of Alexey Shilyaev\u2019s and his friends\u2019 photo albums shows, that Shilyaev took an active part in the attack on the Ukrainian settlement of Peremozhne located near the Luhansk airport.<\/p>\n

There is a notable photo in the Shilyaev\u2019s album showing a civilian UAZ vehicle with ammunition and large-caliber weapons close to it. Photo location grid references are: 48.406653; 39.384903<\/p>\n

There is also the video, titled Seizure of Peremozhne by Novorossia Army – August 31, 2014<\/em> (https:\/\/youtu.be\/o9Xd_f_3FqY?t=2m26s<\/a>). The filming was taking place on the same day in Peremozhne village, but because of poor filming quality in the video it is possible to distinguish only the environment, but not the faces of Russian soldiers and mercenaries. However in one of the frames we see the same UAZ vehicle.<\/p>\n

In this video we see the same UAZ vehicle again.<\/p>\n

Shilyaev\u2019s friends list (https:\/\/archive.is\/Cej1k<\/a>) contains a militant from Kramatorsk Yevhen Shevchenko<\/a>.\u00a0His photo album contains the above mentioned photos from Peremozhne, but of particular interest are the images that are not in the album of the Russian serviceman Shilyaev.<\/p>\n

These photo and video materials reliably indicate, that Alexei Shilyaev is another active Russian serviceman, who took part in the Russian aggression against Ukraine in Donbas.<\/p>\n

He took part in the Russian aggression against Ukraine in Donbas.\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/SHilyaev.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\nOn the social media he is hiding under the pseudonym <a href=\"https:\/\/vk.com\/id268711354\">Roman Uvalov<\/a> (http:\/\/archive.is\/kX415). The old VK profile - in the name of <a href=\"https:\/\/vk.com\/id242215349\">Alexey Shilyaev<\/a> (http:\/\/archive.is\/rLgeW) contains his actual data. Also on one of the photos (http:\/\/archive.is\/uhtkh) of 2016 his name and initials Shilyaev A.A. are distinguishable on the nametape.\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/fio.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\nThe analysis of Alexey Shilyaev\u2019s and his friends\u2019 photo albums shows, that Shilyaev took an active part in the attack on the Ukrainian settlement of Peremozhne located near the Luhansk airport.\r\n\r\nThere is a notable photo in the Shilyaev\u2019s album showing a civilian UAZ vehicle with ammunition and large-caliber weapons close to it. Photo location grid references are: 48.406653; 39.384903\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Peremozhnoeuaz-1024x689.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nThere is also the video, titled <em>Seizure of Peremozhne by Novorossia Army - August 31, 2014<\/em> (<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/o9Xd_f_3FqY?t=2m26s\">https:\/\/youtu.be\/o9Xd_f_3FqY?t=2m26s<\/a>). The filming was taking place on the same day in Peremozhne village, but because of poor filming quality in the video it is possible to distinguish only the environment, but not the faces of Russian soldiers and mercenaries. However in one of the frames we see the same UAZ vehicle.\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Peremozhnoeuaz_video.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\nShilyaev\u2019s video album also contains the video (<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.fo\/ofhs2\">http:\/\/archive.is\/ofhs2<\/a>, mirror - https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=XZ03mUtLxZ8) with the title: <em>Novorossia, 08\/7\/2014 Mortar crew of the Wolf Company shelling Peremozhne village<\/em>. In this video we see the same UAZ vehicle again.\r\n\r\nFrames from the video.\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/uaz_27.08.2014.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\nShilyaev\u2019s friends list (<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/Cej1k\">https:\/\/archive.is\/Cej1k<\/a>) contains a militant from Kramatorsk <a href=\"https:\/\/myrotvorets.center\/criminal\/shevchenko-evgenij-vladimirovich\/\">Yevhen Shevchenko<\/a>.\u00a0His photo album contains the above mentioned photos from Peremozhne, but of particular interest are the images that are not in the album of the Russian serviceman Shilyaev.\r\n\r\nPhoto from September 03, 2014 with an overturned UAZ vehicle.\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/uaz_perevernut-1024x662.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\nPhoto from August 27, 2014, with Shevchenko (marked by an arrow) inside this vehicle.\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/shevchenkouaz-1024x645.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\nA joint photo (<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.fo\/9NU2c\">http:\/\/archive.is\/9NU2c<\/a>) of Shevchenko and Shilyaev inside the building.\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/SHilyaevSHevchenko.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\nIn Shilyaev\u2019s album there is a photo, where he also poses in a side cap.\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/pilotkaSHilyaev-1024x662.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/SHilyaevpilotka.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\n<strong>Pictures from 2015<\/strong>\r\n\r\nShilyaev has other photos from Donbas (<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.fo\/gi5ew\">http:\/\/archive.is\/gi5ew<\/a>). We could not determine the exact coordinates of the place where this photo was taken, however, according to preliminary data, it is one of the districts of Luhansk.\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/lugansk_naverno-1024x661.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\nThe photo (<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.fo\/uSzU8\">http:\/\/archive.is\/uSzU8<\/a>) gives us more details.\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/SHilyaevGorlovka.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\nThese are the grounds of the fire station of the Mykytivka railway station in Horlivka.
