<\/a>Psychological blackmail, threats and incitement to illegal actions become stronger and harder.
\nOn March, 10 special forces of the Russian Army attacked the Ukrainian military unit in Bakhchisaray. The attackers used automatic weapons against the unarmed Ukrainian servicemen.
\nOn March, 12 under the threat of the use of weapons the Russians tried to force the Ukrainian soldiers to join the non-existent “Crimean Navy”.<\/p>\nThe property of the Ukrainian military units is robbed by members of the illegal armed groups, supported by the Russian Command and units.
\nSuch actions are considered me as unacceptable.
\nI declare, that the Navy of Ukraine still adheres to all the agreements between Ukraine and Russia.<\/p>\n
\nThe Ukrainian Navy Command controls the situation in every Ukrainian unit in the Crimea. We try to avoid provocation and escalation of the armed conflict.
\nLife and health of people, of civilians and military personnel, of citizens of Russia and Ukraine, peace in the Crimea are the highest importance for us now.
\nWe strongly urge the Russian colleagues, constabulary, governments of both countries and people to keep calm, stay restrained and wise in order to prevent the victims.
\nDialogue and negotiations at different levels is the only adequate and right solution in this situation.<\/p>\n
