Participation of Black Sea Fleet marines in the aggression against Ukraine has repeatedly featured in the<\/a>investigations\u00a0<\/a>of InformNapalm volunteer intelligence community. Today we are supplementing the list of Russian war criminals with servicemen of the 810th Marine Brigade of the Black Sea Fleet (810th MB), military unit 13140, Sevastopol, temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, who took part in the invasion of Crimea.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s no money, but you hold out there”.<\/h2>\n

Mikhail Komlev,\u00a0<\/strong>born on May 30, 1991 in Saratov, now residing in Moscow, was drafted for military service in the summer of 2013, served in the 810th MB, junior sergeant. He has a medal for the occupation of Crimea.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In Komlev’s photo album there is a group picture with colleagues, all wearing identical medals. There are curious comments under the photo:<\/p>\n

“They were called “little green men”, but they turned out black berets,<\/em>” – wrote a friend of Komlev.<\/p>\n

“It was incognito there,<\/em>” Komlev replied.<\/p>\n

In May 2014, Komlev published a screen shot of the\u00a0article\u00a0<\/a>about a Direct Line with President Putin. Komlev was asked which question he would pose to the president. It turned out that Komlev was concerned about the pay of the servicemen, which, in his opinion, should be increased. We decided to look for information about the changes to the pay and benefits for the Russian Black Sea Fleet’s marines after the occupation of Crimea. We found a lot of scathing comments in the VK social network group titled\u00a0810th marine brigade, m\/u 13140\u00a0<\/a>(archive<\/a>). The negative comments on slipping salaries start as early as 2015 and gradually gain in bitterness towards 2018.<\/p>\n

The control of the occupied territories has already become a burden for the aggressor, and it is getting heavier day by day.<\/p>\n

Below, we cite the data of several other identified Russian war criminals from the 810th MB.<\/p>\n

Anatoliy Shulga<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Born December 31, 1992 in Rostov-on-Don. Did his conscript service in the 810th MB of the Black Sea Fleet.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Awarded a medal For the Return of Crimea. Judging by the comments under Shulga’s posting with the medal, his friends in Russia highly approve his participation in the criminal operation to seize Crimea.<\/p>\n

They captured Ukrainian military facilities in Crimea wearing masks and uniforms without insignia. This was meant to protect them, to keep their war crimes anonymous.\u00a0 The name “little green men” was apparently also coined for this end, however the Russian president Putin eventually admitted that they were Russian servicemen.<\/p>\n

From the first days of the Russian aggression in Crimea, the volunteers of InformNapalm team have been to collecting bits and pieces of the information and identifying Russian soldiers, sailors and officers who bear personal responsibility for carrying out criminal orders of the military and political leadership of the Russian Federation.\u00a0 And sooner or later they will be held accountable by an international tribunal.<\/p>\n

Komlev was asked which question he would pose to the president. It turned out that Komlev was concerned about the pay of the servicemen, which, in his opinion, should be increased. We decided to look for information about the changes to the pay and benefits for the Russian Black Sea Fleet's marines after the occupation of Crimea.
