InformNapalm volunteer intelligence community established this fact through open source intelligence. This military unit, along with other Russian units of the Black Sea Fleet, was temporarily based in Crimea in accordance with the <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Partition_Treaty_on_the_Status_and_Conditions_of_the_Black_Sea_Fleet\"><strong>status of forces (SOFA) agreement between Russia and Ukraine<\/strong><\/a><strong>, however in flagrant breach of the SOFA the unit actively participated in the invasion and annexation of Crimea. We have found evidence confirming that <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kchf.ru\/history\/318aviapolk.htm\"><strong>all of\u00a0the personnel<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0of the 7057th NAB was awarded medals For the Return of Crimea.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Sailor Chebotarev<\/h2>\n<p>Alexander Chebotarev, born on January 08, 1995, Volzhsky city, Volgograd Oblast, Russia.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/image-3-1024x768.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>He served in the Russian Army as a conscript in 2013-2014. He posted on OK social network his permanent duty station:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/%D1%87%D0%B5%D0%B1%D0%BE%D1%82%D0%B0%D1%80%D1%8C%D0%BE%D0%B2-%D0%9E%D0%9A-%D1%81%D1%82%D0%B0%D1%82%D1%83%D1%81.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Served as a sailor at the 7057th NAB&#8221;. The picture below is taken next to the clubhouse of the military unit #49311.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/image-1024x768.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Chebotarev also received a medal for the occupation of Ukrainian land. This military unit, along with other Russian units of the Black Sea Fleet, was temporarily based in Crimea in accordance with the <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Partition_Treaty_on_the_Status_and_Conditions_of_the_Black_Sea_Fleet\"><strong>status of forces (SOFA) agreement between Russia and Ukraine<\/strong><\/a><strong>, however in flagrant breach of the SOFA the unit actively participated in the invasion and annexation of Crimea. We have found evidence confirming that <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kchf.ru\/history\/318aviapolk.htm\"><strong>all of\u00a0the personnel<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0of the 7057th NAB was awarded medals For the Return of Crimea.<\/strong>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h2>Sailor Chebotarev<\/h2>\r\nAlexander Chebotarev, born on January 08, 1995, Volzhsky city, Volgograd Oblast, Russia.\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/image-3-1024x768.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\nHe served in the Russian Army as a conscript in 2013-2014. He is rated for seven types of aircraft: L-29, Tu-134UBL, Tu-22M3, Su-17, Su-24, Su-24MR, An-26, and has logged over <a href=\"http:\/\/sc.mil.ru\/files\/morf\/military\/archive\/%5b%C2%AB%D0%A4%D0%BB%D0%B0%D0%B3%20%D0%A0%D0%BE%D0%B4%D0%B8%D0%BD%D1%8B%C2%BB%5d%5b2013-05-21%5d.pdf\">800 flight hours<\/a>. From 1988 to 1992 he attended the branch of Luhansk Air Force Academy in Baherove settlement, Crimea. His photo album contains pictures of his service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine:\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\nOleh Stepanov is in the first row, first from the left, holding the flag of the Ukrainian Air Force.\r\n\r\nHe betrayed his oath to Ukraine.
