The office claims that in June 2015, this same ship under a different name, Vilga, supplied fuel to the units of the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation in Sevastopol. The crew is suspected in oil product smuggling.<\/p>\n<p>The MRIYA tanker (IMO: 9109811, MMSI: 272791000) is in the international ship register. According to the data from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marinetraffic.com\/en\/ais\/details\/ships\/shipid:350657\/mmsi:272791000\/imo:9109811\/vessel:VILGA\">MarineTraffic<\/a> site, at the moment, the ship os located in the Kherson docks. However, it has an interesting history. The AIS log shows the following names and flags of the ship:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flag: UA (Kherson, Ukraine) \u2013 last registered, 2019-08-07 05:58:00 Ship\u2019s name: MRIYA<\/li>\n<li>Flag: KM (Moroni, Comoros Islands) \u2013 last registered, 2018-10-21 05:33:00 Ship\u2019s name: VILGA<\/li>\n<li>Flag: KM (Moroni, Comoros Islands) \u2013 last registered, 2018-08-03 17:59:00 Ship\u2019s name: VILGA<\/li>\n<li>Flag: SL (Freetown, Sierra Leone) \u2013 last registered, 2018-08-03 17:45:00 Ship\u2019s name: VILGA<\/li>\n<li>Flag: RU (Astrakhan, Russia) \u2013 last registered, 2018-02-15 07:06:00 Ship\u2019s name: SARATOV_CITY<\/li>\n<li>Flag: RU (Astrakhan, Russia) \u2013 last registered, 2018-01-05 20:54:00 Ship\u2019s name: SARATOV_CITY<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>However, as soon as on August 13, the Kherson municipal court denied the application of the Ukrainian Security Service and the office of the Prosecutor General of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea about the arrest of the ship. According to sources, the office of the Prosecutor General of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea is preparing an appeal.<\/p>\n<p>We can, however, find the<a href=\"http:\/\/fleetphoto.ru\/vessel\/10714\/\"> information<\/a> about the ship where the owner is named as Felina Development Lp, and the Russian VAT Marshal Ship Company is named as an operator.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/en.shipregister.ua\/index.html\">register<\/a> of the ships belonging to Ukraine Felina Development Lp is named as a Ukrainian company.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/0.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>According to the British ship register, however, the company with the same name is registered in Edinburgh.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/1-1.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/31.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/32.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This company is registered as a property of Petro Belz. The register has his place and name of birth.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/image3.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The same name, Belz, is mentioned also in the Ukrainian registers. It is, most likely, the same Petro Pavlovych Belz, as can be accurately judged from the place and time pf his birth.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/image5.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Petro Belz is an outstanding person. The project called \u201cOur Money\u201d has more <a href=\"http:\/\/nashigroshi.org\/2018\/02\/13\/medvedchukivtsi-podilyly-z-pulom-trejd-kommoditi-17-milyarda-na-formulnyj-dyzel-dlya-zaliznytsi\/\">material<\/a> to read about the link between Petro Belz and Viktor Medvedchuk.<\/p>\n<p>The following organizations are <a href=\"https:\/\/ring.org.ua\/edr\/uk\/search?q=%D0%91%D0%B5%D0%BB%D0%B7%20%D0%9F%D0%B5%D1%82%D1%80%D0%BE%20%D0%9F%D0%B0%D0%B2%D0%BB%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%B8%D1%87\">registered<\/a> in Ukraine as belonging to Petro Belz :<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/image2.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>If one looks carefully at their activity, one can see that only one of them \u2013 the ANVITRADE company \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/clarity-project.info\/tenderer\/39898416\">managed to close<\/a> 12 deals with the Ukrzaliznytsya company with the total cost of 4.6 billion hryvnyas, as reported by the site <a href=\"https:\/\/dozorro.org\/profile\/UA-EDR-39898416\/4\/role2\">DOZORRO<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/image1.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Because the office of Prosecutor General of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the Security Service of Ukraine are charging the ship in illegally supplying oil products to the occupied Sevastopol for the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation as early as in June 2015 (meaning, one year after the annexation of Crimea and the beginning of the war in the Donbas), the above documents can at least partially shed some light on those who were behind this business scheme.<\/p>\n<p>Even more interestingly, on August 13 the Kherson municipal court <a href=\"https:\/\/ru.krymr.com\/a\/news-kherson-sudno-chermomorskii-flot-sevastopol\/30107412.html?fbclid=IwAR2yAnOo3jzcpBLPwe8Wtkj5NgZw8dS709WKSRgcZMGrDC_Dlr-zyQZBfeM\">rejected <\/a>the application of the Security Service of Ukraine and the office of the Prosecutor General of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea about the arrest of the ship. Isn\u2019t it because the beneficiary of the business scheme is a person who is considered untouchable in Ukraine?<\/p>\n<p>How really blind is the Lady Justice of Ukraine? Is she making her decisions on behalf of the people of Ukraine based on the laws of Ukraine, or are these decisions serving the interests of Viktor Medvedchuk and the Russian Federation? The crew is suspected in oil product smuggling.\r\n\r\nThe MRIYA tanker (IMO: 9109811, MMSI: 272791000) is in the international ship register. According to the data from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marinetraffic.com\/en\/ais\/details\/ships\/shipid:350657\/mmsi:272791000\/imo:9109811\/vessel:VILGA\">MarineTraffic<\/a> site, at the moment, the ship os located in the Kherson docks. However, it has an interesting history. The AIS log shows the following names and flags of the ship:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Flag: UA (Kherson, Ukraine) \u2013 last registered, 2019-08-07 05:58:00 Ship\u2019s name: MRIYA<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Flag: KM (Moroni, Comoros Islands) \u2013 last registered, 2018-10-21 05:33:00 Ship\u2019s name: VILGA<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Flag: KM (Moroni, Comoros Islands) \u2013 last registered, 2018-08-03 17:59:00 Ship\u2019s name: VILGA<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Flag: SL (Freetown, Sierra Leone) \u2013 last registered, 2018-08-03 17:45:00 Ship\u2019s name: VILGA<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Flag: RU (Astrakhan, Russia) \u2013 last registered, 2018-02-15 07:06:00 Ship\u2019s name: SARATOV_CITY<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Flag: RU (Astrakhan, Russia) \u2013 last registered, 2018-01-05 20:54:00 Ship\u2019s name: SARATOV_CITY<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nHowever, as soon as on August 13, the Kherson municipal court denied the application of the Ukrainian Security Service and the office of the Prosecutor General of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea about the arrest of the ship. According to sources, the office of the Prosecutor General of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea is preparing an appeal.\r\n\r\nWe can, however, find the<a href=\"http:\/\/fleetphoto.ru\/vessel\/10714\/\"> information<\/a> about the ship where the owner is named as Felina Development Lp, and the Russian VAT Marshal Ship Company is named as an operator.\r\n\r\nThe <a href=\"http:\/\/en.shipregister.ua\/index.html\">register<\/a> of the ships belonging to Ukraine Felina Development Lp is named as a Ukrainian company.\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/0.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\nAccording to the British ship register, however, the company with the same name is registered in Edinburgh.\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/1-1.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/31.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/32.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\nThis company is registered as a property of Petro Belz. The register has his place and name of birth.\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/image3.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\nThe same name, Belz, is mentioned also in the Ukrainian registers. It is, most likely, the same Petro Pavlovych Belz, as can be accurately judged from the place and time pf his birth.\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/image5.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\nPetro Belz is an outstanding person. The project called \u201cOur Money\u201d has more <a href=\"http:\/\/nashigroshi.org\/2018\/02\/13\/medvedchukivtsi-podilyly-z-pulom-trejd-kommoditi-17-milyarda-na-formulnyj-dyzel-dlya-zaliznytsi\/\">material<\/a> to read about the link between Petro Belz and Viktor Medvedchuk.\r\n\r\nThe following organizations are <a href=\"https:\/\/ring.org.ua\/edr\/uk\/search?q=%D0%91%D0%B5%D0%BB%D0%B7%20%D0%9F%D0%B5%D1%82%D1%80%D0%BE%20%D0%9F%D0%B0%D0%B2%D0%BB%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%B8%D1%87\">registered<\/a> in Ukraine as belonging to Petro Belz :\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/image2.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\nIf one looks carefully at their activity, one can see that only one of them \u2013 the ANVITRADE company \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/clarity-project.info\/tenderer\/39898416\">managed to close<\/a> 12 deals with the Ukrzaliznytsya company with the total cost of 4.6 billion hryvnyas, as reported by the site <a href=\"https:\/\/dozorro.org\/profile\/UA-EDR-39898416\/4\/role2\">DOZORRO<\/a>.\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/image1.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\nBecause the office of Prosecutor General of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the Security Service of Ukraine are charging the ship in illegally supplying oil products to the occupied Sevastopol for the Black Sea Fleet of the Russian Federation as early as in June 2015 (meaning, one year after the annexation of Crimea and the beginning of the war in the Donbas), the above documents can at least partially shed some light on those who were behind this business scheme.\r\n\r\nEven more interestingly, on August 13 the Kherson municipal court <a href=\"https:\/\/ru.krymr.com\/a\/news-kherson-sudno-chermomorskii-flot-sevastopol\/30107412.html?fbclid=IwAR2yAnOo3jzcpBLPwe8Wtkj5NgZw8dS709WKSRgcZMGrDC_Dlr-zyQZBfeM\">rejected <\/a>the application of the Security Service of Ukraine and the office of the Prosecutor General of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea about the arrest of the ship. Isn\u2019t it because the beneficiary of the business scheme is a person who is considered untouchable in Ukraine?\r\n\r\nHow really blind is the Lady Justice of Ukraine? Is she making her decisions on behalf of the people of Ukraine based on the laws of Ukraine, or are these decisions serving the interests of Viktor Medvedchuk and the Russian Federation?
