Such medals mostly belong to Russian war criminals who participated in the undeclared war against Ukraine. To date, about 80 awards have been identified. Sources of information, as a rule, are the Russian military men themselves or members of their families, who like to boast of awards to their loved ones. One of the photos uploaded by the sergeant helped us to identify two more &#8220;militant miners&#8221; from the Russian army.<\/p>\n<p><em>Established information<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/portret--289x300.jpg\" width=\"251\" height=\"260\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Nikolay Pokhvalennyi<\/strong>. Date of birth: August 28, 1988. Originally from the town of Mineralnye Vody. Currently: a serviceman of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.fo\/Uv6Oj\">205th Motorized Rifle Brigade<\/a>\u00a0(military unit 74814, Budennovsk, Stavropol Krai) of the 49th Field Army of the Southern Military District. As of summer and autumn 2014 &#8211; a serviceman of the Gvozdika 122-mm self-propelled howitzer battalion of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.fo\/wFnlZ\">the 8th Mountain Motorized Rifle Brigade<\/a>\u00a0(military unit 16544, based in Chechnya, in the village of Borzoi) of the 58th Field Army of the Southern Military District. On social media: VK (archives of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.fo\/2AMQs\">profile<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.fo\/X7pJk\">photo album<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.fo\/RyIAO\">contacts<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>In Nikolay Pokhvalennyi&#8217;s photo album, we noticed a series of photographs with the Medal of Suvorov posted in August 2015.\u00a0Despite the fact that Pokhvalennyi was smart enough not to post the insert from the award certificate to the medal, one of the photographs still shows the medal number: 41851, and an extract from the decree with the words: &#8220;for courage and dedication in fulfilling a military duty.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/suv-tu-Copy.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/s-p-p-Sultanovim-1024x768.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<ul class=\"st-toggle\">\n<li class=\"\">\n<h3 class=\"toggle-title\">Other photos with the Medal of Suvorov<i class=\"icon-plus\"><\/i><i class=\"icon icon-minus\"><\/i><\/h3>\n<div class=\"toggle-content\" style=\"display: none;\">\n<div class=\"txt-content\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/WNS7WT5UwcQ.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-27771 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/WNS7WT5UwcQ-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"wns7wt5uwcq\" width=\"978\" height=\"734\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/B4Rb-85loDQ.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-27768\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/B4Rb-85loDQ-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"b4rb-85lodq\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/ikUO3O1vCYU.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-27769\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/ikUO3O1vCYU-261x300.jpg\" alt=\"ikuo3o1vcyu\" width=\"261\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>An examination of Pokhvalennyi\u2019s photo album proves that over the past two years he has been on multiple Rostov-Ukraine deployments.\u00a0We mainly saw photographs from the Russian forces&#8217; base camp located near Novocherkassk in Rostov Oblast, at the border with Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/11-03-16-1024x477.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/02-01-16-300x182.jpg\" width=\"335\" height=\"208\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/21-09-16-1-300x282.jpg\" width=\"219\" height=\"206\" \/><\/p>\n<p>To support the assumptions that Pokhvalennyi received a state military medal for participating in the war in the Donbas in the summer and autumn of 2014, let us draw your attention to a group photo from his album,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.fo\/wFnlZ\">uploaded<\/a>\u00a0on August 12, 2015, with the comment \u201cKhankala\u201d (a suburb of the city of Grozny in Chechnya).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/N-P-1024x478.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Judging by the photo, the equipment, the appearance of the four soldiers and the location of the shooting \u2013 the point of loading onto the railway transport in Khankala \u2013 the photo was taken when they were being sent on a combat mission.\u00a0The only confusing thing about it is the publication date: 08\/12\/2015.<\/p>\n<p>With a little effort and some tricks, we found the same photo on the page of another Russian serviceman, but there it was\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.fo\/lbKGv\">uploaded<\/a><strong> earlier \u2013 on August 16, 2014<\/strong>.\u00a0Moreover, we managed to identify two more servicemen of the self-propelled howitzer artillery battalion of the 8th\u00a0Motorized Rifle Brigade from Chechnya before they were sent on a Rostov-Ukrainian deployment in August 2014.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/3-iz-4.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Established information<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/Maksim-Orlov-278x300.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Maxim Konstantinovsky<\/strong>. Date of birth: June 17, 1992. Originally from Volgograd. He did his conscript military service in the Northern Fleet in 2011-2012. Since 2014, he has been a contract soldier of the artillery battalion of the self-propelled Gvozdika howitzers of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.fo\/wbHVc\">8th Mountain Motorized Rifle Brigade<\/a>\u00a0(military unit 16544, based in Chechnya, the town of Borzoi) of the 58th Field Army of the Southern Military District, as evidenced by both the Konstantinovsky\u2019s friends contacts and the tactical mark of this brigade painted on the self-propelled gun. On social networks: <a href=\"https:\/\/vk.com\/id230311083\">VK<\/a> (archives of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.fo\/hmigT\">profile<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.fo\/84Upd\">photo album<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.fo\/SwN1K\">contacts<\/a>). Other abandoned accounts are on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/vk.com\/id92924202\">VK<\/a>\u00a0(under the name Orlov) and on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ok.ru\/profile\/561786474128\">OK<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Unlike his former colleague Pokhvalennyi who only boasted of the Medal of Suvorov, Konstantinovsky has an impressive collection of photographs reflecting both the chronology and geography of the 2014 military mission.\u00a0We found a number of August photographs from Chechnya and along the route of the train to Rostov Oblast, as well as the actual photographs from the Rostov-Ukrainian deployment in September with the already familiar masquerade: soldiers disguised as local miners and MT-LB\u2019s of the same brigade with the informal\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/MTLB-1.jpg\">flag of military reconnaissance<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/16-avg-platf-1024x491.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/19-avg-KBR.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/21-sen-rost-ukr.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/30-sen-rost-ukr.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>Established information<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/viktor.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Victor Evdokimov<\/strong>.\u00a0Date of birth: September 17, 1984.\u00a0Originally from Samara.\u00a0Contract soldier of the artillery battalion of the Gvozdika self-propelled howitzers of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.fo\/T3RiL\">8th Mountain Motorized Rifle Brigade<\/a>\u00a0(military unit 1654 based in Chechnya, the town of Borzoi) of the 58th Field Army of the Southern Military District.\u00a0In social media: <a href=\"https:\/\/vk.com\/id273115390\">VK<\/a> (abandoned account).\u00a0There is only one photograph uploaded in Evdokimov&#8217;s photo album in October 2014 \u2013 in front of a self-propelled gun with a tactical marking of the 8th Motorized Rifle Brigade and side number 421. Such medals mostly belong to Russian war criminals who participated in the undeclared war against Ukraine. To date, about 80 awards have been identified. Sources of information, as a rule, are the Russian military men themselves or members of their families, who like to boast of awards to their loved ones.
