They asked to keep the circumstances of capturing the flamethrower a secret in order not to disclose their location. However, some interesting conclusions can be drawn from the presented photos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2015\/01\/Flame-thrower-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-2756\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2015\/01\/Flame-thrower-1-640x360.jpg\" alt=\"Flame thrower 1\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2015\/01\/Flame-thrower-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-2757\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2015\/01\/Flame-thrower-2-640x360.jpg\" alt=\"Flame thrower 2\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>For reference:<\/p>\n<p>The compact rocket-propelled flame thrower (\u041c\u0420\u041e-\u0410) was developed on the basis of the rocket-propelled assault grenade launcher (\u0420\u0428\u0413-2) and with the purpose of arming flame thrower units of chemical troops with less heavy but a more powerful alternative to the flame thrower \u0420\u041f\u041e-\u0410 \u201cShmel\u201d (bumblebee). The \u0420\u0428\u0413-2, according to the domestic classification represents a \u201cgrenade\u201d, and is supplied to the regular RF infantry units. The basic external distinction of \u041c\u0420\u041e-\u0410 from \u0420\u0428\u0413-2 is targeting devices. In case of \u0420\u0428\u0413-2 they are identical to the (\u0420\u041f\u0413-26) anti-tank grenade sight, while \u041c\u0420\u041e-\u0410 targeting devices are identical to the rocket-propelled flame thrower \u0420\u041f\u041e-\u0410 \u201cShmel\u201d (bumblebee). Besides, the baseline (\u041c\u0420\u041e-\u0410) case with thermobaric warhead also manufactured and put into operational service alternatives of \u041c\u0420\u041e-\u0417 with incendiary warhead and \u041c\u0420\u041e-\u0414 with smoke head for laying instant smoke screen. \u041c\u0420\u041e-\u0410 has been used in the RF army arsenal since 2004.<\/p>\n<p>This type of weapon has been adopted into the RF military service since 2004. Judging by the brand (mark), the same system sample has serial number 32 and was manufactured in 2008. For that reason, it could not be used in the Ukrainian Army service. Some difficulty with identification was caused by the wiped out brand under the device index.
