This is a proof of cynical and deliberate crimes against humanity, planned and committed by the terrorists in the Donetsk Oblast.<\/p>\n<p>In the conversation, a militant of the so-called DPR (call sign \u201cTerrorist\u201d) gives an order to use multiple launch rocket systems against civilians of Mariupol. His accomplice (call sign \u201cPepel\u201d) is willing to comply with the order to shell a densely populated residential area of the city and then report on the results.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/H1a_KkguBlg?feature=player_detailpage\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Transcript<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>The SBU Counterintelligence acquired conclusive evidence of implication of DPR terrorists in the shelling of Mariupol on January 24, 2015.
