Apparently, after Putin has addressed to both houses of the Federal Assembly in connection with the appeal of the \u201cRepublic of Crimea\u201d and Sevastopol \u201cofficials\u201d for admission into the Russian Federation, the Ukrainian Navy Headquarters will be totally blocked.
