This timeline was prepared by the InformNapalm team and was based on the information from our insiders in the occupied territories, as well as the information from public sources.<\/p>\n

Sector \u201cC\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

Donetsk<\/b><\/p>\n

At night militants opened fire several times at Ukrainian Armed Forces strongholds in the area of Avdiivka, Pesky and Opytne using heavy artillery.<\/p>\n

08:50 – Motel Circle, 2 white SUVs\u00a0of the OSCE mission were observed.<\/p>\n

09:29 – A convoy\u00a0of heavy weaponry\u00a0of mercenaries moved along Artema Street.<\/p>\n

10:17 – Kalininskyi district, the movement of a convoy\u00a0consisting of 14 covered Ural trucks was registered from the direction\u00a0of Makiivka in the\u00a0western direction. Then, at 11:25 2 BMP IFVs\u00a0moved towards Makiivka.<\/p>\n

11:20 near Mine No. 20 mercenaries organized a training with the use of small arms, they practiced\u00a0shooting RPK\u00a0machine guns and AKs.<\/p>\n

From\u00a012:00 to\u00a014:00 in the area of Donetsk airport and Peski mortar\u00a0and artillery\u00a0explosions could be heard.<\/p>\n

15:51 Kalininskyi district, militants towed\u00a0a BMP with a truck from the direction\u00a0of Makiivka in the western direction.<\/p>\n

16:10 two OSCE vehicles drove\u00a0in\u00a0the direction of Donetsk airport along Kyivskyi Avenue.<\/p>\n

We should also note\u00a0that road police cars in groups of two have appeared on Donetsk roads. They are located in the same spots\u00a0they used before the occupation.<\/p>\n

For the whole day civilians could see\u00a0active\u00a0movements of covered trucks, transporting a lot of militants\u2019 personnel in different directions.<\/p>\n

17:24 – Tank fire from Yasinovata <\/b>was registered.<\/p>\n

17:45 – Powerful salvo fire of\u00a0heavy artillery made from the direction\u00a0of Yakovlivka.<\/b><\/p>\n

18:11 – Kyivskyi district, from time to time mortar and heavy artillery salvos could be heard.<\/p>\n

19:45 – One\u00a0BTR with personnel on its armor moved under the Russian flag from the city along the Ilyich Avenue.<\/p>\n

From 22:45 to 23:10 there was a firefight in Kirovskyi and Kalininskyi districts. Shots could also be heard and tracers seen in the sky above Bakinskikh Kommisarov Street, and also above the nitrogen and cable factories.<\/p>\n

Avdiivka<\/b><\/p>\n

17:07 \u00a0– Local residents heard very heavy explosions in Opytne.<\/p>\n

17:45 – Incoming MLRS explosions could be heard.<\/p>\n

00:16 – Rather powerful explosions from the direction of Opytne\u00a0were registered.<\/p>\n

Makiivka<\/b><\/p>\n

6:30 – About 20 escorted trucks moved towards Donetsk through Makiivka. Some of them had their license\u00a0plates covered, some license\u00a0plates showed region\u00a0161 (Russia).<\/p>\n

19:48 – Chervonohvardiyskyi district, 5 fuel\u00a0trucks and two BTRs were noticed near the garage of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Overall, in this area a high concentration of military equipment is registered.<\/p>\n

Horlivka<\/b><\/p>\n

Starting from 20:00, there was active movement of weapons convoys,\u00a0including self-propelled guns, tanks, and BTRs. Convoys\u00a0were moving in different directions. Two convoys\u00a0went towards Dzerzhynsk one hour apart, the\u00a0third one went in the direction of the town of Mayorsk.<\/p>\n

Until 22:00 sounds of low intensity fights with random breaks between them could be heard on the outskirts of the town from the north, northeast and northwest.<\/p>\n

At about 22:00 a massive shelling started from the town of Horlivka in\u00a0the direction of the town of Dzerzhynsk and the town of Mayorsk . Shelling was conducted with the use of howitzers, self-propelled artillery guns (SPG) and heavy artillery. Local residents also heard single firing of rockets from multiple rocket launchers.<\/p>\n

22:00 –\u00a0Outgoing shells\u00a0from the area of autodrome, 3-4 SPGs were firing.<\/p>\n

22:25 – Mercenaries\u2019 howitzers were firing\u00a0from the area of the scrap metal facility, 5th pond and the quarry\u00a0near Khimik.<\/p>\n

From 22:46 to 23:05 the sounds of rocket launches\u00a0were heard from the central municipal district. The interval was about 1-3 minutes, with artillery shelling getting more and more intensive on the background. In total there were 5-6 launches.<\/p>\n

23:06 – Militants\u2019 artillery in the area of the quarry\u00a0of the 5th block\u00a0and the mechanical rubber goods factory\u00a0joined the shelling.<\/p>\n

23:09 The intensity of the fire increased significantly, in the area of the town of Mayorsk powerful incoming explosions could be heard together with the sounds of small arms fire.<\/p>\n

23:34 – The artillery located in the territory of wholesale depots on Minina and Pazharskoho Streets\u00a0joined the shelling.<\/p>\n

23-45 shots heard from the Holmivskyi village.<\/p>\n

23:48 Tank cannon fire\u00a0heard from the Stroitel district.<\/p>\n

23-56 – Artillery fire\u00a0started from the area of 5th block.<\/p>\n

23:57 – Local residents also note\u00a0that mercenaries shoot from one town district (wholesale depots) at another district (Komsomolets). Probably this is done in order to cause panic among local residents.<\/p>\n

Local residents say that fires are occurring\u00a0in the town. In particular, a fire started\u00a0in the area of the filtration plant on the crossroads of Ostapenko Street and Lenina Avenue. Problems with water supply in different town neighborhoods\u00a0started nearly immediately after that.<\/p>\n

Dzerzhynsk<\/b><\/p>\n

Local residents say that in the evening, after 20:00, they heard powerful explosions from militants\u2019 shelling with artillery and mortars. As a result of this shelling there are victims among civilians.<\/p>\n

Sector \u201cA\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

We remind the readers that militants announced military training across all of\u00a0the occupied territory of Luhansk region, to be held on April 28th.<\/p>\n

Village of Obozne<\/b> \u00a0(<\/b>48.733058, 39.308767). Militants\u2019 weaponry\u00a0is located in nearly every\u00a0yard. Locals say there has never been so much of it\u00a0before.<\/p>\n

Stakhanov<\/b> \u2013 a unit with signs of Russian engineer troops and with a lot of engineer equipment has arrived. It is likely that Russian high rank officers arrived together with the engineers.<\/p>\n

Many stores accept payment only in Russian rubles, which also indirectly confirms that a lot of Russian servicemen have arrived to the town.<\/p>\n

Luhansk \u2013<\/b> a \u201ctraining alert\u201d has been announced in Luhansk in the morning. Starting at\u00a0nighttime, large weapons\u00a0convoys\u00a0were moving in the city.<\/p>\n

From 13:00 to 13:40 there were several explosions and machine gun fire on the training grounds that were\u00a0heard in the city. In the eastern districts very powerful explosions could be heard.<\/p>\n

19-55 Luhansk. A weapons\u00a0convoy,\u00a0including tanks, moved through Bakhmutka in the direction of the village of Zheltoe.<\/p>\n

Antratsyt<\/b><\/p>\n

Disarmed Cossacks of \u201cCossack national guard\u201d, who are based in the regional state administration building try to act within the LNR system as a civic structure \u2013 they are looking for a lawyer in order to legalize their business: captured stores, makeshift coal mines, etc.<\/p>\n

Rovenki<\/b><\/p>\n

18:00 – 5 militants\u2019 Ural trucks passed, one of Urals\u00a0was towing a cannon. Locals notice such movement of equipment for the 3rd day in a row at the same time, which brings them to the conclusion that trucks and\u00a0weapons\u00a0move through the Russian-Ukrainian border during the precisely specified time.<\/p>\n

Shchastya<\/strong><\/p>\n

A work of subversive-reconnaissance groups has extremely intensified on the northern direction of Luhansk region. Last night there was a fight with a large enemy reconnaissance group near the town of Shchastya. A group had to retreat to its starting positions.<\/p>\n

From 17:36 to\u00a017:41 militants\u00a0attacked the thermal power station with grenade launchers, they also attacked all checkpoints of the town of Shchastya with 120 mm mortars. There are wounded and dead.<\/p>\n

Alchevsk<\/b><\/p>\n

Scrap iron from the Alchevsk metallurgical complex is being taken away to Russia via railway. Pensions in Alchevsk are given in rubles.<\/p>\n

Lutuhyne<\/b><\/p>\n

Over the last 4 days at least 3 mercenaries were killed in Lutuhyne area, one was wounded. Mostly these were results of domestic conflicts with Russians.<\/p>\n

Krasnyi<\/b> Luch<\/b><\/p>\n

Nearly 150 items of armored equipment are concentrated along the road Luhansk-Krasnyi Luch. Small pension payments in rubles renewed again.<\/p>\n

Local residents also say that training\u00a0has resumed, heavy artillery fire could be heard. During the training mercenaries were shooting with BM-21 \u201cGrad\u201d multiple rocket launchers.<\/p>\n

Extremely long lines\u00a0appear at\u00a0the border crossings, captured by Russian occupants. This is caused by convoys\u00a0of Russian equipment arriving\u00a0all the time.<\/p>\n

Izvarine border crossing <\/b><\/p>\n

A large convoy\u00a0of armor has passed from Russia to Luhansk region over the last 24 hours. The column included 15 tanks, equipment also arrives via rail.<\/p>\n

Dolzhanskyi\u00a0border crossing<\/b><\/p>\n

Large convoys of trucks take Donbass coal out to Russia.<\/p>\n

Sector \u201cB\u201d and \u201cM\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

In the morning the village of Hranitne was\u00a0shelled for 2 hours, shells hit the Chervonych Partyzan Street right in the middle of the street. Shelling was conducted from the village of Telmanove.<\/p>\n

Shyrokyne \u2013 <\/b>The night was fairly calm, at about 7:00 mercenaries fired an\u00a0AGS.<\/p>\n

Chermalyk \u2013 <\/b>at about 18:30 shelling of the village Chermalyk of Volnovakha area started. Local doctors inform about one person killed.<\/p>\n

Occupied Crimea<\/p>\n

Local residents inform that at about 14:30 a convoy\u00a0of Russian armor \u00a0went through Armiansk. It included 14 BTR-80, a BTR-80-based command vehicle, about 8 Ural trucks with barrels and one with maintenance equipment, 8 KAMAZ trucks, 2 tank trucks\u00a0based\u00a0of KAMAZ trucks. BTRs had their HEAT protection\u00a0removed, soldiers were in standard Russian field uniform.<\/p>\n

Conclusion:<\/b> Militants together with Russian servicemen continue provocative shelling of Ukrainian forces positions. They also accummulate\u00a0weapons\u00a0and ammunition and terrorize local residents in the occupied territories.<\/p>\n
