But this story can be considered as an assumption and a starting point for further\u00a0investigations.<\/p>\n<p>The last week Ukrainian forces captured the Russian serviceman Vladimir Starkov. He serves in the village of Teysin (Khabarovskiy kraj, Russia) where military unit No. 55487 is located (the 6th arsenal of\u00a0Main Missile and Artillery Directorate). It became known from his statements that his job\u00a0was to guard the missiles and shells, he tried to transfer to other unit but failed.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ZvBBBhhB5Jw?rel=0\" width=\"750\" height=\"563\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>And suddenly he is moved\u00a0to some unit in Novocherkassk (Rostov Oblast) which looks like heaven comparing to Taiga. But it appears to be some &#8216;the 12th command&#8217; unit. And in result he has to choose where to serve &#8211; in DPR or in LPR.<\/p>\n<p>And now the picture became clearer for us, since OSINT investigators came on the strange transferring of the Russian servicemen to Novocherkassk for several\u00a0times. It is interesting that the soldiers are moved without their families. The wives usually complain about that in the comments on forums or social network pages. That is another indirect evidence.<\/p>\n<p>Here is <a href=\"http:\/\/voinskayachast.ru\/goroda\/rostov-na-donu-i-rostovskaya-oblast\" target=\"_blank\">the list of all military units in Rostov<\/a>\u00a0(in Russian).<\/p>\n<p>And this is a strange\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/sudact.ru\/regular\/doc\/HXtghXzu1FH\/\" target=\"_blank\">lawsuit from\u00a0Krasnodar Military Court, dated on\u00a0April, 23, 2015<\/a>. (military unit No. 01228) got promoted\u00a0to military unit No.\u00a089462. But then he discovered that the unit is in Novocherkassk (and not in Krasnodar),\u00a0issued\u00a0the Ministry of Defense and lost the case: &#8220;During the trial session the demandant stated that he was a contract serviceman,\u00a0obeyed to the\u00a0commander of the Southern Military District and assigned\u00a0to military unit No. 01228. On March, 21, 2015, his commander\u00a0offered him promotion to the unit No. 89462. Lieutenant\u00a0colonel accepted the offer being sure it was in Krasnodar. He got to know that the real location of the unit was in Novocherkassk (Rostov Oblast) on March, 26, 2015&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>But you will never find such military unit neither in Krasnodar nor in Novocherkassk, despite it exists according to the case documents.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Usually a military unit has a lot of its former employees, a lot of groups and pages in social networks &#8211; but here you will hardly find anything except a little chat in a group of the financial department in\u00a0<a class=\"_553k\" href=\"https:\/\/vk.com\/wall-28369781_36527\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">VK network<\/a> (<a class=\"_553k\" href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/C3r5B\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">archive<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>The decree of the court was more than strange: &#8220;the procedure of demandant&#8217;s\u00a0early discharge has been\u00a0started&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>And now guess\u00a0the\u00a0military unit the captured Russian lieutenant\u00a0colonel Vladimir Starkov served in. Our sources in the power-wielding agency\u00a0state that during the interrogations major Starkov\u00a0named that &#8216;ghost&#8217; unit No. 89462.<\/p>\n<p>As we can see in result, Starkov agreed to serve in this military unit and appeared in Donbas. The secret units or flash points used to get post code\u00a0like &#8216;Moscow-400&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>It seems that unit No. 89462 is a fake military unit located in Novocherkassk and used to handle &#8216;vacationing tourists&#8217; from DPR and LPR. The same strange training camp where strange people enrolled Maikop contract servicemen to fight in Ukraine (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.gazeta.ru\/politics\/2015\/07\/10_a_7633125.shtml\" target=\"_blank\">in Russian<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Russian military machine can create any\u00a0levels of secrecy but in result all the information piece by piece makes the whole picture of the Russian aggression against Ukraine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We can advise the wives of the lost soldiers to write a letter to military unit No. 89462 &#8211; maybe they will help to get the bodies home. He serves in the village of Teysin (Khabarovskiy kraj, Russia) where military unit No. 55487 is located (the 6th arsenal of\u00a0Main Missile and Artillery Directorate). It became known from his statements that his job\u00a0was to guard the missiles and shells, he tried to transfer to other unit but failed.\r\n\r\n<iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ZvBBBhhB5Jw?rel=0\" width=\"750\" height=\"563\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe>\r\n\r\nAnd suddenly he is moved\u00a0to some unit in Novocherkassk (Rostov Oblast) which looks like heaven comparing to Taiga. But it appears to be some 'the 12th command' unit. And in result he has to choose where to serve - in DPR or in LPR.\r\n\r\nAnd now the picture became clearer for us, since OSINT investigators came on the strange transferring of the Russian servicemen to Novocherkassk for several\u00a0times. It is interesting that the soldiers are moved without their families. The wives usually complain about that in the comments on forums or social network pages. That is another indirect evidence.\r\n\r\nHere is <a href=\"http:\/\/voinskayachast.ru\/goroda\/rostov-na-donu-i-rostovskaya-oblast\" target=\"_blank\">the list of all military units in Rostov<\/a>\u00a0(in Russian).\r\n\r\nAnd this is a strange\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/sudact.ru\/regular\/doc\/HXtghXzu1FH\/\" target=\"_blank\">lawsuit from\u00a0Krasnodar Military Court, dated on\u00a0April, 23, 2015<\/a>. But then he discovered that the unit is in Novocherkassk (and not in Krasnodar),\u00a0issued\u00a0the Ministry of Defense and lost the case: \"During the trial session the demandant stated that he was a contract serviceman,\u00a0obeyed to the\u00a0commander of the Southern Military District and assigned\u00a0to military unit No. 01228. On March, 21, 2015, his commander\u00a0offered him promotion to the unit No. 89462. Lieutenant\u00a0colonel accepted the offer being sure it was in Krasnodar. He got to know that the real location of the unit was in Novocherkassk (Rostov Oblast) on March, 26, 2015...\"\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n\r\n<strong>But you will never find such military unit neither in Krasnodar nor in Novocherkassk, despite it exists according to the case documents.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nUsually a military unit has a lot of its former employees, a lot of groups and pages in social networks - but here you will hardly find anything except a little chat in a group of the financial department in\u00a0<a class=\"_553k\" href=\"https:\/\/vk.com\/wall-28369781_36527\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">VK network<\/a> (<a class=\"_553k\" href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/C3r5B\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">archive<\/a>).\r\n\r\nThe decree of the court was more than strange: \"the procedure of demandant's\u00a0early discharge has been\u00a0started\".\r\n\r\nAnd now guess\u00a0the\u00a0military unit the captured Russian lieutenant\u00a0colonel Vladimir Starkov served in.
