While performing a new\u00a0OSINT-investigation we found\u00a0a Ammunition Transshipment Camp in the cross country<\/a>\u00a0near the village of Russkoye, Rostov Oblast in 10 miles\u00a0from the \u2018Marynivka\u2019 checkpoint on the Ukrainian border.<\/p>\n

The information about this camp has\u00a0appeared\u00a0on the net for several\u00a0times already, but the decision was made to collect all the data in one place, moreover\u00a0the Russian Yandex.Maps<\/a><\/u>\u00a0began to update the maps showing the concentration\u00a0of the Russian troops on the border with Ukraine. It should be noticed that you can find\u00a0Yandex.Maps<\/a><\/u>\u00a0updates for any year (2012, 2013 etc.)\u00a0except\u00a02015. A simple comparison with Google.Maps<\/a><\/u>\u00a0shows clearly that doing so \u2018Yandex\u2019 is just trying to conceal the fact of updating its maps with\u00a0the Russian military vehicles, field camps and destructions on the occupied part of Donbas. No wonder.<\/p>\n

The panorama view of the camp was shown on the net in the end of February 2015<\/a>. \u201cJudging by the weather on the picture it is not winter\u201d \u2013 many Russians would think, but the fact that there was no snow in the area at that time of the year can be easily checked in the Internet.<\/p>\n

The panorama photo was made by\u00a0Batyr Kasbayev<\/a>. It is a common thing that such photos are already deleted from the profile, but you can find them\u00a0in the Google cache<\/a>\u00a0of <\/em>Batyr Kasbayev<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>albums.<\/p>\n

According to geotags, Batyr was noticed many times in this camp near the village of Russkoye and also in the settlement Matveev-Kurgan where, supposedly, the ammunition is reloaded from railroad cars\u00a0to the military trucks.<\/p>\n

A good external analysis of the camp <\/strong><\/em>\u00a0was made by @DajeyPetros<\/a>\u00a0using Google Earth. And most\u00a0questions were raised by the white truck entering the camp, because it is too similar to the white trucks of Putin’s \u2018humanitarian convoys\u2019.<\/p>\n

The picture of the ammunition load\/unload <\/em><\/strong>featuring the Buryats in this camp was seen all over the net and was embedded in different demotivational posters titled \u201cDonbas. Newcomers . . .<\/a>\u201c, etc.<\/p>\n

Here we see the Russian soldiers noticed in the camp near the village of Russkoye\u00a0with the railroad echelons in the background which are used mainly for the ammunition transportation. Most likely\u00a0the pictures were taken in the area of the settlement Matveev-Kurgan mentioned above.<\/p>\n

Explanation.<\/em> On the photos with the label ‘Matveev-Kurgan\u00a0raion’\u00a0the geotag is shown incorrectly as after the study of this area with the help of the maps it becomes clear that these photos are most probably of the camp near the village of Russkoye.<\/p>\n

Artyom Akopyan<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Yegor Ivanov<\/a>\u00a0from the 99th automobile supply brigade (Southern Military District)\u00a0were noticed during the\u00a0ammunition transportation from Taganrog<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0to the transshipment\u00a0camp near the village of Russkoye. Most probably, almost all of the noticed Russian soldiers \u00a0this camp are the drivers of the Southern military district.<\/p>\n

Artyom Akopyan<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Yegor Ivanov<\/a>\u00a0with their trucks were also noticed in the village Starorotovka near the village Matveev-Kurgan.<\/p>\n

The soldiers showed off in Taganrog\u00a0between the central airport of Taganrog and military town,<\/a> making a memento selfie. How can you go out without a selfie?!<\/p>\n

So in the profile of \u00a0Yegor Ivanov<\/a>\u00a0we see the pictures of military trucks near the planes. Is this a coincidence?! I don\u2019t think so. Most probably, the ammunition is transported to Taganrog by planes, and later \u2013 to different transshipment\u00a0camps.<\/p>\n

In the end it should be noticed that\u00a0Yegor Ivanov<\/a>\u00a0helped us to notice\u00a0the big military trucks convoy\u00a0from the Volgograd area to the Ukrainian border<\/a>\u00a0in February, 2015.<\/p>\n

And also\u00a0the Russian soldiers of the\u00a099th brigade were noticed on the \u2018Donbas-arena’ stadium <\/a>\u00a0in Donetsk (Ukraine).<\/p>\n

It should be noticed that you can find\u00a0<u><a href=\"https:\/\/maps.yandex.ua\/-\/CVWFFFyY\">Yandex.Maps<\/a><\/u>\u00a0updates for any year (2012, 2013 etc.)\u00a0except\u00a02015. A simple comparison with <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com.ua\/maps\/@47.7508751,38.9634717,379m\/data=!3m1!1e3?hl=ru\">Google.Maps<\/a><\/u>\u00a0shows clearly that doing so \u2018Yandex\u2019 is just trying to conceal the fact of updating its maps with\u00a0the Russian military vehicles, field camps and destructions on the occupied part of Donbas.
