InformNapalm<\/a>\u00a0international volunteer group gathered evidence of presence of the Russian militants within\u00a0the territory of the ‘Novoazovskyi’ windfarm and monitored the activities of the Ukrainian electrical windfarms in the occupied territories of Ukraine.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

In\u00a02008 Ukrainian authorities launched\u00a0a\u00a0green tariff, according to\u00a0which companies\u00a0generating\u00a0power from renewable sources (solar, wind, water and waste fuels based energy) earn\u00a0many times more comparing to\u00a0thermal or nuclear power stations. Subsidies\u00a0of the ‘green’ power generation are\u00a0practiced all over the world. It\u00a0is a strategic investment and the protection of the environment\u00a0for the developed countries. But in Ukraine the green tariff became an\u00a0enrichment scheme for Andriy Klyuyev, former Verkhovna Rada deputy\u00a0and head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine at the times of Victor Yanukhovych. Klyuyev owns Active Solar doing installations of solar panels. But when Active Solar lost its leadership after the annexation of the Crimea, the windfarm operators took the lead role.<\/p>\n

Management Company ‘Wind Parks of Ukraine’, LLC is one of the biggest holdings in the wind power generating sector of Ukraine. It includes ‘Fuhrl\u00e4nder Windtechnology’ \u2014 an\u00a0enterprise, specializing in the production of modern wind turbines, incorporated in Kramatorsk in July, 2010 and a group of\u00a0windfarms, producing the power or being at the\u00a0stage of construction\/planning<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Most of the windfarms, namely: Novoazovskyi, Krasnodonsky, Lutuhynskyi are located in the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts. In 2014 these companies changed the registration\u00a0address: 01021, Kyiv, Klovskyi\u00a0descent, 7.<\/em><\/p>\n

It is not quite clear about Kerchenskyi windfarm, since it is registered in the\u00a0Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Leninsky raion,\u00a0<\/b>Novomykolaivka<\/span>,\u00a0Oktyabrska str., 18A. But the Russian state register of corporations says that this windfarm is located\u00a0in the occupied Crimea and was registered as the Russian legal entity on November 28, 2014. Balla G.E. is the director of the enterprise according to both: Russian and Ukrainian registers of corporations.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

An article in\u00a0the Russian Rossiyskaya Gazeta<\/a>\u00a0notes that the Crimean windfarms\u00a0seceded from the Ukrainian mother company. ‘We have registered four legal entities\u00a0in Crimea,’ \u2014\u00a0says Gennady Balla, the director of the Crimean windfarms. ‘Kerchenskiy windfarm\u00a0is already operating. As for the Prysyvashskyi \u2014 we have already received the\u00a0technical specifications from Krymenergo for interconnection with\u00a0their supply substation. Sakskyi and Stepovyi windfarms are waiting for their turn.’<\/p>\n

Note that the Novoazovskyi, Krasnodonskyi, Lutuhynskyi and Antratsytovskyi windfarms have identical founders:<\/p>\n
