Many journalists have already reported on the opening of a &#8216;memorial plaque&#8217; to a militant killed in Donbas; however, no one bothered to find out how the young people from the Altai (Russia) ended up serving in the illegal armed groups of &#8216;Novorossiya&#8217;.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/2waImszDxbQ\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The team of InformNapalm.org in its OSINT investigations tracks down not only the military forces of the Russian aggressors, but also other auxiliary units involved in the war in Donbas sponsored by the Kremlin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The topic of the Russian &#8216;volunteers&#8217; fighting in the East of Ukraine has been covered repeatedly. We know that most of the &#8216;volunteer militants&#8217; fighting in Donbas get into the conflict area in an organized way and often represent various public organizations (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/en\/russian-cossacks-as-the-russia-s-ministry-of-defense-reserve\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cossacks<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, veterans&#8217; associations, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/en\/airsoft-lovers-from-kazakhstan-fight-in-donbas-as-part-of-armed-groups\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">military-patriotic clubs<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and other groups) having legal registration and status in the Russian Federation and providing the main venue to the Russian special services for the recruitment of the &#8216;cannon fodder&#8217; for Russia&#8217;s foreign military operations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In this article, we would like to draw attention to the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/vk.com\/club87873058\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Altai branch of the so-called inter-regional voluntary patriotic organization &#8216;Volunteers&#8217;<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> established in 2014. One of the main activities of the &#8216;Volunteers&#8217; is the &#8216;patriotic education of youth&#8217; or, to be precise, the recruitment of the young people to the ranks of militants. Besides, the organization is engaged in comforting the families of the &#8216;volunteers&#8217; that were killed in Donbas or returned home with injuries, and is in contact with the\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/biRHY\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Russian military medical institutions<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> treating the surviving bandits who returned home safe and sound (or not quite so) from the Ukrainian Donbas. Chairman of the Board of &#8216;Volunteers&#8217; is <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ilytenko\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aleksandr Ilyutenko<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> from Novosibirsk, callsign\u00a0&#8216;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/vk.com\/id21190270\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Palestinian<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8216;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One of the latest events organized by this organization was the opening on September 26, 2015, in the village Ozerki of the Altai Krai\u00a0of the <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amic.ru\/news\/314069\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">memorial plaque in &#8216;honor&#8217; of the local resident Ivan Korolkov<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (born in 1989, codename &#8216;Tsar&#8217;) killed on January 28, 2015, near \u200b\u200bDebaltseve (watch a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/t8xQO1-VvE4\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">video<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">). The plaque was opened at the initiative of the Barnaul regional organization of the veterans of the Afghan War and other minor wars, Altai Volunteers of &#8216;Novorossiya&#8217;, &#8216;Solidarity&#8217; trade union named after Stolypin and its chairman <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/vk.com\/maevich2013\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Andrey Mayevich<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/222222222222.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-13215 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/222222222222.jpg\" alt=\"222222222222\" width=\"918\" height=\"778\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/1111111111.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-13211\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/1111111111.jpg\" alt=\"1111111111\" width=\"918\" height=\"755\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">He was not the only &#8216;volunteer&#8217; from Barnaul sent by Mayevich and his GRU curators to meet his doom in Ukraine &#8211; at least\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"http:\/\/politsib.ru\/news\/80860\">7 more local residents returned home as &#8216;cargo 200&#8217; (human remains<\/a>)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Konstantin Rusakov<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, born in 1957. Former deputy of the Altai Krai\u00a0Legislative Assembly, Altai State University professor and candidate of historical sciences. He served in &#8216;Lavina&#8217; [Avalanche] unit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Aleksandr Borovinsky<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, born in 1980. Chechen War veteran and Russian Railways employee. He served in &#8216;Lavina&#8217; unit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Sergei Kertel<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, born in 1976. Chechen War veteran, served in &#8216;Tigr&#8217; [Tiger] battalion of the Altai Krai\u00a0Department of Internal Affairs, codename &#8216;Director&#8217;. He served in &#8216;Vostok&#8217; [East] unit, callsign\u00a0&#8216;Churchill&#8217;.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Vasily Tkachev<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, born in 1968. Callsign\u00a0&#8216;Altai&#8217;, served in the Cossack militia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Aleksandr Usov<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, born in 1992. He served in the International Brigade.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Igor Antonov<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, Lieutenant Colonel, lawyer of the Union of Afghan War Veterans of the Altai Krai, took part in military operations in Afghanistan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Denis Sukharev<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, born in 1978. Chechen War veteran. Callsign &#8216;Sukhar&#8217; [Rusk], served in &#8216;Sut Vremeni&#8217;\u00a0[Matter of Time]\u00a0unit and &#8216;Vostok&#8217; battalion.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/vk-8-.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-13225\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/vk-8-.jpg\" alt=\"vk 8 -\" width=\"918\" height=\"833\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The same Mayevich organized <a href=\"http:\/\/www.politsib.ru\/news\/79728\">in June in Barnaul the distribution of awards to 35 &#8216;volunteer militiamen&#8217;<\/a> from the Altai Krai\u00a0that fought in the East of Ukraine, who were presented with &#8216;numbered&#8217; medals &#8216;For Defender of Novorossiya&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/33333333333333.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-13223\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/33333333333333.jpg\" alt=\"33333333333333\" width=\"918\" height=\"616\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">InformNapalm has identified a number of Barnaul &#8216;volunteers&#8217; and tried to trace down the itinerary that brings them to the illegal armed groups of &#8216;Novorossiya&#8217;. \u00a0Specifically, as a result of the study and analysis of the available information, we have identified:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">1.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/Vw61Z\">Ainar Bayramov<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (archive with <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/OYpTt\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">photos<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, archive with <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/S83Wf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">contacts<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">), born on 01.01.1993, resident of Barnaul (Altai Krai, Russia). His military service records include:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2011\u20132012, military unit No. 88612, artillery bootcamp, Kolomna, Moscow Oblast.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2013\u20132014, military unit No. 22316, 32nd separate motorized rifle brigade, Shilov, Novosibirsk Oblast (this unit has been repeatedly mentioned in the context of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/en\/the-case-of-potilytsyn-how-russian-sergeant-volunteered-during-occupation-of-crimea-and-the-war-in-donbas\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">the occupation of Crimea and the war in Donbas<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">2014\u20132015, the 10th Special Force Brigade of GRU, military unit No. 51532, Krasnodar Krai, Goryachiy Klyuch (this Spetsnaz brigade has also been <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/en\/selfies-of-the-10th-special-purpose-brigade-of-the-russian-gru-geolocated-in-luhansk\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">noticed in Ukraine<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bayramov has a rich military biography, but the albums in his social network profiles have practically no pictures reflecting the period of his military service at the bootcamp and in the 32th brigade, except for one photo with colleagues made in August 2014, where they are showing off their brand-new medals &#8216;For the Recovery of Crimea&#8217; in <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/LxHM2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ok.ru<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> social network.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/ok-7-avgusta-20141.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-13228\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/ok-7-avgusta-20141.jpg\" alt=\"ok 7 \u0430\u0432\u0433\u0443\u0441\u0442\u0430 2014\" width=\"918\" height=\"810\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/vk-prof.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-13234\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/vk-prof-230x130.jpg\" alt=\"vk prof\" width=\"230\" height=\"130\" \/><\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/ok-prof.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-13235\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/ok-prof-230x130.jpg\" alt=\"ok prof\" width=\"230\" height=\"130\" \/><\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/vk-prof-.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-13236\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/vk-prof--230x130.jpg\" alt=\"vk prof -\" width=\"230\" height=\"130\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">It seems that Bayramov is not being quite frank about his military service at the 10th brigade of GRU Spetsnaz, but his profile on <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/LxHM2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ok.ru<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> has, among other pictures made in October 2014, a few interesting photos showing some young men wearing &#8216;Gorka&#8217; uniform and striped vests usually worn by the Russian paratroopers and Spetsnaz, posing in a tent with Ainar (marked with a red arrow).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Note: It should be noted that photos from the same series can be found in the social profile of another &#8216;volunteer&#8217; from Altai, Kirill Geist (marked with a blue arrow). Other tags related to <\/b><b><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/BEPLH\">this picture<\/a>\u00a0<\/b><b>are noteworthy as \u00a0well, like the\u00a0comment by the &#8216;mentor&#8217; from the Altai branch of &#8216;Volunteers&#8217; NGO <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/vk.com\/maevich2013\"><b>Andrey Mayevich<\/b><\/a><b>:\u00a0<\/b><b><i>&#8216;I don\u2019t see Diman?? He must have been cooking pilaf then!&#8217;<\/i><\/b><b> and, of course, the geotag &#8216;Goryachiy Klyuch&#8217;.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Note: it should be remembered that the 10th separate special operations brigade of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU) of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces is stationed near the settlements of Goryachiy Klyuch and Molkino in Rostov Oblast. Several field camps, training ranges and shooting grounds are also deployed there. For instance, a training camp used by the Russian military command to prepare &#8216;volunteers&#8217; to be sent to Donbas is located near the settlement of Psekups (see earlier publications on informnapalm.org):<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/1707-rossyjskye-naemnyky-na-sluzhbe-u-rossyjskoj-armyy\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8216;Russia as the Sponsor of International Terrorism: Militants Training Camps in the Russian territory&#8217;<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (in Russian) \u2013 a 44 year-old &#8216;volunteer&#8217; There are no many posts and pictures related to his military service in Pakhomov&#8217;s profile (presumably, in 2013\u20132014 he served in airborne troops), but unlike his &#8216;comrades-in-arms&#8217; from Donbas, Ivan dared to upload pictures taken in the area of combat operations in the Eastern Ukraine, some of which can be found in his page on <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/203KX\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ok.ru<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> social network. These include a picture of Pakhomov next to the Russian propagandist from &#8216;Rossiya&#8217; TV channel, the author of TV reports of the &#8216;Special Correspondent&#8217; series, Aleksandr Buzaladze (marked with a pink square) uploaded in April 2015. Pakhomov has been identified by the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"http:\/\/psb4ukr.org\/\">Myrotvorets [Peacemaker<\/a>]<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0Center back in November 2014 and entered into the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/psb4ukr.org\/criminal\/paxomov-ivan\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Purgatory<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> database of terrorists.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Note: In April 2015, &#8216;Rossiya&#8217; TV channel released a propaganda film by A. Buzaladze named\u00a0<\/span><\/i><a href=\"http:\/\/www.vesti.ru\/videos\/show\/vid\/646444\/cid\/2441\/#\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Pincers<\/span><\/i><\/a><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> on the situation near Novoazovsk and Shyrokyne. We know that most of the 'volunteer militants' fighting in Donbas get into the conflict area in an organized way and often represent various public organizations (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/en\/russian-cossacks-as-the-russia-s-ministry-of-defense-reserve\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cossacks<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, veterans' associations, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/en\/airsoft-lovers-from-kazakhstan-fight-in-donbas-as-part-of-armed-groups\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">military-patriotic clubs<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and other groups) having legal registration and status in the Russian Federation and providing the main venue to the Russian special services for the recruitment of the 'cannon fodder' for Russia's foreign military operations.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In this article, we would like to draw attention to the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/vk.com\/club87873058\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Altai branch of the so-called inter-regional voluntary patriotic organization 'Volunteers'<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> established in 2014. One of the main activities of the 'Volunteers' is the 'patriotic education of youth' or, to be precise, the recruitment of the young people to the ranks of militants. Besides, the organization is engaged in comforting the families of the 'volunteers' that were killed in Donbas or returned home with injuries, and is in contact with the\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/biRHY\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Russian military medical institutions<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> treating the surviving bandits who returned home safe and sound (or not quite so) from the Ukrainian Donbas. Chairman of the Board of 'Volunteers' is <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ilytenko\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aleksandr Ilyutenko<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> from Novosibirsk, callsign\u00a0'<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/vk.com\/id21190270\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Palestinian<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">'.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">One of the latest events organized by this organization was the opening on September 26, 2015, in the village Ozerki of the Altai Krai\u00a0of the <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.amic.ru\/news\/314069\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">memorial plaque in 'honor' of the local resident Ivan Korolkov<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (born in 1989, codename 'Tsar') killed on January 28, 2015, near \u200b\u200bDebaltseve (watch a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/t8xQO1-VvE4\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">video<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">). Callsign\u00a0'Altai', served in the Cossack militia.<\/span><\/li>\r\n\t<li><b>Aleksandr Usov<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, born in 1992.
