Today, on November 27,\u00a0Oleh Slobodian, the assistant to the chairman of the State Border Service\u00a0and\u00a0the\u00a0Head of the press service, reported\u00a0on his page on Facebook<\/a>\u00a0that the Lugansk detachment of border guards detained two servicemen of internal troops of the Russian Federation in the area of ‘Milove’ checkpoint on November 26.<\/p>\n

According to Oleh Slobodyan, the detained servicemen from\u00a0one of the units of\u00a0Russia’s Interior Ministry were heading to\u00a0the town of Armavir (Russia)<\/strong>. As explained by\u00a0the detainees: “We\u00a0came to\u00a0Ukraine\u00a0by chance, got lost. We were proceeding\u00a0to Armavir with the aim of taking exams for the right to wear the beret of dark green color”.<\/p>\n

The press service of the Border Troops of Ukraine says that measures are\u00a0being taken\u00a0to clarify\u00a0the circumstances of the offense.<\/p>\n
