Further buildup of terrorist forces was observed in both Slovyansk and Kramatorsk throughout the day of June 25, 2014. Additionally, the buildup was seen in the south Luhansk region, namely in the towns of Snezhnoye, Antratsit and Krasny Luch. One more unauthorized border crossing occurred near Dmitrovka village. Three armored vehicles arrived to Kramatorsk which are possibly mobile artillery units. Local residents describe them as a \u201cone with a long gun and turret shifted to the back\u201d. Interestingly, a picture of railroad platforms full of mobile artillery units appeared in the internet. The picture was taken in Moscow suburbs; these platforms were heading towards Ukrainian border.
\n\"Bq4wSZNIAAAqPKl\"<\/a>Terrorists started intensive shelling of Karachun base and (Kramatorsk) airport soon after receiving reinforcements. Ukrainian military had to respond with fire to repel the attacks.\u00a0
Militants were showing some activity on Belenkaya Mountain where they moved their armored units to on Saturday, June 21st. Our informants spotted two of either T-64 or T-72 tanks near Melovye (Chalk) Mountains. Also one T-64 tank was spotted moving in Luhansk downtown around 4 am; this was filmed with a web camera.

Local bloggers report that web cameras downtime is related to a massive redeployment of armored units towards an area located between Luhansk and Schastye. A convoy of tanks and various APCs was observed on the move however we are waiting for the confirmation of this message.
\n\"9bT3XYAA6Qg\"<\/a>The delivery of so-called \u201chumanitarian aid\u201d from Russia goes on. Both militants and Russian activists reported successful deliveries of equipment and weapons to Luhansk, Donetsk and even Slovyansk. Apparently their secret “H\u1ed3 Ch\u00ed Minh” trail is still open. For instance, the militants bought satellite dishes for internet access after they have experienced internet connection issues.

Our source in Crimea reported a sighting of Russian nuclear warheads near Simferopol. These warheads are being moved to and stockpiled in an old Ukrainian nuclear waste storage site near Gvardeyskoye town, right across a Russian airstrip. Obviously this report requires an additional confirmation; so far we only have a single source.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Russia<\/strong>
Russia continues to move its troops to the border of Ukraine. Today the Ukrainian MFA demanded to withdraw the troops from the border as well as from the territory of Ukraine including Donbass and Crimea. The redeployment of troops to the border continues in spite of demands of Ukraine. Below is a video confirming the movements of Russian troops:<\/p>\n

Additionally, there is an increase in reconnaissance flights of Russian air force near Ukrainian border.\u00a0
Terrorists continue to actively recruit \u201cvolunteers\u201d with the following expertise:
– Artillerists for all calibers of artillery
– Armored vehicle crew members
– Tank crew members
– Operators of MANPADs, anti-tank missiles, air defense systems, AGS-17 machine guns, grenade launchers and flamethrowers
– Those who served in special units of GRU, Army or police as well as those who served as paratroopers\u00a0
To summarize, we continue to observe the escalation of the situation as of night of June 25th. There is an increased frequency of shootings and attacks on Ukrainian forces. Ukrainian military forces neither conduct full-scale operations due to the truce, nor they lead any attacks on militants positions. Government forces continue to hold their positions. V. Seleznyov, the ATO spokesperson, informed that Ukrainian forces installed the equipment to monitor the violations of a cease-fire regime and peaceful resolution of the conflict.<\/p>\n
