As a result of the OSINT investigation\u00a0conducted by the InformNapalm international volunteer community regarding the situation\u00a0on the Mariupol direction\u00a0a number of places were identified where the combined Russian-separatist forces presumably hide their artillery equipment, which had to be withdrawn from the contact\u00a0line. InformNapalm’s reconnaissance group expresses its gratitude to the mothers of the Russian mercenaries for documenting\u00a0the crimes of their children. The sons are not always decisive, sometimes they are stingy to give away information and pictures, but mothers with their emotions try to fill those gaps by pictures which are missing.<\/strong>
\n\"Foto<\/a><\/p>\n

From the very beginning of the conflict in Donbas our volunteer group monitors regular units of occupation forces of Russia, as well as the personnel of the so-called illegal armed formation ‘Novorossiya’ on the basis of which the so-called regular corps of Donetsk and Luhansk were formed. This publication presents the so-called 9<\/span>th<\/span> Mariupol-Khinhansk motorized rifle regiment, which is responsible for the Mariupol direction. On October 21, 2015 we already saw the fake withdrawal of tanks<\/a>, then they demonstrated a withdrawal of artillery on the distance of 30 kilometers from the contact\u00a0line, and told that this artillery was then transferred to Ilovaysk preservation base. The equipment and weaponry withdrawal was confirmed by the Russian ‘observers’, in particular, by Khasan Kaloev<\/a>, the Russian Representative to the Common center for Control and Coordination of issues related to the ceasefire regime<\/span>, who stated the following: “Starting from today, after the OSCE mission conducts the verification of this weaponry, we can state\u00a0that all artillery systems of ‘DPR’ have been withdrawn”. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

According to numerous messages from Navoazovsk residents, the heavy weaponry, including artillery and armored vehicles has not been withdrawn, but just\u00a0hidden nearby \u2013 in different kinds of agricultural and industry buildings and hangars. In support of these statement we present pictures of 2B16 ‘Nona-K’ mortars with ammunition, which were kindly presented by Tatiana Stafeeva<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>(profile archive<\/a>, photos archive<\/a>), the mother of a Russian mercenary Yevgeny Stafeev<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pictures show 6 guns of this type. Yevgeny Stafeev<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0(here is the\u00a0archive<\/a> to his profile under the ‘Evgeny Moroz’ cover name) is pictured with another two on his background. But it was not really hard to find real Evgeny<\/a><\/strong>‘s social account (archive<\/a>). The gun tagged in this photo had the last service on\u00a0January 2, 2010.<\/p>\n

The pictures were made inside a\u00a0threshing-floor, which was designed for preliminary drying and temporary storage of grain. The floor and the walls of the hangar are covered with grain fug.<\/span><\/p>\n

The following information about Yevgeny Stafeev has been found: he participates in the fights on the side of the illegal armed formation ‘DPR’ since July 7, 2015\u00a0and\u00a0his call sign is ‘Lesnoy’ (comes from the name of his native\u00a0town).<\/span><\/p>\n

Looking through\u00a0the profile of Yevgeny Stafeev you can find\u00a0pictures and videos from field raids<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Field<\/a>\"Location<\/a><\/p>\n

The last pictures of Yevgeny have geotags which point\u00a0at\u00a0the area of Krasnoarmiyske village in\u00a0Novoazovsk raion, and this\u00a0may indicate the\u00a0presumable location of 2B16 artillery guns.<\/span><\/p>\n

The satellite map of Krasnoarmiyske – Kulykovo –\u00a0Oktyabr area demonstrates the tracks left by heavy equipment, there is also a picture of how two tanks enter the territory of two hangars<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Wikimapia\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Those hangars found by us look like the ones\u00a0where 2B16 guns were registered. Those hangars are located on a distance which is not more than 10 kilometers from the contact\u00a0line. The fact that the equipment has not been withdrawn is also confirmed by the picture uploaded on November 20, 2015, which shows militants during a\u00a0field raid.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Field<\/a>The deployment of the\u00a0guns\u00a0and ammunition is conducted with a help of three ‘Mustang’ type armored KamAZ trucks\u00a0and one Ural truck. These vehicles and\u00a0the number of available ‘Nona-K’ mortars only confirm that this type of weaponry and equipment is supplied by\u00a0Russia through the so-called\u00a0‘military store’ of Putin and Shoigu.<\/span>

Since\u00a0the OSCE has no photo-\u00a0or video-registration\u00a0of the 2B16 ‘Nona-K’ guns\u00a0withdrawal, the InformNapalm community\u00a0assumes that the equipment is\u00a0located at the same places, where it was registered\u00a0in October, 2015. Based on the information above\u00a0we urge\u00a0the special monitoring mission to inspect hangars in the mentioned localities\u00a0of Krasnoarmiyske \u2013 Kulikovo \u2013 Oktyabr\u00a0villages.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note: The Ukrainian army has no more than two ‘Nona-K’ 120mm mortars. On September 3, 2014, the\u00a0local residents of the Luhansk Oblast noticed a column of military equipment containing 25 items including Ural and KamAZ trucks pulling 7 ‘Nona-K’ guns<\/a>.<\/span>\u00a0Besides that, the\u00a0usage of 2B16 units by\u00a0the\u00a0‘DPR’ forces<\/a> was registered\u00a0near Ilovaysk\u00a0in August of 2014.<\/span>\u00a0Two items of this weaponry were destroyed<\/a> in Yasynuvata in August of 2014. A<\/span>\u00a0battery consisting of three 2B16 ‘Nona-K’\u00a0120mm\u00a0units\u00a0belonging to ‘DPR’<\/a> forces was registered\u00a0during the hostilities\u00a0near Debaltseve. However,\u00a0none of the above mentioned facts was reflected in the OSCE mission reports, besides registering the convoy of trucks, which were transporting the\u00a02B16 guns to Luhansk\u00a0on February 2, 2015.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

The equipment and weaponry withdrawal was confirmed by the Russian 'observers', in particular, by <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/0Tpj-oERCjg?t=1m47s\">Khasan Kaloev<\/a>, the Russian Representative to the Common center for Control and Coordination of issues related to the ceasefire regime<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, who stated the following: \"Starting from today, after the OSCE mission conducts the verification of this weaponry, we can state\u00a0that all artillery systems of 'DPR' have been withdrawn\". \u00a0\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">According to numerous messages from Navoazovsk residents, the heavy weaponry, including artillery and armored vehicles has not been withdrawn, but just\u00a0hidden nearby \u2013 in different kinds of agricultural and industry buildings and hangars. In support of these statement we present pictures of 2B16 'Nona-K' mortars with ammunition, which were kindly presented by <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/vk.com\/id280079577\">Tatiana Stafeeva<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>(<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/Q0alv\">profile archive<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/9kRF0\">photos archive<\/a>), the mother of a Russian mercenary Yevgeny Stafeev<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Angar-1.jpg\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16099\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Angar-1.jpg\" alt=\"Angar 1\" width=\"900\" height=\"810\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Angar-2.jpg\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16104\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Angar-2.jpg\" alt=\"Angar 2\" width=\"900\" height=\"810\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\nPictures show 6 guns of this type. <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/vk.com\/id312278752\">Yevgeny Stafeev<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0(here is the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/1FYAB\">archive<\/a> to his profile under the 'Evgeny Moroz' cover name) is pictured with another two on his background. But it was not really hard to find real <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/vk.com\/evgen4o\">Evgeny<\/a><\/strong>'s social account (<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/mh0Gj\">archive<\/a>). The gun tagged in this photo had the last service on\u00a0January 2, 2010.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Angar-3.jpg\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16100\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Angar-3.jpg\" alt=\"Angar 3\" width=\"900\" height=\"675\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The pictures were made inside a\u00a0threshing-floor, which was designed for preliminary drying and temporary storage of grain. The floor and the walls of the hangar are covered with grain fug.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The following information about Yevgeny Stafeev has been found: he participates in the fights on the side of the illegal armed formation 'DPR' since July 7, 2015\u00a0and\u00a0his call sign is 'Lesnoy' (comes from the name of his native\u00a0town).<\/span>\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Profile-Lesnoy1.jpg\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16105\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Profile-Lesnoy1.jpg\" alt=\"Profile Lesnoy1\" width=\"900\" height=\"791\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Voennik.jpg\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16106\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Voennik.jpg\" alt=\"Voennik\" width=\"807\" height=\"484\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Looking through\u00a0the profile of Yevgeny Stafeev you can find\u00a0pictures and <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/N6-FRS2h-vE\">videos from field raids<\/a>.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Field-1.jpg\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16101\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Field-1.jpg\" alt=\"Field 1\" width=\"622\" height=\"644\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Location-1.jpg\"><img class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16103\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Location-1.jpg\" alt=\"Location 1\" width=\"618\" height=\"637\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The last pictures of Yevgeny have geotags which point\u00a0at\u00a0the area of Krasnoarmiyske village in\u00a0Novoazovsk raion, and this\u00a0may indicate the\u00a0presumable location of 2B16 artillery guns.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The satellite map of Krasnoarmiyske - Kulykovo -\u00a0Oktyabr area demonstrates the tracks left by heavy equipment, there is also a picture of how two tanks <a href=\"http:\/\/wikimapia.org\/#lang=en&lat=47.229162&lon=37.866129&z=18&m=b\">enter the territory of two hangars<\/a>.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Wikimapia.jpg\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16107\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Wikimapia.jpg\" alt=\"Wikimapia\" width=\"900\" height=\"483\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Those hangars found by us look like the ones\u00a0where 2B16 guns were registered. Those hangars are located on a distance which is not more than 10 kilometers from the contact\u00a0line. The fact that the equipment has not been withdrawn is also confirmed by the picture uploaded on November 20, 2015, which shows militants during a\u00a0field raid.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Field-2.jpg\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16102\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Field-2.jpg\" alt=\"Field 2\" width=\"900\" height=\"829\" \/><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The deployment of the\u00a0guns\u00a0and ammunition is conducted with a help of three 'Mustang' type armored KamAZ trucks\u00a0and one Ural truck. These vehicles and\u00a0the number of available 'Nona-K' mortars only confirm that this type of weaponry and equipment is supplied by\u00a0Russia through the so-called\u00a0'military store' of Putin and Shoigu.<\/span>\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Kamaz-2.jpg\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16108\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Kamaz-2.jpg\" alt=\"Kamaz 2\" width=\"900\" height=\"675\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Kamaz-1.jpg\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16109\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Kamaz-1.jpg\" alt=\"Kamaz 1\" width=\"900\" height=\"1200\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Kamaz-3.jpg\"><img class=\"aligncenter wp-image-16110\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/Kamaz-3.jpg\" alt=\"Kamaz 3\" width=\"900\" height=\"1200\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Since\u00a0the OSCE has no photo-\u00a0or video-registration\u00a0of the 2B16 'Nona-K' guns\u00a0withdrawal, the InformNapalm community\u00a0assumes that the equipment is\u00a0located at the same places, where it was registered\u00a0in October, 2015. Based on the information above\u00a0we urge\u00a0the special monitoring mission to inspect hangars in the mentioned localities\u00a0of Krasnoarmiyske \u2013 Kulikovo \u2013 Oktyabr\u00a0villages.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Note: The Ukrainian army has no more than two 'Nona-K' 120mm mortars. On September 3, 2014, the\u00a0local residents of the Luhansk Oblast noticed a column of military equipment containing 25 items including <a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/3248-dokazatelstva-uchastyya-rossyjskyh-voynskyh-chastej-v-zahvate-luganskogo-aeroporta\">Ural and KamAZ trucks pulling 7 'Nona-K' guns<\/a>.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0Besides that, <a href=\"http:\/\/lifenews.ru\/news\/139107\">the\u00a0usage of 2B16 units by\u00a0the\u00a0'DPR' forces<\/a> was registered\u00a0near Ilovaysk\u00a0in August of 2014.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=GjW0c9JGyXA\">Two items of this weaponry were destroyed<\/a> in Yasynuvata in August of 2014. A<\/span>\u00a0battery <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/jwTNrgVKS0k\">consisting of three 2B16 'Nona-K'\u00a0120mm\u00a0units\u00a0belonging to 'DPR'<\/a> forces was registered\u00a0during the hostilities\u00a0near Debaltseve<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.
