This time we have registered an interesting update in the social profile of senior\u00a0lieutenant Konstantin Mishkin,\u00a0the\u00a0Russian officer from the 53rd air defense brigade. This data can shed the light on the tragic MH17 crash\u00a0near the occupied town of Torez. We also believe that this information will become another point to discuss during interrogations\u00a0of the Russian war criminals on the future tribunal hearings.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Initial\u00a0information:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name: <b><strong>Konstantin Mishkin<\/strong><\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Rank:\u00a0senior\u00a0lieutenant.<\/li>\n<li>Birthdate: June 13, 1988.<\/li>\n<li>Residence: Kursk, Russia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Selection_034.png\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-18451\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18451\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Selection_034.png\" alt=\"Selection_034\" width=\"580\" height=\"475\" \/><\/a>Konstantin has (or had) a car with the license No.\u00a0<strong>\u041c886\u0420\u042246 <\/strong>(&#8217;46&#8217; is the region code for Kursk Oblast)<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Selection_038.png\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-18452\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18452\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Selection_038.png\" alt=\"Selection_038\" width=\"653\" height=\"521\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Serviceman&#8217;s collar insignia\u00a0show his belonging to the air defense forces. Place of residence and the type of troops point us at the 53rd air defense brigade of the Russian Federation&#8217;s armed forces, which is also mentioned in the investigation team&#8217;s reports about MH17 crash.<\/p>\n<p>Konstantin Mishkin studied at a military high school in the period between 2006 and 2011.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Selection_039.png\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-18453\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18453\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Selection_039.png\" alt=\"Selection_039\" width=\"652\" height=\"574\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Selection_040.png\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-18454\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18454\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Selection_040.png\" alt=\"Selection_040\" width=\"652\" height=\"579\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>One of the pictures from his album shows a medal &#8211;\u00a0Cross of St. George of IV Degree. This is a pretty valuable award of the Russian Federation. And a person can get it only gradually &#8211; from the lowest degree to the highest one.<\/p>\n<p>It is noteworthy that this award is missing in the photos from the prom. But it appears in the pictures from the wedding which took place\u00a0on October 10, 2015. It is obvious that the officer was awarded somewhen in between 2011-2015.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Selection_035.png\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-18455\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18455\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Selection_035.png\" alt=\"Selection_035\" width=\"655\" height=\"566\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Selection_036.png\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-18456\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18456\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/Selection_036.png\" alt=\"Selection_036\" width=\"650\" height=\"562\" \/><\/a><strong>Notes about awarding a Saint George&#8217;s Cross:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A serviceman (being in the rank of a soldier, sailor, sergeant, master sergeant, warrant officer or any junior officer) can get a Saint George&#8217;s Cross for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>feats or distinguished military service\u00a0during fights defending Motherland from foreign enemy<\/li>\n<li><strong>feats or distinguished military service\u00a0during fights in the territory of foreign countries<\/strong> during the operations to\u00a0maintain or restore international peace and security<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The awarding\u00a0is only possible\u00a0from the lowest degree to the highest one.<\/p>\n<p>And here a question appears: what were the feats or\u00a0distinguished military service during the defense of Russia or in the territory of other countries which resulted in awarding of the officer from\u00a0the 53rd brigade between 2011 and 2015? Despite the fact that the article had no\u00a0wide media coverage, a couple of hours after the publication we noticed some urgent cleanup of the mentioned serviceman&#8217;s\u00a0data and account. Later the account was restored with updated pictures. The photos with the medals were deleted and this can be an indirect\u00a0confirmation of\u00a0our hypothesis\u00a0that\u00a0Konstantin indeed participated in special operations in the war in Donbas.<\/p>\n<p>Following\u00a0the publication, the volunteers of\u00a0<strong>InformNapalm<\/strong>\u00a0were addressed by the\u00a0<strong>Bellingcat\u00a0<\/strong>journalist group with a request to\u00a0hide the information gathered by us. The reason for this request\u00a0was that they were going to publish their own\u00a0report on MH17 crash. Taking into account that the information about the officer&#8217;s awards is now available only in the archives we&#8217;ve made and FSB has finished <strong>Konstantin Mishkin<\/strong>&#8216;s photo album cleanup, we decided that there is no sense in deleting the found data. The gathered information will be investigated in detail and disseminated in the media in order to identify additional indicia of war crimes of the Russian armed forces in the Donbas. The Russian secret services by their panic actions provided\u00a0us with additional facts and affirmed the proverb\u00a0saying &#8216;liar, liar pants on fire&#8217;. Setting &#8216;pants&#8217; of the Russian servicemen on fire,\u00a0InformNapalm ensures the\u00a0inevitability of punishment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Both customers and executors of the war crimes should be known by sight and any classification of their actions (like anonymization of the data in reports or hiding their faces) only expands\u00a0the\u00a0room for manoeuvre\u00a0for the Russian side. Thousands of people were killed during the war in Donbas, the crash of MH17 resulted in 298 victims more. This time we have registered an interesting update in the social profile of senior\u00a0lieutenant Konstantin Mishkin,\u00a0the\u00a0Russian officer from the 53rd air defense brigade. This data can shed the light on the tragic MH17 crash\u00a0near the occupied town of Torez. This is a pretty valuable award of the Russian Federation. And a person can get it only gradually - from the lowest degree to the highest one.\r\n\r\nIt is noteworthy that this award is missing in the photos from the prom. But it appears in the pictures from the wedding which took place\u00a0on October 10, 2015. Despite the fact that the article had no\u00a0wide media coverage, a couple of hours after the publication we noticed some urgent cleanup of the mentioned serviceman's\u00a0data and account. Later the account was restored with updated pictures. The photos with the medals were deleted and this can be an indirect\u00a0confirmation of\u00a0our hypothesis\u00a0that\u00a0Konstantin indeed participated in special operations in the war in Donbas.\r\n\r\nFollowing\u00a0the publication, the volunteers of\u00a0<strong>InformNapalm<\/strong>\u00a0were addressed by the\u00a0<strong>Bellingcat\u00a0<\/strong>journalist group with a request to\u00a0hide the information gathered by us. The reason for this request\u00a0was that they were going to publish their own\u00a0report on MH17 crash. Taking into account that the information about the officer's awards is now available only in the archives we've made and FSB has finished <strong>Konstantin Mishkin<\/strong>'s photo album cleanup, we decided that there is no sense in deleting the found data. The gathered information will be investigated in detail and disseminated in the media in order to identify additional indicia of war crimes of the Russian armed forces in the Donbas. The Russian secret services by their panic actions provided\u00a0us with additional facts and affirmed the proverb\u00a0saying 'liar, liar pants on fire'. Setting 'pants' of the Russian servicemen on fire,\u00a0InformNapalm ensures the\u00a0inevitability of punishment.\r\n\r\n<strong>Both customers and executors of the war crimes should be known by sight and any classification of their actions (like anonymization of the data in reports or hiding their faces) only expands\u00a0the\u00a0room for manoeuvre\u00a0for the Russian side. Thousands of people were killed during the war in Donbas, the crash of MH17 resulted in 298 victims more.
