Report for OSCE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>InformNapalm community has identified the exact location of one of the bases belonging to &#8216;the 1st armored battalion of Republic Guard of DPR&#8217; which is a part of the Russian-terrorist forces stationed in the territory of a chemical reagents plant in Donetsk.<\/p>\n<p>In October of 2015 we\u00a0published several photos of the Russian tanks in the &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/en\/russian-mercenaries-from-expodonbas-to-a-barn\/\" target=\"_blank\">Russian Mercenaries: From Expodonbas to a Barn<\/a>&#8221;\u00a0article. Having little photo- and video- proofs from within the buildings and taking into account a very similar interior decoration of\u00a0the showrooms, we suggested that it was the &#8216;ExpoDonbas&#8217; exhibition center in Donetsk.\u00a0But when\u00a0the new data became available, it appeared\u00a0that the actual\u00a0place of equipment storage\u00a0was a\u00a0building of <a href=\"http:\/\/wikimapia.org\/#lang=tr&amp;lat=48.014322&amp;lon=37.746105&amp;z=18&amp;m=b\">an industrial complex<\/a>\u00a0(48\u00b000\u203251.7\u2033N 37\u00b044\u203246.2\u2033E) of a chemical reagents plant in Donetsk located\u00a0just in 7 km from Peski settlement and 15 km from Krasnogorovka.<\/p>\n<p>The identified location is marked with a green circle on the screenshot of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/liveuamap.com\/\">LiveUAmap<\/a>\u00a0site.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/2016-01-31_150415-map.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-19472\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-19472\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/2016-01-31_150415-map.jpg\" alt=\"2016-01-31_150415-map\" width=\"1283\" height=\"911\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>These are the pictures thanks to which we were able to identify the place.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/2016-01-31_1356282.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-19477\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-19477\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/2016-01-31_1356282.jpg\" alt=\"2016-01-31_1356282\" width=\"242\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/2016-01-31_1351092.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-19478\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-19478\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/2016-01-31_1351092.jpg\" alt=\"2016-01-31_1351092\" width=\"251\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a class=\"ProfileHeaderCard-screennameLink u-linkComplex js-nav\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/5urpher\">@<span class=\"u-linkComplex-target\">5urpher<\/span><\/a>\u00a0twitter user first pointed out\u00a0the same place in a &#8216;Novorossiya tanks on positions near Marinka&#8217; footage published by separatists on July 17, 2015, and later identified the location on the map. On the other hand, they have\u00a0less possibilities to inspect the occupied territories with every passing\u00a0day. Having little photo- and video- proofs from within the buildings and taking into account a very similar interior decoration of\u00a0the showrooms, we suggested that it was the 'ExpoDonbas' exhibition center in Donetsk.\u00a0But when\u00a0the new data became available, it appeared\u00a0that the actual\u00a0place of equipment storage\u00a0was a\u00a0building of <a href=\"http:\/\/wikimapia.org\/#lang=tr&amp;lat=48.014322&amp;lon=37.746105&amp;z=18&amp;m=b\">an industrial complex<\/a>\u00a0(48\u00b000\u203251.7\u2033N 37\u00b044\u203246.2\u2033E) of a chemical reagents plant in Donetsk located\u00a0just in 7 km from Peski settlement and 15 km from Krasnogorovka.\r\n\r\nThe identified location is marked with a green circle on the screenshot of\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/liveuamap.com\/\">LiveUAmap<\/a>\u00a0site.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/2016-01-31_150415-map.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-19472\"><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-19472\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/2016-01-31_150415-map.jpg\" alt=\"2016-01-31_150415-map\" width=\"1283\" height=\"911\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\nThese are the pictures thanks to which we were able to identify the place.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/2016-01-31_1356282.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-19477\"><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-19477\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/2016-01-31_1356282.jpg\" alt=\"2016-01-31_1356282\" width=\"242\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/2016-01-31_1351092.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-19478\"><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-19478\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/2016-01-31_1351092.jpg\" alt=\"2016-01-31_1351092\" width=\"251\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\n<a class=\"ProfileHeaderCard-screennameLink u-linkComplex js-nav\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/5urpher\">@<span class=\"u-linkComplex-target\">5urpher<\/span><\/a>\u00a0twitter user first pointed out\u00a0the same place in a 'Novorossiya tanks on positions near Marinka' footage published by separatists on July 17, 2015, and later identified the location on the map. On the other hand, they have\u00a0less possibilities to inspect the occupied territories with every passing\u00a0day.
