Deep analysis of the figurant&#8217;s social profiles let us find several interesting facts which are linked to\u00a0our previous publications and present the\u00a0involvement of Russia in initiation and waging of the undeclared war against Ukraine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Background information:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name: <strong>Vladlen Yurievich Putilin<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Birthdate: July 31, 1993<\/li>\n<li>Residence: Samara, Russia<\/li>\n<li>Conscript service: engineer troops (military unit No. 30673, Vyatskoe-on-Amur, Khabarovsk krai, Russia) in 2010-2011<\/li>\n<li>Classification: Russian mercenary, militants&#8217; instructor. Vladlen repeatedly entered Ukraine in 2014-2015\u00a0and\u00a0also has a letter of recognition from the command of the so-called military unit No. 08807 of the united Russian-terrorist forces of &#8216;Novorossiya&#8217;. This is a <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/nzGQQ\">photo<\/a>\u00a0from &#8216;Novorossiya&#8217; militant training base in<b> <\/b>Myasnikovsky\u00a0raion of Rostov Oblast, Russia. In the foreground you can see a &#8216;Datsun&#8217; offroader, and in the background &#8211; APCs, MAZ fuel tanker, ZiL vehicle and a white\u00a0tarpaulin tant.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/lager.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-20328\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-20328 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/lager.jpg\" alt=\"lager\" width=\"950\" height=\"618\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>There is no doubt that the picture was taken in Rostov Oblast. In the early fall\u00a0of 2014,\u00a0InformNapalm disclosed this Russian camp thanks to the mistake of a GRU reservist. Our archive contains a <a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/3333.jpg\">photo<\/a> with &#8216;Myasnikovsky raion&#8217; geotag with the same self-made armored cars and other equipment, including APCs and tanks.<\/p>\n<p><em>Refer to &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/1707-rossyjskye-naemnyky-na-sluzhbe-u-rossyjskoj-armyy\/\">Russia as a international terrorism sponsor: training camps in the Russian grounds and the &#8216;invasion formations&#8217;<\/a>&#8221; (in Russian) from September 27, 2014.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/jba-1.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-20340\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-20340 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/jba-1.jpg\" alt=\"jba\" width=\"685\" height=\"518\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>2. <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/J8dCs\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0<\/a>Here we have a <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/J8dCs\">photo<\/a>\u00a0of one of the T-64 tanks from the weapon storage and maintenance bases of the Russian army. Dozens of such\u00a0units\u00a0with\u00a0&#8216;For Donbas&#8217; and &#8216;Kozak&#8217; [Cossack]\u00a0markings\u00a0were transferred by\u00a0Russia to Donbas through Rostov Oblast. Taking into account the chronology of the slides (they were uploaded half a year after the events), the tank was pictured at the moment of passing it to militants of &#8216;Novorossiya&#8217;, the outsource forces of the Kremlin&#8217;s regime. One can find &#8216;For Donbas&#8217; inscription on the right side of the tank and &#8216;LPR&#8217; on the front.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/za-don.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-20337\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-20337 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/za-don.jpg\" alt=\"za don\" width=\"915\" height=\"596\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Once again the\u00a0InformNapalm&#8217;s archive is here to\u00a0help. Obviously, this photo was taken in Rostov Oblast of the Russian Federation. Back in August of 2014 we tracked the whole process of the Russian outdated equipment deployment to &#8216;LDPR&#8217; terrorists, trained in the camps of Rostov Oblast near the Ukrainian border. We keep a <a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/5-donbass.jpg\">photo<\/a>, presumably, of the mentioned T-64 tank with &#8216;For Donbas&#8217; and &#8216;LPR&#8217; inscriptions, same red banner on antenna and number &#8217;22&#8217; on the\u00a0headlamp (painted over with green color on the first slide).<\/p>\n<p><em>Refer to &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/2281-peregon-spetsyalysty-shyrokogo-profylya\/\">Truckers &#8211; multi-skilled specialist<\/a>&#8221; from October 17, 2014 (in Russian).<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/t.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-20344\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-20344 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/t.jpg\" alt=\"t\" width=\"603\" height=\"497\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>3. <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/J8dCs\" target=\"_blank\">\u00a0<\/a>This is a <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/j1zka\">picture<\/a> made in the fields, where our figurant holds\u00a0AK rifle with attached silencer posing\u00a0in front of Ka-52 battle helicopters.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/ka-52.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-20355\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-20355 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/ka-52.jpg\" alt=\"ka 52\" width=\"927\" height=\"591\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And again the InformNapalm&#8217;s archives\u00a0come in handy. There is no doubt that this picture with Ka-52 helicopters was made in Rostov Oblast. In September of 2014, thanks to the information leaked by a serviceman of the 346th brigade of GRU, we registered battle helicopters of this type on the duty in the fields (<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/10628544_661049277341655_5413281809645378419_n.jpg\">photo<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><em>Refer to\u00a0&#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/burkonews.info\/russian-ka-52-alligator-attack-helicopters-near-ukrainian-border\/\">Russian Ka-52 &#8216;Alligator&#8217; Attack Helicopters near Ukrainian Border<\/a>&#8221; from September 19, 2014.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Capture-2.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-20357\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-20357 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/Capture-2.jpg\" alt=\"Capture\" width=\"676\" height=\"434\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The following Putilin&#8217;s revelations under the <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/6EDm7\">travesty<\/a>\u00a0of Putin are worth paying attention too (August 20, 2015):<\/p>\n<pre><em>\"We had 5 'Malka' SP guns, 75 'Kornet' anti-tank missiles, a lot of ammunition. In addition to that there was a couple of dozens of brand new T-90 tanks, 'Smerch' MRLS, 'Nona-S' gun, 'Grad' division, a whole KamAZ truck of RPG-32 and SAMs. That all was not really needed to kick the Ukrainian asses, but when you start to supply weapons, it is hard to stop. The only thing that disturbed me was the aviation.There is nothing more irresponsible and wicked than a militant steering a strike helicopter. I knew that sooner or later we would start shipping that shit.\"<\/em><\/pre>\n<p>Everything is obvious and there is no need to summarize. This is a <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.is\/nzGQQ\">photo<\/a>\u00a0from 'Novorossiya' militant training base in<b> <\/b>Myasnikovsky\u00a0raion of Rostov Oblast, Russia. In the foreground you can see a 'Datsun' offroader, and in the background - APCs, MAZ fuel tanker, ZiL vehicle and a white\u00a0tarpaulin tant.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/lager.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-20328\"><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-20328 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/lager.jpg\" alt=\"lager\" width=\"950\" height=\"618\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\nThere is no doubt that the picture was taken in Rostov Oblast. In the early fall\u00a0of 2014,\u00a0InformNapalm disclosed this Russian camp thanks to the mistake of a GRU reservist. Dozens of such\u00a0units\u00a0with\u00a0'For Donbas' and 'Kozak' [Cossack]\u00a0markings\u00a0were transferred by\u00a0Russia to Donbas through Rostov Oblast. Taking into account the chronology of the slides (they were uploaded half a year after the events), the tank was pictured at the moment of passing it to militants of 'Novorossiya', the outsource forces of the Kremlin's regime. One can find 'For Donbas' inscription on the right side of the tank and 'LPR' on the front.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/za-don.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-20337\"><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-20337 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/za-don.jpg\" alt=\"za don\" width=\"915\" height=\"596\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\nOnce again the\u00a0InformNapalm's archive is here to\u00a0help. Obviously, this photo was taken in Rostov Oblast of the Russian Federation. Back in August of 2014 we tracked the whole process of the Russian outdated equipment deployment to 'LDPR' terrorists, trained in the camps of Rostov Oblast near the Ukrainian border. In addition to that there was a couple of dozens of brand new T-90 tanks, 'Smerch' MRLS, 'Nona-S' gun, 'Grad' division, a whole KamAZ truck of RPG-32 and SAMs. That all was not really needed to kick the Ukrainian asses, but when you start to supply weapons, it is hard to stop. The only thing that disturbed me was the aviation.There is nothing more irresponsible and wicked than a militant steering a strike helicopter. I knew that sooner or later we would start shipping that shit.\"<\/em><\/pre>\r\nEverything is obvious and there is no need to summarize.
