The current article describes a Russian officer who recently served in the Russian occupation military base in Tskhinvali region of Georgia and continued his service in the coastal forces of the Russian Black sea fleet in the occupied Crimea.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Performing OSINT investigation of the Russian soldiers&#8217; social profiles we spotted some &#8216;Evgeny <strong>Bond<\/strong>&#8216; whose album contained several pictures taken in Samachablo area\u00a0in Georgia (Tskhinvali region of the so-called Southern Ossetia), which is now occupied by Russia.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a <a href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/Ao4YM\">photo<\/a> of a\u00a0Georgian village in the Liakh lin destroyed by the Russian forces from September 22, 2008:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/bond018-2-1.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-20603\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-20603 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/bond018-2-1.jpg\" alt=\"bond018 (2)\" width=\"1280\" height=\"960\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Another picture from the later period worths our attention as well &#8211; it shows Evgeny against\u00a0a devastated\u00a0Georgian village in Samachablo region. &#8216;<strong>Bond<\/strong>&#8216; uploaded it in May of 2013.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/bond018-1.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-20604\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-20604 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/bond018-1.jpg\" alt=\"bond018 (1)\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1707\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It was not difficult to find out the real identity of the Russian occupant. According to it, the &#8216;senior lieutenant Evgeny Zhelezkin got a new apartment in 2009\u00a0participating in the RosVoenZhilio military mortgage loan\u00a0program since 2005&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/jilie.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-20606\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-20606 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/jilie.jpg\" alt=\"jilie\" width=\"1252\" height=\"910\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Evgeny Zhelezkin has served in units of the Southern Military District for 10 years. Last severals years he spent at the Russian 4th military occupation base in Samachablo region, Georgia. This means that they (no matter if the servicemen themselves or the special services responsible for data mopping up) realize the weakness of their position and <a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/en\/as-for-the-bravery-of-russian-paratroopers-from-pskov\/\">feel the coming payback<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We believe that time will come when each Russian occupant pays his bills. And it is not important if he participated in the combat actions or was just a\u00a0silent witness of his commander&#8217;s crimes. The initiative group of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.apsny.ge\/2016\/conf\/1455735245.php\">Hague international court conducted some meetings in Tbilisi<\/a> in February, 2016, where the cooperation questions regarding the war crimes investigations were discussed. The Hague international court and the Prosecutor&#8217;s office, regardless the well-known position of the Russian Federation, plan to cooperate with all\u00a0sides of the conflict. It is clearly stated in the\u00a0international court&#8217;s decision that the so-called Southern Ossetia is not an independent state and remains\u00a0a part of Georgia. The current article describes a Russian officer who recently served in the Russian occupation military base in Tskhinvali region of Georgia and continued his service in the coastal forces of the Russian Black sea fleet in the occupied Crimea.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nPerforming OSINT investigation of the Russian soldiers' social profiles we spotted some 'Evgeny <strong>Bond<\/strong>' whose album contained several pictures taken in Samachablo area\u00a0in Georgia (Tskhinvali region of the so-called Southern Ossetia), which is now occupied by Russia.\r\n\r\nHere is a <a href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/Ao4YM\">photo<\/a> of a\u00a0Georgian village in the Liakh lin destroyed by the Russian forces from September 22, 2008:\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/bond018-2-1.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-20603\"><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-20603 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/bond018-2-1.jpg\" alt=\"bond018 (2)\" width=\"1280\" height=\"960\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\nAnother picture from the later period worths our attention as well - it shows Evgeny against\u00a0a devastated\u00a0Georgian village in Samachablo region. '<strong>Bond<\/strong>' uploaded it in May of 2013.\r\n\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/bond018-1.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-20604\"><img class=\"alignnone wp-image-20604 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/bond018-1.jpg\" alt=\"bond018 (1)\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1707\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\nIt was not difficult to find out the real identity of the Russian occupant. Last severals years he spent at the Russian 4th military occupation base in Samachablo region, Georgia. This means that they (no matter if the servicemen themselves or the special services responsible for data mopping up) realize the weakness of their position and <a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/en\/as-for-the-bravery-of-russian-paratroopers-from-pskov\/\">feel the coming payback<\/a>.\r\n\r\nWe believe that time will come when each Russian occupant pays his bills. And it is not important if he participated in the combat actions or was just a\u00a0silent witness of his commander's crimes. The initiative group of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.apsny.ge\/2016\/conf\/1455735245.php\">Hague international court conducted some meetings in Tbilisi<\/a> in February, 2016, where the cooperation questions regarding the war crimes investigations were discussed. The Hague international court and the Prosecutor's office, regardless the well-known position of the Russian Federation, plan to cooperate with all\u00a0sides of the conflict. It is clearly stated in the\u00a0international court's decision that the so-called Southern Ossetia is not an independent state and remains\u00a0a part of Georgia.
