The Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine (OPGU) has opened two criminal cases against the Russian judges and prosecutors involved in sentencing Nadiya Savchenko. The first one is based on paragraph 2 of article 375 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It concerns the judges of Donetsk City Court of Russia and is related to the knowingly wrongful judgment against Savchenko.\u201d<br \/>\n<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The three judges of Donetsk City Court of Russia in question are <em>Leonid Stepanenko, Ali Khaibulaev, and Evgeniya Chernish<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe second criminal charge entered by our colleagues into URPI yesterday, concerns <strong>the prosecutors of the Russian Federation<\/strong>\u2026 There we are dealing with paragraph 2 of article 372 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which is illegal criminal prosecution of a person,\u201d<\/em> Kutsenko stated.<\/p>\n<p>This case concerns the prosecutors of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Russia, <em>Pavel Filipchuk, Dmitry Yunoshev, and Vladislav Kuznetsov.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Kutsenko also said that OPGU was preparing international mandates for <strong>notifications of suspicion<\/strong> against the judges and prosecutors of the Russian Federation, who sentenced Savchenko to 22 years in prison.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cToday we prepared the notifications of suspicion.
