InformNapalm international volunteer community continues the series of publications based on the results of hacking of dozens of email accounts of key personalities who coordinate activities of militants, the Russian mercenaries and servicemen present in Donbas and Syria. The current investigation\u00a0reveals\u00a0which medical services (and in which medical facilities) are being provided to the Russian and foreign VIP mercenaries of the Russian Federation.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

It should be reminded that the initial data for this deep\u00a0OSINT-analysis have been provided by the Ukrainian hackers from\u00a0the\u00a0Falcons Flame (#FF)<\/a>\u00a0anonymous group. They extracted the raw materials from the email accounts of the\u00a0terrorist groups and the Russian organizations engaged in supporting militants.<\/p>\n

During the analysis of the data set retrieved from the email of the ‘Union of Volunteers of Donbas’, our attention was drawn by the following letter:
\n\"Selection_090\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The letter was\u00a0sent from\u00a0redouteseal@gmail.com<\/a>. It contained\u00a0data on wounded mercenary Olkhovsky and this\u00a0note: “Explanation – the combat operations were conducted on behalf of the\u00a0RF’s authorities we have no right to speak about. We were assigned to Loona’s motorized rifle battalion, but officially we were listed\u00a0at the\u00a0Special Operations Directorate of General Procurator\u2019s Office of DPR”.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

As a result of an in-depth OSINT-analysis, the InformNapalm investigators\u00a0were able to establish the data on two Russian mercenaries who carried out combat missions on behalf of the Russian special services. These are:<\/p>\n

Salikov Igor Rakipovich (callsign Zmei [Snake])<\/strong>, born on November 9, 1963. He is the commander of the ‘Redut’\u00a0scout company of the Snezhinsk motorized rifle battalion. Lives in Kaluga city, Russia. Mobile phone No.\u00a0+79105415944.
\n\"Selection_091\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The letter had photos of 2\u00a0documents attached: a reference from the so-called “General Procurator\u2019s Office of DPR” and a\u00a0hospital discharge summary (gunshot wounds of both feet, received on June 28, 2014), issued in July of 2014 by traumatology department of the\u00a0Federal State Institution No. 1602 – Military Clinical Hospital of the Russia’s Ministry of Defense in Rostov-on-Don.<\/strong>

Taking into account\u00a0redouteseal@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0email, Salikov Igor Rakipovich seems to be\u00a0engaged in journalism and writes on military theme\u00a0under a pen-name Koval I.\u00a0([1]<\/a>,\u00a0[2]<\/a>). Please note that the birthdays on the website and in the letter are the same –\u00a0November 9, 1963<\/strong>. Here is what Salikov says about himself: “I was born and taught… served in MMD and TurkMD [former Moscow and Turkmenistan<\/strong> Military Districts – editor’s note]. There have been\u00a0wounds and honors, as usual. I had military training in different districts. I have several military\u00a0specialties\u00a0– I stand for personal enrichment. After the collapse of the Soviet Union\u00a0and\u00a0leaving the special-purpose forces, which went under the control\u00a0of a different state, I chose the path of a freelance in the field of military affairs<\/strong> and hit the road. People usually\u00a0erroneously use term ‘mercenary<\/strong>‘ (do not be afraid of this word, it is not that\u00a0terrible, and, moreover, it is\u00a0blurred, since it is absolutely abstract and wrong, including its\u00a0legal content).\u00a0<\/em>Events in Ukraine, Crimea and Donbas only strengthened my belief (based also on my\u00a0own experience) in the fact that the modern Russian Army went\u00a0the modern\u00a0path of development<\/strong>, far from the conservatism of the past. I believe and hope for the success of Russia in terms of a great future, and the formation of healthy and efficient armed forces.<\/em>
\n\"Selection_092\"<\/a>We need a strong economy. That is not possible without enhanced army and navy, and efforts\u00a0of all military specialists\u00a0are necessary. Homeland’s military service appears\u00a0today in the form of a hybrid<\/strong>, and we can not measure it according to the old templates. Many people do serious ‘stuff’ these days. Here is how it works now\u00a0… I also try to do something in this direction, even now<\/strong>.”\u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

This ‘hybrid freelancer’, who carries out special task\u044b of the RF’s authorities, has also left a picture of himself.<\/p>\n

Olkhovsky Aleksey Leonidovich (callsign ‘Tourist’)<\/strong>, born on October 8, 1975.\u00a0He is an operative officer of the ‘Redut’ recon group, ‘Zmei’ Salikov is his commander. Lives in Moscow. Mobile phone No. +79266286129. Documents regarding Olkhovsky were found in the correspondence between Salikov and the ‘Union of Volunteers of Donbas’.
\n\"WP_20141118_19_07_18_Pro\"\"WP_20141118_19_06_59_Pro\"<\/a>The letter had photos of 2\u00a0documents attached: a reference from the so-called “General Procurator\u2019s Office of DPR” and a\u00a0hospital discharge summary (shrapnel wound of soft tissues of the head and a penetrating gunshot wound of the right shin, received on June 27, 2014), issued in July of 2014 by traumatology department of the\u00a0Federal State Institution No. 1602 – Military Clinical Hospital of the Russia’s Ministry of Defense in Rostov-on-Don.<\/strong> The Olkhovsky’s mobile No. (+79266286129) was specified in the letter and that helped our volunteers to find additional information about\u00a0another mercenary\u00a0<\/strong>([1]<\/a>,\u00a0[2]<\/a>) who was the\u00a0head of ‘VO7 Ltd.’ company in Murmansk and the head of ‘Ikar’\u00a0Fund for assistance to veterans of combat operations.<\/p>\n

Cunha Cordeiro Rodolfo,<\/strong>\u00a0citizen of Brazil, born on September 29, 1987. He is a scout sniper of the so-called ‘1st separate motorized rifle brigade of DPR’ (military unit No. 08801).<\/p>\n

Below you can find photos of his\u00a0military ID issued\u00a0on behalf of ‘DPR’ terrorist organization, and medical references.

According to the correspondence between the ‘Union of Volunteers of Donbas’ and the supervisor of the North-West region, Cunha now\u00a0undergoes medical treatment in the Hospital for War Veterans (St. Petersburg, Russia).<\/strong>
\n\"Selection_094\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Mitrovich Slavish<\/strong>,\u00a0citizen of Serbia<\/strong>, born on March 5, 1975. He served in ‘Prizrak’ and ‘Oplot’ illegal armed formations. Mobile phone No.\u00a0+79214296357.\u00a0Mitrovich was\u00a0hospitalized for 10 days at the 2nd unit of the Hospital for War Veterans (St. Petersburg, Russia) on March 16, 2016.<\/strong>
\n\"Selection_096\"<\/a>\"Selection_095\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The screenshot of the letter shows an interesting detail: “3 300s [‘300’ means ‘a wounded’ in military slang] arrived to the hospital today – Sebyakin, Ryzhenko and a Serbian (Slavish). Hospitalization of the Serbian has been agreed with the authorities.” <\/em>Then\u00a0you can see\u00a0the price for the treatment in the military hospital – 12 000 rubles.<\/p>\n

Medical services for the mercenaries of the\u00a0‘Union of Volunteers of Donbas’ are paid\u00a0in cash through the regional representatives, although the organization\u00a0also\u00a0accepts cashless payments. The correspondence shows that the\u00a0money were handed to the representatives by\u00a0Olga Kulygina<\/strong>\u00a0against an acknowledgement. For instance, below you can see photos of\u00a0acknowledgements, according to which some Aleksandrov Vasily Vladimirovich (Russian passport No.\u00a04513 192977) got 600 000 rubles<\/strong> from private entrepreneur Kulygina Olga Ivanovna<\/strong> (Russian passport No. 4507 901906) for treatment and rehabilitation of wounded persons.
\n\"1\"\"2\"<\/a><\/p>\n

In one of our previous investigations, which was based on found militants’ social profiles and conducted geolocation, we also talked about the topic of Russia’s military hospitals<\/a>.<\/p>\n

At the same time this article shedded light on the facts of integration of the Russian medical system into the hybrid combat activities process and\u00a0combat service support, facts of payments for\u00a0treatment of the ‘military freelancers’ and foreign mercenaries in military hospitals. Such payments are done via\u00a0front\u00a0foundations and structures which supervise the supply of the mercenaries in the context of the unified system of coordination with the Russian special services.\u00a0Law enforcement agencies, FSB, military doctors, nurses and a range of public servants are involved in the functioning of this system maintaining terror in the territory of neighboring states.<\/p>\n

The current investigation\u00a0reveals\u00a0which medical services (and in which medical facilities) are being provided to the Russian and foreign VIP mercenaries of the Russian Federation.\u00a0<\/strong>\r\n\r\nIt should be reminded that the initial data for this deep\u00a0OSINT-analysis have been provided by the Ukrainian hackers from\u00a0the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/16FF255\" target=\"_blank\">Falcons Flame (#FF)<\/a>\u00a0anonymous group. InformNapalm to start series based on leaked information'<\/a><\/em>\r\n\r\nDuring the analysis of the data set retrieved from the email of the 'Union of Volunteers of Donbas', our attention was drawn by the following letter:\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Selection_090.png\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-21971\"><img class=\"size-full wp-image-21971 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Selection_090.png\" alt=\"Selection_090\" width=\"856\" height=\"657\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\nThe letter was\u00a0sent from\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:redouteseal@gmail.com\">redouteseal@gmail.com<\/a>. It contained\u00a0data on wounded mercenary Olkhovsky and this\u00a0note: <em><strong>\"Explanation - the combat operations were conducted on behalf of the\u00a0RF's authorities we have no right to speak about. We were assigned to Loona's motorized rifle battalion, but officially we were listed\u00a0at the\u00a0Special Operations Directorate of General Procurator\u2019s Office of DPR\".<\/strong><\/em>\r\n\r\nAs a result of an in-depth OSINT-analysis, the InformNapalm investigators\u00a0were able to establish the data on two Russian mercenaries who carried out combat missions on behalf of the Russian special services. These are:\r\n\r\n<strong>Salikov Igor Rakipovich (callsign Zmei [Snake])<\/strong>, born on November 9, 1963. He is the commander of the 'Redut'\u00a0scout company of the Snezhinsk motorized rifle battalion. Lives in Kaluga city, Russia. Mobile phone No.\u00a0+79105415944.\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Selection_091.png\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-21972\"><img class=\"size-full wp-image-21972 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Selection_091.png\" alt=\"Selection_091\" width=\"861\" height=\"610\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\nThe letter had photos of 2\u00a0documents attached: a reference from the so-called \"General Procurator\u2019s Office of DPR\" and a\u00a0hospital discharge summary (gunshot wounds of both feet, received on June 28, 2014), issued in July of 2014 by <strong>traumatology department of the\u00a0Federal State Institution No. 1602 - Military Clinical Hospital of the Russia's Ministry of Defense in Rostov-on-Don.<\/strong>\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/IMG_20151025_123822.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-21975\"><img class=\"size-full wp-image-21976 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/IMG_20151025_123539.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_20151025_123539\" width=\"960\" height=\"1280\" \/><img class=\"size-full wp-image-21975 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/IMG_20151025_123822.jpg\" alt=\"IMG_20151025_123822\" width=\"960\" height=\"1280\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\nTaking into account\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:redouteseal@gmail.com\">redouteseal@gmail.com<\/a>\u00a0email, Salikov Igor Rakipovich seems to be\u00a0engaged in journalism and writes on military theme\u00a0under a pen-name Koval I.\u00a0(<a href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/GD5ZK\">[1]<\/a>,\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/GD5ZK\">[2]<\/a>). Please note that the birthdays on the website and in the letter are the same -\u00a0<strong>November 9, 1963<\/strong>. Here is what Salikov says about himself:<em> \"I was born and taught... served in MMD and TurkMD [former Moscow and <strong>Turkmenistan<\/strong> Military Districts - editor's note]. There have been\u00a0wounds and honors, as usual. I had military training in different districts. I have several military\u00a0specialties\u00a0- I stand for personal enrichment. After the collapse of the Soviet Union\u00a0and\u00a0leaving the special-purpose forces, which went under the control\u00a0of a different state, I chose the path of a<strong> freelance in the field of military affairs<\/strong> and hit the road. People usually\u00a0erroneously use term '<strong>mercenary<\/strong>' (do not be afraid of this word, it is not that\u00a0terrible, and, moreover, it is\u00a0blurred, since it is absolutely abstract and wrong, including its\u00a0legal content).\u00a0<\/em><em>Events in Ukraine, Crimea and Donbas only strengthened my belief (based also on my\u00a0own experience) in the fact that the modern Russian Army went\u00a0<strong>the modern\u00a0path of development<\/strong>, far from the conservatism of the past. Mobile phone No.\u00a0+79214296357.\u00a0<strong>Mitrovich was\u00a0hospitalized for 10 days at the 2nd unit of the Hospital for War Veterans (St. Petersburg, Russia) on March 16, 2016.<\/strong>\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Selection_096.png\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-22004\"><img class=\"size-full wp-image-22004 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Selection_096.png\" alt=\"Selection_096\" width=\"855\" height=\"609\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Selection_095.png\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-22005\"><img class=\"size-full wp-image-22005 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/Selection_095.png\" alt=\"Selection_095\" width=\"855\" height=\"475\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\nThe screenshot of the letter shows an interesting detail: <em>\"3 300s ['300' means 'a wounded' in military slang] arrived to the hospital today - Sebyakin, Ryzhenko and a Serbian (Slavish). Hospitalization of the Serbian has been agreed with the authorities.\" <\/em>Then\u00a0you can see\u00a0the price for the treatment in the military hospital - 12 000 rubles.\r\n\r\nMedical services for the mercenaries of the\u00a0'Union of Volunteers of Donbas' are paid\u00a0in cash through the regional representatives, although the organization\u00a0also\u00a0accepts cashless payments. The correspondence shows that the\u00a0money were handed to the representatives by\u00a0<strong>Olga Kulygina<\/strong>\u00a0against an acknowledgement. For instance, below you can see photos of\u00a0acknowledgements, according to which some Aleksandrov Vasily Vladimirovich (Russian passport No.\u00a04513 192977) got <strong>600 000 rubles<\/strong> from private entrepreneur <strong>Kulygina Olga Ivanovna<\/strong> (Russian passport No. 4507 901906) for treatment and rehabilitation of wounded persons.\r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/2-4.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-22012\"><img class=\"size-full wp-image-22011 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/1-5.jpg\" alt=\"1\" width=\"714\" height=\"1010\" \/><img class=\"size-full wp-image-22012 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/2-4.jpg\" alt=\"2\" width=\"714\" height=\"1010\" \/><\/a>\r\n\r\nIn one of our previous investigations, which was based on found militants' social profiles and conducted geolocation, we also talked about <a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/en\/russian-military-hospitals-as-militants-recreation-places\/\">the topic of Russia's military hospitals<\/a>.\r\n\r\nAt the same time this article shedded light on the facts of integration of the Russian medical system into the hybrid combat activities process and\u00a0combat service support, facts of payments for\u00a0treatment of the 'military freelancers' and foreign mercenaries in military hospitals.
