The first time in the history of Ukrainian justice the juridical fact of the death of the soldier due to the Russian armed aggression.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The text of adjudication was published with permission of the applicant Svetlana Kostyshyn. The full text of the adjudication the parties will receive on 4th of April 2016.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Kostyshin-1-e1459259536651-1.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-21751\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21751\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Kostyshin-1-e1459259536651-1.jpg\" alt=\"Kostyshin-1-e1459259536651-1\" width=\"1936\" height=\"2592\" \/><\/a>The interests of the family in the court were represented by the members of the team of All-Ukrainian civil movement &#8220;Power of Justice&#8221;: the head of the organization Angrey Senchenko and members of its coordination council Vadim Severinenko and Igor Kabanenko<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/12717973_987849387970759_1103717440230694608_n.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-21752\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-21752\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/12717973_987849387970759_1103717440230694608_n.jpg\" alt=\"12717973_987849387970759_1103717440230694608_n\" width=\"960\" height=\"540\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The testimony were given by the commander of the military unit colonel Bogdan Bondar and colleagues of major Kostyshyn.<\/p>\n<p>Since two years of the hybrid war of Russian Federation against Ukraine All-Ukrainian civil movement &#8220;Power of Justice&#8221; for the first time created a precedent of overt condemnation of aggressor in the form of adjudication. Adjudication will be followed with appeal to executive office arrest of the property of Russian Federation in the territory of Ukraine. Thereby everyone who suffered form the actions of Russian Federation: forced internally displaced people from Crimea and Donbas, injured and relatives of victims can apply to human rights organization &#8220;Power of Justice&#8221; for demands of contributions from aggressor. Activists tell that the organization provides free consultation and preparation court appeals.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"st-toggle\">\n<li class=\"\">\n<h3 class=\"toggle-title\">For your information<i class=\"icon-plus\"><\/i><i class=\"icon icon-minus\"><\/i><\/h3>\n<div class=\"toggle-content\" style=\"display: none;\">\n<div class=\"txt-content\">\n<p>Yaroslav Kostyshyn was born in 1981 in Ivano-Frankivsk.<\/p>\n<p>In 1998 year he drafted into the army.<\/p>\n<p>In 2004 married, in 2005 bacome a father of 2 daughters &#8211; Ruslana and Alexandra.<\/p>\n<p>In the time difficult for the country he volunteered to defend Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>Was awarded with breast plate &#8220;For defense of Donetsk Airport&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Was killed on 27th of October 2014 in Avdeevka of Donetsk Oblast.<\/p>\n<p>Posthumously awarded with order &#8220;For Courgae, 3d Class&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Major Kostyshyn posthumously was promoted to the rank of colonel.<\/p>\n<p>One of the streets of the village where the family of the dead warrior lives called in his honor (village Tomashyvka of Yarmolinetskyj rayon, Khmelnistka oblast).<\/p>\n<p>The widow of Yaroslav Kostyshyn, Svetlana has signed the contract for military service.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>International volunteer community InformNapalm asks journalists and readers to maximally distribute the information in the media and social networks.
