The following\u00a0subscribers work through the civil channel:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>8605<\/strong> \u2013 Office of the Russian Federation&#8217;s Defense Secretary (Moscow);<\/li>\n<li><strong>8615<\/strong> \u2013 communications center (control center) of Russia&#8217;s general staff (Moscow);<\/li>\n<li><strong>8616<\/strong> \u2013 Russian MD&#8217;s operations group\u00a0(Rostov);<\/li>\n<li><strong>8630<\/strong> \u2013 command post\u00a0of the &#8216;1st\u00a0Army Corps&#8217;\u00a0(Donetsk);<\/li>\n<li><strong>8634<\/strong> \u2013 command post of the\u00a03rd SMRB of\u00a0the &#8216;1st Army Corps&#8217;\u00a0(Horlivka);<\/li>\n<li><strong>8631<\/strong> \u2013 command post of the &#8216;2nd Army Corps&#8217;\u00a0(Luhansk);<\/li>\n<li><strong>8632<\/strong> \u2013 command post of the 2nd\u00a0SMRB of\u00a0the &#8216;2nd\u00a0Army Corps&#8217;\u00a0(Luhansk);<\/li>\n<li><strong>8633<\/strong> \u2013 command post of the 12th reserve force command\u00a0(Bolshoy Log, Rostov Oblast, Russia), coordinated by colonel-general Sergei Vitalievich Solomatin, call-sign <strong>&#8216;Kobra&#8217;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Communication is carried out using the RF&#8217;s government communications satellite telephones (&#8216;Satellite Communications&#8217; Federal State Unitary Enterprise) through &#8216;<strong>Express-AM<\/strong>&#8216;\u00a0satellites. The military channel is used by the Russian\u00a0military forces which are stationed in the territory of Donbas on a rotating basis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In this case portable <strong>R-438 &#8216;Barrier-T&#8217;\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>R-438-M &#8216;Belozer&#8217;<\/strong> and mobile\u00a0<strong>R-441 &#8216;Liven&#8217;<\/strong>\u00a0 complexes have been\u00a0registered. By the way, last-mentioned one was\u00a0seen in the summer and autumn of 2014 at the location\u00a0of the so-called &#8216;Zarya&#8217; [Dawn]\u00a0battalion of the\u00a0Russian occupation troops. It should be recalled\u00a0that base of &#8216;Zarya&#8217; was located in the former military office of the Luhansk Oblast (binding to the terrain <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/askai707\/status\/735461363523461121\">was made<\/a> by blogger Askai). Judging by\u00a0the antenna, we see\u00a0the <a href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/kZaWR\">R-441-OV<\/a> station on the &#8216;Ural&#8217; chassis.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-23447 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Selection_130.png\" alt=\"Selection_130\" width=\"1218\" height=\"913\" \/>For reference: <em>R-441-OV satellite communication station works through the ESSS-2 [uniform\u00a0communications satellite system]\u00a0geostationary re-translators\u00a0&#8216;Globus-1&#8217; and &#8216;Globus-1M&#8217;\u00a0and &#8216;Meridian&#8217; repeaters on highly elliptical orbits (including the on-board processing mode and direct re-translation in\u00a04\/6 and\u00a07\/8 GHz ranges). Also it can use civil orbiter repeaters of &#8216;Ekspress&#8217; and &#8216;Yamal&#8217; type\u00a0in the direct\u00a0re-translation mode\u00a0at\u00a04\/6 GHz.\u00a0R-441-OV station is designed\u00a0to provide\u00a0countermeasures-safe satellite communication for military units and\u00a0separate\u00a0objects of\u00a0operational and operational-strategic command levels.\u00a0<\/em><em>The station provides the organization of secure telephone, telegraph, facsimile and data transfer at the rate of 1.2, 2.1, 4.8, 9.6, 19.2 kbps with similar stations as well as with &#8216;Kristall&#8217;, &#8216;Dozhd&#8217;, &#8216;Legenda&#8217; and R-439KUL stations.
