Therefore, sabotage and reconnaissance activities by Russian occupation troops are expected to intensify in the direction of Mariupol,&#8221; the statement said.<\/p>\n<p>In June 2016, the General Intelligence Directorate released several names of Russian servicemen from the 45<sup>th<\/sup> Spetsnaz Brigade with their photos and personal information. However, the intelligence office did not provide any photographic or video evidence of their deployment to the occupied parts of eastern Ukraine. We hope that this evidence will be declassified in the future and be presented to the general public and international court.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Here the InformNapalm team presents its own information on the presence of servicemen from the Russian 45<sup>th<\/sup> Spetsnaz Brigade in Ukraine. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><a href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/XTr2A\"><strong>Mikhail<\/strong><strong> Rusinov<\/strong><\/a><\/em> is a Russian contract servicemen from the 45<sup>th<\/sup> Special Forces Brigade of Russian Airborne Troops, a native of Nizhny Novgorod, height 173 cm, weight 70 kg, born in 1993, <strong>spotted in Ukraine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mikhail Rusinov posted some information about himself on the dating website and signed his <a href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/21jor\">photo<\/a> simply &#8220;It&#8217;s me.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/anketa.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On the same dating site Mikhail Rusinov posted a <a href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/wv4xf\">photo<\/a> where he and his comrades <a href=\"http:\/\/wikimapia.org\/#lang=en&amp;lat=55.559952&amp;lon=36.692834&amp;z=15&amp;m=b&amp;show=\/4372094\/ru\/45-%D0%9E%D0%B1%D1%80%D0%A1%D0%BF%D0%9D-%D0%92%D0%94%D0%92\">were standing in front of a fence around the base<\/a> of the 45<sup>th<\/sup> Spetsnaz Brigade, military unit #28337, in Kubinka, Moscow Oblast. <strong><em>There is big board with pictures and an emblem of the 45<sup>th<\/sup> Brigade <\/em><\/strong><em>(it is marked by an arrow)<strong> behind the soldiers in the photo. \u00a0<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/shevronhujlo.jpg\" \/><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Here is another <a href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/cozoY\">photo<\/a> from the dating site.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/chfdytybt.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In May 2016, Mikhail Rusinov started posting his photos from the Novoazovsk area on social media. At the end of summer, he suddenly deleted everything that directly pointed to his illegal presence in the territory of a foreign country. In addition, he changed his last name from Rusinov to Neizvestnykh and the year of his birth from 1993 to 1950 on his profile.\u00a0Was the Russian soldier frightened by something or was told to do so?<\/p>\n<p>There are still a few photos from <em>&#8220;the<\/em> <em>Ukrainian tour&#8221; <\/em>remaining on Rusinov&#8217;s page in open access<em>: <\/em>a photo of the flag of the so-called DPR and a <a href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/hXMU8\">selfie on the coast of the Azov sea<\/a> taken near the village of Bezimenne.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/2016-10-09_131640.png\" width=\"231\" height=\"219\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Rusinov_Bezymennoe2.jpg\" width=\"233\" height=\"219\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>We managed to track the deleted photos using UKROPalantir semi-automated data collection system.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Note: Under each photo, there is a date when it was posted on a social media website and recorded by the system.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/2016-10-08_233238.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>This photo was taken in the village of Bezimenne, Novoazovsk Raion, located on the shore of the Azov Sea (<\/em><\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/wikimapia.org#lang=en&amp;lat=47.101671&amp;lon=37.934120&amp;z=19&amp;m=yh\"><strong><em>47.1016715, 37.93412<\/em><\/strong><\/a><strong><em>).<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/map.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Novoazovsk_Rusinov.jpg\" width=\"227\" height=\"303\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/selfi.jpg\" width=\"199\" height=\"290\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The next photo, that was uploaded on 08.31.2016 and later deleted, was taken on the roof of Utes Resort, 3 km away from the village of Shyrokyne (<a href=\"http:\/\/wikimapia.org#lang=en&amp;lat=47.109467&amp;lon=37.873328&amp;z=19&amp;m=yh\">47.109467, 37.8733277<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>This hotel, as well as the nearby resorts of Parus and Donchanka, have not been used for recreation by civilians for a long time, but were converted into barracks and positions of Russian &#8220;vacationers&#8221; who constantly go on &#8220;Ukrainian business trips&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/lager-krysha.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/kreslo.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/balaklava.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In the photo below, Mikhail Rusinov measures the depth of the Azov Sea near Alexandria Hotel that belongs to the Ilyich Iron and Steel Works and is located in the village of Bezimenne (<a href=\"http:\/\/wikimapia.org#lang=en&amp;lat=47.101058&amp;lon=37.934254&amp;z=16&amp;m=b\">47.101058, 37.934254<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/azov.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In June 2016, he went on a date with a <a href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/oaWSD\">local<\/a> female in the village of Hreschatitske (formerly Krasnoarmiyske) of Novoazovsk Raion (<a href=\"http:\/\/wikimapia.org\/#lang=pl&amp;lat=47.233526&amp;lon=37.926393&amp;z=16&amp;m=b\">47.233526, 37.926393<\/a>). Apparently, the dating web site finally worked.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/mzh.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>As we can see, servicemen from the 45<sup>th<\/sup> Special Purpose Brigade are present in Donbas. Don\u2019t forget that the same unit directly participated in the annexation of Crimea in 2014. Therefore, sabotage and reconnaissance activities by Russian occupation troops are expected to intensify in the direction of Mariupol,\" the statement said.\r\n\r\nIn June 2016, the General Intelligence Directorate released several names of Russian servicemen from the 45<sup>th<\/sup> Spetsnaz Brigade with their photos and personal information. However, the intelligence office did not provide any photographic or video evidence of their deployment to the occupied parts of eastern Ukraine. We hope that this evidence will be declassified in the future and be presented to the general public and international court.\r\n\r\n<strong><em>Here the InformNapalm team presents its own information on the presence of servicemen from the Russian 45<sup>th<\/sup> Spetsnaz Brigade in Ukraine. <\/em><\/strong>\r\n\r\n<em><a href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/XTr2A\"><strong>Mikhail<\/strong><strong> Rusinov<\/strong><\/a><\/em> is a Russian contract servicemen from the 45<sup>th<\/sup> Special Forces Brigade of Russian Airborne Troops, a native of Nizhny Novgorod, height 173 cm, weight 70 kg, born in 1993, <strong>spotted in Ukraine.<\/strong>\r\n\r\nMikhail Rusinov posted some information about himself on the dating website and signed his <a href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/21jor\">photo<\/a> simply \"It's me.\"\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/anketa.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\nOn the same dating site Mikhail Rusinov posted a <a href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/wv4xf\">photo<\/a> where he and his comrades <a href=\"http:\/\/wikimapia.org\/#lang=en&amp;lat=55.559952&amp;lon=36.692834&amp;z=15&amp;m=b&amp;show=\/4372094\/ru\/45-%D0%9E%D0%B1%D1%80%D0%A1%D0%BF%D0%9D-%D0%92%D0%94%D0%92\">were standing in front of a fence around the base<\/a> of the 45<sup>th<\/sup> Spetsnaz Brigade, military unit #28337, in Kubinka, Moscow Oblast. <strong><em>There is big board with pictures and an emblem of the 45<sup>th<\/sup> Brigade <\/em><\/strong><em>(it is marked by an arrow)<strong> behind the soldiers in the photo. \u00a0<\/strong><\/em>\r\n\r\n<em>\u00a0<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/shevronhujlo.jpg\" \/><\/em>\r\n\r\nHere is another <a href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/cozoY\">photo<\/a> from the dating site.\r\n\r\n<img src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/chfdytybt.jpg\" \/>\r\n\r\nIn May 2016, Mikhail Rusinov started posting his photos from the Novoazovsk area on social media. At the end of summer, he suddenly deleted everything that directly pointed to his illegal presence in the territory of a foreign country. Don\u2019t forget that the same unit directly participated in the annexation of Crimea in 2014.
