{"id":11516,"date":"2016-11-20T03:23:13","date_gmt":"2016-11-19T23:23:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/sv\/?p=11516"},"modified":"2016-11-21T14:04:11","modified_gmt":"2016-11-21T10:04:11","slug":"artillerisoldater","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/sv\/artillerisoldater\/","title":{"rendered":"Identifiering av 21 av 35 ryska artillerisoldater som beskjutit Ukraina"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #333333\"><strong><br \/>\nArtillerisoldater fr\u00e5n den ryska 7:e milit\u00e4rbasen inblandade i beskjutning av Ukraina under september till november 2014 har nu identifierats.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #333333\">M\u00e5let med denna OSINT-utredning (informationsinh\u00e4mtning fr\u00e5n \u00f6ppna k\u00e4llor) som det internationella informationskollektivet InformNapalm genomf\u00f6rt var att identifiera ryska artillerisoldater vid den 7:e milit\u00e4rbasen (milit\u00e4renhet 09332 ur det ryska s\u00f6dra milit\u00e4rdistriktets 49:e arm\u00e9, baserad i Gudauta, ockuperade Abkhazien, Georgien). <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #333333\">21 av 35 ryska artillerisoldater<br \/>\n<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #333333\">Soldaterna ur basens sammansatta raket- och eldr\u00f6rsartilleribataljon varit inblandade i beskjutningen av ukrainska st\u00e4der, byar och ukrainska arm\u00e9st\u00e4llningar fr\u00e5n slutet av augusti till december 2014. Vi kunde identifiera 21 av de 35 soldaterna i denna avdelning som dr\u00f6ste ned d\u00f6d och f\u00f6rst\u00f6relse \u00f6ver ukrainsk mark och sedan l\u00e4mnade sina smutsiga sp\u00e5r p\u00e5 sociala n\u00e4tverk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2016\/11\/Arta7-Infigraphic_eng.png\" target=\"_blank\"><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9619 size-large\" title=\"Ryska artillerisoldater som beskjutit Ukraina\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2016\/11\/Arta7-Infigraphic_eng-1024x724.png\" alt=\"Ryska artillerisoldater som beskjutit Ukraina\" width=\"640\" height=\"452\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #333333\">Identifieringen av dessa ryska krigsf\u00f6rbrytare baseras p\u00e5 gruppbilder som hittats p\u00e5 sociala n\u00e4tverkskonton som tillh\u00f6r soldater p\u00e5 den 7:e milit\u00e4rbasen, samtliga veteraner fr\u00e5n \u201dRostov-Ukrainauppdrag\u201d, under perioden fr\u00e5n slutet av augusti till december 2014, liksom p\u00e5 bilder som vi tidigare publicerat. Vi h\u00e4nvisar s\u00e4rskilt till en artikel fr\u00e5n <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #003366\"><a style=\"color: #003366;text-decoration: underline\" href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/en\/combat-crews-2s3-akatsiya-7th-military-base-identified-along-border-ukraine\/\" target=\"_blank\">2 oktober 2014<\/a><\/span> d\u00e5 InformNapalm ber\u00e4ttade om ett \u201dvandrande batteri\u201d av 2S3 Akatsiya bandhaubitsar tillh\u00f6rande den 7:e milit\u00e4rbasen. Batteriets pj\u00e4ser uppt\u00e4cktes med skarp ammunition ett par kilometer ifr\u00e5n den ukrainska statsgr\u00e4nsen i Donetsk l\u00e4n, i ett skogigt f\u00e4ltl\u00e4ger n\u00e4ra byn Ekaterinovka i kommunen Matveyev-Kurgan i Rostov l\u00e4n. Den <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #003366\"><a style=\"color: #003366;text-decoration: underline\" href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/3999-reaktyvnaya-artylleryya-7-j-rossyjskoj-okkupatsyonnoj-bazy-yz-abhazyy-na-granytse-s-donbassom\/\" target=\"_blank\">18 december 2014<\/a><\/span> publicerade InformNapalm en annan artikel som identifierade en avdelning med Grad salvpj\u00e4ser (MLRS) fr\u00e5n den 7:e milit\u00e4rbasen, denna g\u00e5ng i Kuibyshev kommun i Rostov l\u00e4n, som angr\u00e4nsar till Donetsk och Luhansk l\u00e4n i Ukraina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #333333\">M\u00e4rk v\u00e4l att den ryska oberoende tidningen RBC 3 februari 2015 publicerade en artikel under rubriken \u201d<a style=\"color: #333333\" href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/EAbSF\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #003366\">Motvillig tj\u00e4nst<\/span>: V\u00e4rnpliktiga tvingas skriva kontrakt och flytta till Rostov<\/a>\u201d. I artikeln f\u00f6rekom bl.a. kontrakterade artillerisoldater fr\u00e5n den 7:e milit\u00e4rbasen som deserterade efter sina \u201dRostovuppdrag\u201d. Soldaterna spenderade enligt artikeln flera m\u00e5nader i Rostov l\u00e4n. Artilleristerna ville inte uppge n\u00e5gra detaljer om sitt uppdrag med h\u00e4nvisning till det tystnadskontrakt de undertecknat. RBC visade bilder av soldaterna vid ett raketbatteri fr\u00e5n 7:e milit\u00e4rbasen, bilder som <a style=\"color: #333333\" href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/3999-reaktyvnaya-artylleryya-7-j-rossyjskoj-okkupatsyonnoj-bazy-yz-abhazyy-na-granytse-s-donbassom\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #003366\">tidigare publicerats<\/span> av InformNapalm<\/a>. Bilden visar poserande artillerister mot en bakgrund av Grad MLRS med ammunition, p\u00e5 gr\u00e4nsen till Ukraina. Bland dem finns tv\u00e5 icke namngivna intervjuare fr\u00e5n RBC. Artikeln n\u00e4mner ocks\u00e5 ett d\u00f6dsfall som intr\u00e4ffade vid gr\u00e4nsen till Ukraina, den d\u00f6de, Anatoliy Terekhov, var en kontraktssoldat vid 7:e milit\u00e4rbasen. Vi <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #003366\"><a style=\"color: #003366;text-decoration: underline\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/irakli.komaxidze\/posts\/660122854100964\" target=\"_blank\">rapporterade<\/a><\/span> om honom och avdelningens \u201dRostov-Ukrainauppdrag\u201d i september 2014.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" title=\"Ryska artillerisoldater som beskjutit Ukraina\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/754229888567547.jpg\" alt=\"Ryska artillerisoldater som beskjutit Ukraina\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #333333\">H\u00e4ndelserna d\u00e5 artilleri sk\u00f6t \u00f6ver gr\u00e4nsen till Ukraina fr\u00e5n ryskt territorium under sommaren och h\u00f6sten 2014 fick <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #003366\"><a style=\"color: #003366;text-decoration: underline\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.com\/russian\/features-36715585\" target=\"_blank\">stort genomslag<\/a><\/span> i ett antal v\u00e4lrenommerade internationella media. Vi kunde identifiera 21 av de 35 soldaterna i denna avdelning som dr\u00f6ste ned d\u00f6d och f\u00f6rst\u00f6relse \u00f6ver ukrainsk mark och sedan l\u00e4mnade sina smutsiga sp\u00e5r p\u00e5 sociala n\u00e4tverk.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><a href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2016\/11\/Arta7-Infigraphic_eng.png\" target=\"_blank\">\r\n<img class=\"alignnone wp-image-9619 size-large\" title=\"Ryska artillerisoldater som beskjutit Ukraina\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2016\/11\/Arta7-Infigraphic_eng-1024x724.png\" alt=\"Ryska artillerisoldater som beskjutit Ukraina\" width=\"640\" height=\"452\" \/><\/a><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #333333\">Identifieringen av dessa ryska krigsf\u00f6rbrytare baseras p\u00e5 gruppbilder som hittats p\u00e5 sociala n\u00e4tverkskonton som tillh\u00f6r soldater p\u00e5 den 7:e milit\u00e4rbasen, samtliga veteraner fr\u00e5n \u201dRostov-Ukrainauppdrag\u201d, under perioden fr\u00e5n slutet av augusti till december 2014, liksom p\u00e5 bilder som vi tidigare publicerat. Vi h\u00e4nvisar s\u00e4rskilt till en artikel fr\u00e5n <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #003366\"><a style=\"color: #003366;text-decoration: underline\" href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/en\/combat-crews-2s3-akatsiya-7th-military-base-identified-along-border-ukraine\/\" target=\"_blank\">2 oktober 2014<\/a><\/span> d\u00e5 InformNapalm ber\u00e4ttade om ett \u201dvandrande batteri\u201d av 2S3 Akatsiya bandhaubitsar tillh\u00f6rande den 7:e milit\u00e4rbasen. Batteriets pj\u00e4ser uppt\u00e4cktes med skarp ammunition ett par kilometer ifr\u00e5n den ukrainska statsgr\u00e4nsen i Donetsk l\u00e4n, i ett skogigt f\u00e4ltl\u00e4ger n\u00e4ra byn Ekaterinovka i kommunen Matveyev-Kurgan i Rostov l\u00e4n. Den <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #003366\"><a style=\"color: #003366;text-decoration: underline\" href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/3999-reaktyvnaya-artylleryya-7-j-rossyjskoj-okkupatsyonnoj-bazy-yz-abhazyy-na-granytse-s-donbassom\/\" target=\"_blank\">18 december 2014<\/a><\/span> publicerade InformNapalm en annan artikel som identifierade en avdelning med Grad salvpj\u00e4ser (MLRS) fr\u00e5n den 7:e milit\u00e4rbasen, denna g\u00e5ng i Kuibyshev kommun i Rostov l\u00e4n, som angr\u00e4nsar till Donetsk och Luhansk l\u00e4n i Ukraina.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #333333\">M\u00e4rk v\u00e4l att den ryska oberoende tidningen RBC 3 februari 2015 publicerade en artikel under rubriken \u201d<a style=\"color: #333333\" href=\"http:\/\/archive.is\/EAbSF\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #003366\">Motvillig tj\u00e4nst<\/span>: V\u00e4rnpliktiga tvingas skriva kontrakt och flytta till Rostov<\/a>\u201d. I artikeln f\u00f6rekom bl.a. kontrakterade artillerisoldater fr\u00e5n den 7:e milit\u00e4rbasen som deserterade efter sina \u201dRostovuppdrag\u201d. Soldaterna spenderade enligt artikeln flera m\u00e5nader i Rostov l\u00e4n. Artilleristerna ville inte uppge n\u00e5gra detaljer om sitt uppdrag med h\u00e4nvisning till det tystnadskontrakt de undertecknat. RBC visade bilder av soldaterna vid ett raketbatteri fr\u00e5n 7:e milit\u00e4rbasen, bilder som <a style=\"color: #333333\" href=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/3999-reaktyvnaya-artylleryya-7-j-rossyjskoj-okkupatsyonnoj-bazy-yz-abhazyy-na-granytse-s-donbassom\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #003366\">tidigare publicerats<\/span> av InformNapalm<\/a>. Bilden visar poserande artillerister mot en bakgrund av Grad MLRS med ammunition, p\u00e5 gr\u00e4nsen till Ukraina. Bland dem finns tv\u00e5 icke namngivna intervjuare fr\u00e5n RBC. Artikeln n\u00e4mner ocks\u00e5 ett d\u00f6dsfall som intr\u00e4ffade vid gr\u00e4nsen till Ukraina, den d\u00f6de, Anatoliy Terekhov, var en kontraktssoldat vid 7:e milit\u00e4rbasen. Vi <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #003366\"><a style=\"color: #003366;text-decoration: underline\" href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/irakli.komaxidze\/posts\/660122854100964\" target=\"_blank\">rapporterade<\/a><\/span> om honom och avdelningens \u201dRostov-Ukrainauppdrag\u201d i september 2014.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><img class=\"alignnone\" title=\"Ryska artillerisoldater som beskjutit Ukraina\" src=\"https:\/\/informnapalm.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/754229888567547.jpg\" alt=\"Ryska artillerisoldater som beskjutit Ukraina\" width=\"640\" height=\"426\" \/><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #333333\">H\u00e4ndelserna d\u00e5 artilleri sk\u00f6t \u00f6ver gr\u00e4nsen till Ukraina fr\u00e5n ryskt territorium under sommaren och h\u00f6sten 2014 fick <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;color: #003366\"><a style=\"color: #003366;text-decoration: underline\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bbc.com\/russian\/features-36715585\" target=\"_blank\">stort genomslag<\/a><\/span> i ett antal v\u00e4lrenommerade internationella media. H\u00e4ndelserna figurerade ocks\u00e5 i v\u00e5rt eget material, tillsammans med redovisningar av ryska artillerif\u00f6rband som korsat statsgr\u00e4nsen till Ukraina.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul
