The active phase of the Anti-Terrorist Operation is continuing, during which the Ukrainian military freed a number of territories from the terrorists.
Gunmen vainly are trying to destabilize the situation and influence the President of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION to bring Russian troops to Ukraine. Militants continue to carry out bloody provocations and spread rumours to the local population, playing on their weaknesses and fears. The reason is to create a picture of the “genocide of Russians in Ukraine”, which gives Putin the excuse to rush to the assistance of the terrorists.
During 2nd of July the terrorists staged the most violent provocations in Kramatorsk and Stanytsia Luhanska.
In the Kramatorsk area militants used the multiple rocket launcher GRAD which was located at one of the terrorist’s outposts in Druzhkivka. Using desultory fire of the GRAD the militants’ task was to create chaos and panic among the civilian population, not to hit the armed forces of the Ukrainian army. Also note immediately after the attacks at the scene pro-Russian journalists promptly appeared, and filed the information off to the RUSSIAN media.
The other event which stands out sharply is the story of the bombing of Stanytsia Luhanska. The terrorists made the statement (with the pro-Russian TV) that “Ukrainian forces mercilessly destroy civilians and take revenge on Donbas.” However, according to known data, the Ukrainian AIR FORCE was not operating in the area and did not have any missions around 11:00 which is the time alleged of the attack on Stanytsia Luhanska. Another fact which is worth noting is that there were no armed forces from either the Ukrainian Army or the terrorists in SL at the time. Some bloggers have said that the bombing of Stanytsia Luhanska was done by Russian airplanes. This version may be true, but in fact none of the locals had seen any aircraft. It is more likely that the terrorist operation was carried out by shelling the area with ground-based artillery. As a result about 10 civilians perished.
Alarming news was received from Krasnodon, near the Russian border. The terrorists started to spread rumours among the local population that the National Guard will use chemical weapons in the area. The announcement shocked the local population into a panic. We know that the terrorists have a long history of claiming that the Ukrainian Army is about to commit an atrocity when this is in fact planned by the terrorists. That is why we take seriously any reports of this kind. Krasnodon has also seen repeated attempts to install anti-aircraft guns in Central Park, in the grounds of the emergency facilities, and near residential areas. However some of the residents of the city managed to deter the terrorists through making their anger about such attempts known. Most of the population have perceived their “self-proclaimed protectors” in a very negative manner after experiencing looting, rudeness and sabotage by terrorists.
Fighting also continues in the Savur-Mogila and Izvaryne. It should be noted that the forces of the Russian Federation are not happy to see the return of their countrymen. Terrorists crossing the border back into Russia found themselves under attack from both Ukrainian and Russian border guards.
Another terrorist strategy appears to be the destruction of AIR DEFENSE facilities in Ukraine. It is likely this is in preparation for a safe corridor for enemy aircraft from Russia. 
Reflecting on successes and victories of our forces, it is worth noting that they largely blocked the terrorist channel of supply to Slavyansk, which many of our guys have named the “Ho Chi Minh trail”(learn more about trail… Please read here https://informnapalm.org/). Much of the supplies and armoured equipment for the terrorists in Slavyansk has come through Druzhkivka.
Tonight we should expect another shelling of settlements by terrorists, with another attempted tank breakout from Slavyansk. The likely direction of the attack is towards Dolina (but that’s only our guesswork).
Nice job done by Ukrainian forces on destroying the terrorist base on the glass factory in Lysychansk where according to our information the terrorist had up to 10 tanks.
We also received information from residents of Lugansk that fighting is now taking place within the city.
