Eastern Ukraine

Just like we suspected June 26 was the decisive day both for all those separatist republics and Ukrainian uniformed services. For several days we have been warning them about the accumulation of terrorist forces in the north, about the possibility of actions from their side for a couple of days.

What we have for today:

• Terrorists continue to build up their forces in Slovyansk and Kramatorsk.
• There were reports from Slovyansk about large-calibre howitzers near Mashchermet (factory in Slovyansk).
• Self-propelled guns arrived to Kramatorsk last night.
• Terrorists strengthen their defensive positions in these cities.
• Terrorist activity is observed in the vicinity of Seversk, tanks arrived to the city.

On June 27 the ultimatum expires and therefore the militants had to strike and they did. In this direction we can predict further advance of terrorists towards Izyum and Kharkiv in the Lisichansk-Svatovo direction unless ATO forces do something unexpected.

As for the other areas: today there have been operations in the south of the region in Donetsk and Luhansk. Most likely the operations were diversionary because all major developments took place in Slovyansk. In recent days it was unexpectedly quiet, or, speaking more precisely, absolute information vacuum, in Rubezhnoye and Lisichansk and we view this fact very alarming.

Local residents reported very interesting facts about conscription in DPR: in Slovyansk terrorists check men’s documents and a reference from the place of employment. All who have no reference are mobilized to dig trenches, build barricades or sent to the vanguard as cannon fodder.

Recall the infant from Antracit killed on June 24 with a shell splinter into the heart. Terrorists tried to accuse Ukrainian military of this crime. However, they failed to put the blame on Ukrainian servicemen and the actions of the ubiquitous Right Sector because the local separatists themselves found the murderer of the child. The murderer was a local militaman living in Molodogvardeyskaya St. On the day of the tragedy he quarreled with his wife and then decided to go out and shoot to relieve his heart. As a result, a shot from the underbarrel grenade launcher killed the child. Apparently the murderer was dealt with by his “colleagues” because the same day Cossacks came to his house, arrested the troublemaker, told his family that they would send him to Perevalsk and then none saw him more.

Crimea

Today through our internal channels we confirmed yesterday’s information that Russian nuclear warheads are delivered and stored in the old Ukrainian storage of nuclear waste which is located opposite the Russian airfield in Gvardeyskoye (Simferopol).

Recall that the option of pre-emptive low-power nuclear attack was worked through at least twice by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation during the last month.

The Russian Federation

Russia continues to draw up forces towards the Ukrainian border: military equipment is standing in the wings near the border.

Russian special forces attempted to send out emails infected with viruses with remote service functions; the emails were sent from spoofed addresses in mvs.gov.ua domain zone. It should be stressed that MIA (Ministry of Internal Affairs) servers have not been hacked; only sender addresses were spoofed.
