The preliminary results of the structural analysis of the information from public sources and private terrorist channels on Zello present an unfavourable forecast regarding the possibility of a full-scale escalation of the conflict with Russia.
Based on preliminary calculations, a large enemy force equal to approximately two mechanized brigades of the RUSSIAN troops is concentrated in the areas around Snegnoe and Luhansk. These troops pretend to be local rebels.
This is confirmed by the fact that strange troop rotations have been spotted in Severodonetsk in the Luhansk region. Every night from 00.00 to 05.00 the Russian Special Forces with full military gear, armed, in particular, with “Igla” MANPADS and “Mukha” anti-tank rocket launchers occupy the checkpoints. In the morning they are relieved by local criminal crews of LPR. Infiltrated across the border freely, the Russian units have the BTR-80 troop carriers, reconnaissance vehicles, combat engineering vehicles, and KAMAZ trucks. There have also been reports of the presence of the D-30 howitzers.

Additionally, two days ago local residents observed missiles being transported on trailers. According to some sources those were the Iskander short-range ballistic missiles.Also militants have their own air defence system that can be used against both combat aircraft (Igla, Strela, Stinger) and low altitude high speed targets. According to unverified information the 2K12 KUB or BUK missile systems have been transported across the border. The deployment of a Mandat-B1E jamming system has also been observed. 

We are alarmed by the eyewitness reports of militants arriving to Luhansk from Kazakhstan. At the same time several border check points (BCP) are sending alarming reports. For instance, the border checkpoint Biryukove (Sverdlovsk district of the Lugansk region) received an urgent order to abandon the territory. The servicemen of BCP are shocked, a motorcade of Ural and KAMAZ trucks with Caucasian and Kazakhstan gunmen has already lined up from the Russian Federation side. We also cannot ignore the fact that “Santa Claus” Gubarev promised his figthers that they would soon have their own battle tanks.

All of this suggests that Russia is already prepared for large-scale combined-arms operations.

If we also consider that the terrorist channels have declared the urgent recruitment for pilots of L-29, L-39, Mi-2, and KA-26 and tank drivers of T-72 (T-64), we can draw the conclusion that aircraft and heavy weapons are planned to be used by the terrorists. This morning (June 12, 2014) there were reports from Snezhnoe about two T-64 tanks positioned next to the Pension Fund building that arrived from Russia the previous night.

We remind that the Russian military captured several aircraft in Crimea, and those aircraft could later operate on the side of the terrorists. On the 8th and 9th of June in Artemivsk militants attempted to take over a tank warehouse, which is the largest not only in Ukraine but also in Europe.

The approach used by the terrorists with broad support from the Russian Federation is quite simple: they capture 1-2 weapons, then they bring many more units of the same type across the border. This happened to the self-propelled mortar “NONA”, which was reported as destroyed several times. Expropriated in May from the 25th Brigade, this unit was indeed disabled, but it was a good cover to bring four more units, which periodically appeared in different parts of Slovyansk. It was possible to determine that there were more than one unit by the number of punctures and the difference in color tint between the units.

Back to the subject of aviation. Taking into account repeated attempts by terrorists to capture the airfields in Kramatorsk, Donetsk, Luhansk and other locations, we can conclude that the militants are preparing the staging area for deployment of the Russian troops and aircraft.

What else could be the harbinger of the storm? It could be the little publicized by still noticeable “referendum on the establishment of Novorossia” comprised of Kharkiv, Lugansk, Donetsk, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Odessa regions. For the past week there have been conversations on the terrorist Zello channels about some ballot papers and the preparation of a “surprise” on June, 12.
P.S. This article was written the night before. This morning we are already seeing disturbing reports that the town of Snerzhnoe has been turned into a fortified area. There are no borders. Russia is impudently bringing in its troops and no one is doing anything about it.

During the day of 6/12/14, several battle tanks flying Russian banners were observed in Snezhnoe, Donetsk, and other Donbass cities.
