The first time for the whole day mobile communication is down in Krasnodon region (we have already written about that). We personally have tried to reach by phone 20 people we know but the network was down and the calls failed.

Most likely this is related to the fact that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (of Enslaved People) deployed R-330ZH Zhitel jamming communication stations (which are capable of jamming of GPS and GSM signals within 20-30 km from the operating station) and RP-377LA Lorandit complexes (for radio detection, direction finding and jamming) in the border area in the Rostov region.
