Russian security services are taking steps to help their employees out to Crimea as a part of diversionary and reconnaissance groups of Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics. These employees were sent to the Donetsk and Luhansk regions in April 2014.
These intentions are caused by extremely low levels of support for the terrorists by the local residents and the lack of opportunity to resist the ATO forces.
Below is the video and transcript of the conversation between an employee of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation and a militant from Donetsk. The conversation was intercepted by the Security Service of Ukraine.

Conversation members:
- A: employee of the Federal Security Service (FSB) of the Russian Federation in Crimea; he manages formation, training, arming of militant units and their transfer to the eastern regions of Ukraine (his identity is being ascertained).
- B: call sign “Trifon”, a resident of Crimea named Sergei. He is a militant of the “Abwehr” group which was formed by the FSB and then sent to capture Slovyansk in April 2014. He is currently in Donetsk.
A: Well, look, that is, there is an order by your “First” (Igor Girkin) not to let anyone loose.
B: OK, well, then we are going to die, what to do, shit?
A: Well, you have a choice there. Do you have somewhat a possibility?..
B: To go? With a comrade?
A: Yes.
B: Well, then we will be a kind of deserters or prick knows, shit. I explained him that I fucking needed to go home. See, here is the situation: [there are] three options…
A: I understand…
B: If they kill me, they don’t give a fuck about it. Why the fuck do I need them with their war which will last for 5 years, for 10 years, fuck it, etc.
We thought we would break through all right. And the people here do not want to do fucking anything. “Zero”, “zeroes”, understand? [They are] just “zeroes”, bitch. Sooner or later this DPR will be destroyed, along with this fucking LPR, to hell. More than that, all they do here is stealing and expropriating. This “Nos” and all his bandit company [are]. Fuck, do you understand?
The only one here is “First”. He himself should be taken outta here so that he, if anything happens, leads some units. But he came under, well, don’t know how quite to tell that, that fanatical religious sect, fuck it, Orthodoxy. Shit, they go here, dance around him, bitch. And all they, shit, want that he dies Orthodox and push us and they themselves stay behind [our] backs and do not want to die.
A: Got you, Serge. If I give you me email, you have an option like that, what, with what can we really help you?
B: Fuck knows, I even don’t know. I need a “hole” (in the border) where I can go out, shit, got it? If we start breaching right now, damn it, [we should do that] through the Ukrainian outpost, then [we will have to] fight, fuck. And either if we fucking overcome and break through or, fuck it… [We] need a fucking “hole”. Got it, damn it. This is the case. Fuck knows whatcha do…
That is, we can start, sit in the car, darn it, and the drive to the border by secret paths.
You know, while we cussed out completely, Ukrainians blocked the border in Luhansk. It is clear that they want to destroy this LPR, shit, then encircle DPR and catch that “First” alive. He is a fool, bitch, [he] does not understand this.
The situation is that it is not just they fight with them (Ukrainians), the groupings here fight between themselves. Because Donetsk is divided into spheres of influence
A: I know…
B: These are big money. This is sale of cars, this is kidnapping. Etc, etc.
And we ourselves are alone here, shit, this will be an emergency, you know. That’s all. I think in at least a month there will be the end of that DPR because they are cut off now, LPR [is cut off] of DPR and that’s all.
What the hell is not clear, who the fuck does not understand this? This is just a matter of time and technique, they way it is gonna happen. Understand? That is, I see this outlook in advance, people don’t see anything. They fight for I don’t know what.
We need to regroup there, on our [territory], to defend the Russian land in Crimea. And screw those Tatars, those pricks.
A: Yes, I know that. Look, Serge, I am sending you [my] email [address], and the most important, I need to understand what I can help you with.
B: Well, look. You are not the last person there and represent the interests of military organizations. Correct?
A: Quite right.
B: What I mean is. If we try now at our own risk, for example. And we go out to our territory and, let’s suppose, get in touch with our border guards. If I refer to you and give [them] your phone number so that those people help us and move us further…
A: Well, look. I need to know which checkpoint you will be at. Don’t tell me [that] by phone, I will give you email. Yeah.
B: Yes, I will now… I don’t know myself, I don’t know…
A: Serge, look here. I will give you a phone number of my colleague who is there.
B: In Rostov?
A: Yes, yes. He will do everything for you. It is just necessary to know which checkpoint [you will come to].
B: But we don’t know that yet. We will [come] to that checkpoint…
A: And no one should now until you come there.
B: Yes, yes, yes…
A: Here you are.
B: Good. Got it, I’ve got it. Then this is how we do that. I clearly understand that I get a command from the Center, that is from you, to step forth to home. Is that correct? That is, the command comes to step forth to the starting point to perform other given problems.
A: Quite right. Well, we do that this way… You were sent by the order and that’s all. That is, we don’t give a fuck about their fanatical mood. I declared this to the boss in the morning…
B: To tell the truth, I see the combat actions in another aspect. That is, for example now, having lots of experience here and our agents spread here – we communicate with people here, we have our agents. Logically, we have to be taken outta here, retrain us, fuck it, for a month for diversions, DRG (diversionary reconnaissance groups) and drop off new groups here, get in touch and blast everything here to hell. Got it?
A: Yes, that’s all clear.
B: Such people, we that is, have to be taken outta here, shit. There are those who are to fight and let them fucking fight. Understand? And we [have to] be taken outta here quickly and then retrain in Perevalnoye, shit, [training] related to DRG – diversionary reconnaissance groups. That’s fucking all…
We have agents, for the time being we greatly… We are now shifting them to conspiratorial state, give them fucking weapons now and that’s all. Well, for example, I think this way. This is it. And other retards with their Orthodoxy must all die for Donetsk, not seeing that fucking people themselves…
Here I go in the uniform, they tell me: “Be damned!” Here the woman goes and tell me. I got fucking amazed. You know, what kind of fucking “liberators” we are, shit!
To me this… And [they say] to me: “You are going to the city, go in civilian clothes”. What the fuck is this? Then what the fuck the liberators are we? What are we fighting here for, for Akhmetov’s money? Here is just a redistribution of money.
They are eager for money, shit. You make them “holes” (in the border), then they steal cars from here and sell them in Russia, for fucking money. This is the whole fucking story. Some [of them] are here, I won’t tell their surnames and nicknames by fucking phone.
A: We’ll look into this on [your] arrival. OK, come on, I’m sending you the email, yeah…
