    Below is the status update on the situation on the night of 2nd to 3rd August as at August 3, 07:00 UTC+0300 provided by the ATO Press Center.

    Good news: there are no casualties among Ukrainian servicemen.

    Activity of reconnaissance and sabotage groups is observed; the activity includes use of unmanned aerial vehicles.

    All times below are UTC+0300.

    • 21:18: mortar shelling of the checkpoint near Zemlyane settlement; no casualties.
    • 22:50: shelling of the checkpoint near Stukalova Balka settlement by MLRS BM-21 “Grad”; no casualties
    • 00:30: shelling of the checkpoint near Sabivka settlement by MLRS BM-21 “Grad”; no casualties.
    • 02:30 – 03:30: mortar shelling of the infantry positions near Teplichne settlement; no casualties.

    Artillery and mortar shelling of the ATO positions from the territory of the Russian Federation continues.

    • 20:30 – 20:45: shelling of the paratrooper positions near Chervonopartyzansk; no casualties.
    • 20:50: shelling of the checkpoint near Ilyinka settlement; no casualties.
    • 02:30: shelling of the paratrooper positions in the area of Dyakove settlement; no casualties.
