Since March 17 09.00 am, the “emissaries” of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation began to visit the military units of Ukrainian Navy with ultimatums to surrender, turn in their weapons and equipment, carry out an inventory of the assets with the aim to bring it on charge to the Russians.
