Report from the Command of the Joint Forces: According to the available intelligence, a Russian sniper team has arrived to the occupied Donetsk with the task of identifying, shooting and destroying the surveillance cameras of the Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) of the OSCE, which were installed in accordance with the Minsk agreements at specific segments of the contact line. This is additional evidence of the deceitful stance of the Russian occupying forces and their neglect of international agreements. It should be noted that the on-line video surveillance cameras installed by the SMM allow video recording of the situation in the 24/7 mode. With the help of these cameras, international independent observers repeatedly recorded the violations of the ceasefire regime by militants, provocative fire on the positions of Ukrainian troops, shelling of civilians and civilian infrastructure in the territory controlled by the Government of Ukraine.
